Vasilissa was confused as she wrapped her arms around him, "Why? You saved me. You brought me back, I'm so happy Kane...Wait, don't tell me this is a dream. This is real right?"

Kane nodded and took a small breath before continuing "It's real...it's all real...you see...I brought you back to life but at a cost. You're no longer human....you're like me....you're a demon. We're both immortal now and I am extremely happy that your alive and well but I was so hasty to jump to bringing you back I forgot about the aftermath...you've been shadow-kissed...which eternally binds you to me. If I die...you die and vise versa. If I get a cut then you do as well..." He then looked at her with crying red eyes. "Kane is not my real name. My true name is Ulael."

Vasilissa was taking this better than she thought and did something she would never do. She slapped him, "Listen to yourself...stop freaking out," She giggled, "I'm still gonna call you Kane though and plus you already I love you...I don't think I could live without you." She smiled and kissed him deeply giggling at the shocked demon.

Kane went silent as she slapped him before being kissed. He blinked and kissed back before pulling back and letting out a confused face. "You mean...you're not mad at me?"

Ulael smiled and said "You're right...although you aren't disgusted with the fact that I'm old enough to practically be your great times 8 grandpa?" He asked the last part with a light chuckle before giving her a kiss and slipping his hand into hers. "Now the next couple of days for you will be horrible...just letting you know that now."

The demon let out a sudden grunt of pain as she squeezed his hand. "I mean...your conversion...transformation...acclimation...whatever you want to call it will be painful and annoying. I know because I had to go through it..." he said, completely forgetting about what he was going to originally respond too.

He let out a nervous chuckle and said "It's not a problem...but shouldn't I be doing that to you?" with that he let out a small laugh before saying "Let's get home." with that he held her in his arms and let the small waves of shadows run up the each others bodies as they disappeared. The crime scene a horrible mess that had fed his hunger for quite a while.

Vasilissa giggled then held onto him lightly, "I need to change when we get home...Whoa, this is so cool and creepy too..its like the shadows when.." She cut herself off and held onto Kane a bit tighter.

The demon chuckled and said "Don't worry. I'll teach you how to control your powers after your done converting." with that they were finished and inside the house that was Kane Renahon. His bags laying on the table. Looking at Vasilissa he added with a smile "Mind if I change with you?"

Ulael chuckled and walked into the bathroom with his now eternal girlfriend, hopefully fiance and then wife in the next couple years...give or take a century or two. Turning on the shower he took off the slightly bloody shirt and revealed a couple of bruises on his body from the match for his license but didn't care for the most part. He then waited for Lissa to get in there with him as he waited.
