Tabby was fine with that. She didn't want anyone to fuss over nothing. The woman smiled when her daughter came in an bounced on the bed. "Mommy. I missed you." She called out as she gave the woman a hug. "Daddy has bad taste in women." She declared to her mother about the lunch. It made the woman happy to hear her daughter say that.

The Siren Prince, Seth Solindo.Currently, Seth was in his favorite of cottages, found off of the palace grounds. With the decline of the king's health, a vast majority of the man's job was already on the prince's shoulders, leaving little off time. Frankly, he found it to be a royal pain in the behind; pun very much intended. It's been several weeks since he had the opportunity to have his daughter visit, and now that he had a day off, he intended to spend the afternoon with his little princess. "How've you been Vetty?" he asked with a hug, hoping for only the happiest of answers.

The child toted along with her backpack hitting her behind as she ran up to her fathers arms. She jumped and hugged her. "Daddy." she called out to her father. Something clapped in her backpack as she collided with her father. "Daddy don't tell mommy, but I took her CD's. I wanted to hear the songs she sings." The girl said excited.

The Siren Prince, Seth Solindo.Settling the girl on his arm, Seth's brow rose as he heard her speak. "What?" he questioned. A princess stealing? Granted, she didn't know of her lineage yet, but it made no excuse. No child should have such terrible habits. "Mommy wouldn't like it if she found her stuff missing." he said seriously, meeting her gaze to get his point across.

Yvette frowned and her eyes started to fill with tears as her father disapproved of her behavior. "I just wanted to hear the songs that mommy sung. She said that there was a song about me on it. I wanted to hear it." The girl said crying. She didn't want to have anyone mad at her.

The Siren Prince, Seth Solindo.Sighing, Seth immediately felt terrible. Without much parenting experience, he was moved quickly by tears. "Calm down hunny. You just have to apologize to mommy when you get home." He smiled hesitantly, hoping that his next words would cheer her up. "If you promise to do that, we'll listen to the CD."

Yvette looked at her father. It seemed that she got out of being in trouble with him. She was just curious was all and she wanted to please both parents. "Daddy I'll do that I promise." She told her father with a smile. She put her backpack down and pulled out the CD before handing it to her father. "Mommy said it was a demo CD."

The Siren Prince, Seth Solindo.Nodding to ensure that the matter would be taken care of, he lead the way back into the living room. There, on a shelf, was a stereo that the two could use. "Which CD do you want to hear first?" Setting Yvette on the couch, he waited for her to pick what she wanted from the backpack as he went to turn the stero on.

Yvette looked at her father then held out the CD. She wasn't sure how to answer it. She didn't know which one was which and she didn't know what songs were on their. She walked over to her father's side. She know how to work a CD player. The girl started to float. She probably would say that she got the powers from her mother before ever thinking that it may be her father. She put the disk in it's holder and pushed the button so that she could close and listen to it. "One at a time daddy." She answered him as the music came on. Just Be Friends

The Siren Prince, Seth Solindo.Turning to retrieve the CD, it quickly became obvious that he wasn't needed for the task. Since when could Yvette float? He sighed, realizing that he would need to ask her mother about abilities soon, so as not to be surprised everytime something came up. Letting his daughter handle the stereo, he listened to the first few lines of the song before stating, "I never thought of mommy as a singer." She smiled, moving to sit on the sofa as he listened; personally, he understood the song very well, but refrained from talking about such with his little girl. It was something she shouldn;t understand until she'd grown up more.

Yvette listen through the song. "Mommy sings me to sleep when I'm with her." The girl commented. She knew her mother could sing for a long time. The CD came to an end. It must have been just that one song. "Daddy what does that song mean. Mama said that their was a meaning to all her songs." The girl asked her father.

The Siren Prince, Seth Solindo.Standing with a random disk from the pile, he replaced it into the stereo. Seth would try his best to answer his daughter, and hopefull it would be enough. "I think that song had to do with past relationships. And about knowing when to let go."

"But why what does it mean by wishing to tell you from the start?" The girl asked. "It kind of sounds like love." Yvette told her father as the next disk started to play. It almost seemed like her father didn't want to answer the song. "Daddy is there something wrong?" She asked him. Song

The Siren Prince, Seth Solindo.Children. Always so inquisitive. He withheld a sigh, knowing that Yvette would only question such a reluctant action. Instead, Seth gave the best answer he could think of, in which Tabbitha would have to deal with later. "Mommy can explain it alot better than I can." He smiled then, listening to the next song as he answer her last question. "No, daddy was just remembering something." As it seemed, music today hated the prince enough to mock him. "I think we should play a board game while we listen to music. Sound good?"

The princess wasn't sure of herself just because her father wasn't sure of himself. "What did you remember Daddy?" The girl asked hoping to understand these weird feelings that she wasn't sure of. "Yes play a game." She added. Maybe a game would give her time to think things out. She didn't get to spend much time with her father so it was hard to understand him unlike her mother.
