Aki was a little frustrated that his twin was doing better and was already almost halfway around the rink. He got up and did as she did hugging the rail and trying to glide. "Wait for me Yuki!" he said as he tried again. This time with a little more success. He made it about 5 meters this time before almost falling, grabbing the railing just in time.

Yuki grabbed Ms Sonja's hand and glided with her trying to push her little feet off on the ice. She said "This is fun!" Yuki looked to see how Aki was doing. He was having a hard time but he was getting better. "Come Aki. You can do it." she yelled to him in encouragement.

Aki watched as they went to the middle of the ice. He was getting cold and wet from falling but was determined to figure it out so he kept trying. After a while he could go 10 meters or so before crashing into the railing.

Yuki was a little nervous with no bar to hold onto. She pushed off and glided then came to a wobbly stop then tried again and fell. "Ow." She picked herself up and tried again and glided closer to Aki. "I'm coming Aki!" she shouted.

Aki smiled and waved "Your doing good." he says. "I will try to meet you." He pushes off and glides towards her but falls and goes sliding into her and both fall down. They giggle at each other. "You did good Aki! You need learns to stop." Yuki said. Aki nodded, "Yah ice is slippery." They wiggle to get up.

The twins were having fun so they said they would skate a little bit more before they finished. Aki and Yuki supported each other and then tried again to go around. After a while they could go about a quarter of the way around the rink before hitting the railing or falling down. Yuki was still a little better than Aki but he was catching on.

After a while they were tired and cold so they went out to sit on the bench and rest. Rubbing their little hands together to warm up and dry off. "This was lots of fun Ms. Sonja! Thank you for bringing us!" they chimed.

"I liked it a lot." Yuki said. Aki said "I got much better. Almost as good as Yuki."

The twins put their shoes back on after taking off their skates. "That was fun! I feel better after sitting. I'm not tired anymore." Aki said.

Yuki put her shoes on and took off her jacket, feeling warmer. "I had fun too. I'm not tired. I did not fall as much as Aki. I want to see the market."

The wondered what the favor would be. They nodded yes to Ms. Sonja. "Okay." they said.

The twins crawled into the car and buckled up. When Ms. Sonja told them to dids not likes that so we called you Ms. We will calls you Sonja"

They were excited to go to the market.

Aki asked "Sonja? You said we were not in the west so there would be no cowboys. Where are we then?" He had never really known where they lived exactly since they just lived in a house and never left.

((Just trying to figure out if we want to be in some little hamlet in Europe or somewhere in Canada? You were using metrics so it is not in the US. Near a big down or little town?))

Aki shrugged, "I don't know where we lived. I just know it was our house."

Yuki asked "What kind of marketplace are we going to Sonja? Like a flower market or vegetable market?"

Aki looked out the window at all of the cute little houses. He says "The town of Mayberry is so pretty. I like the white house." He takes off his jacket, finally warmed up from being all wet at the ice rink.

Yuki looked and saw some people walking dogs. "Look! The doggies have clothes too." Although they had clothes, they looked more human except for their tails and ears so they did not think they were true pure animals. There were dogs with sweaters on. "I can't wait to see the market."
