Cain the Blade I am overruling my decision about Urban's Talent and it will be reviewed by the crew and VC. Any sign of you using it urban and its automatically denied and never will be accepted while I am incharge of Talents I haven't found anything I wanted skill wise anyway? Just now figuring out this talent is OP huh? Well that's alright. The hassle I have to go through to get an incredible talent isn't worth it. I mean, if Snuff is going to scrutinize everything I do as OP. So, I guess what I'm saying is this talent is scrap. I'll go with my original plan now. K? Thanx. Bai!

C'mon that talent was pretty OP. It's not like anything is really stopping you from making addons that do just that anyways. Lets not get sore every time something gets put under the microscope. I've already had to rework a skill twice over and I've had to make things weaker than originally intended to get them approved. It's all about keeping balance in the power.

The Urban Superstition Rpc Name: Tombz Rpc Rank: Master Combative Talent or Non Combative: Combative Talent Name: "Anything you can do, I can do better." Description: Tombz, after seeing someone use a skill, may it be Race, Custom, or Talent, can mimic, and/or recreate a skill. If it's something simple, it can be replicated easily without a machine. If it is unusual in the fact it requires something specific (Black Blood, Reaper Arm, Anima's Exodus), he will need to make a machine that will take up a slot on his body to recreate the moves. Either way, the skill will need to be remade and submitted as a Custom skill with the Label YDH on the end. The learned skills require a rank higher to learn then what they actually are. In the occasion the move requires a machine, Tombz can create his own moves with the machine as well as the copied version. Overall, this may only be done once a Week. It doesn't backlog however, meaning something he's seen prior to gaining this talent can't be copied. If a skill doesn't get approve, the week's use is not up, as that skill was never learned, thus, never used in RP. If two or more machines are so closely related that their skills overlap, then Tombz can (re)make a machine, to be improved, that covers both copies, thus conserving some space. Physical Moves do not require a machine. Certain Bloodline Moves require a Machine Most Talents require a machine Customs may fall into another category, dictating how they are to be treated. Skills: None, as of yet. Rp Sample: Can't really make a sample for this.... I wanted to reword this for speciics.

If she was sensing every BL, i'd normally object...but i see no issue with this

I think I need to rewrite my talent to encompass everything it actually was intended to do. I wanted to give myself restrictions and farther elaborate what it encompasses. I want to rewrite my talent to encompass the machine restrictions that go with it, as well as adding in the details of skill-types and invention types it allows. I would like to combine both my talent slots into one super talent to make things flow much more smoothly. If it is felt that the talent is fine as just one category, I'll use the second one as needed to farther the goal of my character. I understand if this is denied, however in and of itself if read carefully, actually is a slight nerf to the original talent, as well as basically states that my AI summons fill the restricted machine slots that I had set up for my character. Considering only 2 of the 3 summons actually do anything at all I think this is a fair trade, and each summon in itself still would need approval I feel this is a fair and more detailed talent overall. To summarize, all the new talent would do is define what the old talent allows, while setting restrictions and including my summons in the definition as well. Thereby giving additional restrictions. I will post up both the current talent and the new one and you can judge me as you may.
In addition I would like to add that I plan on staying a human until either Xavier's death or some other incident or occurrence that would cause him to either become some other tech driven bloodline, or he is forced by arc or story event to become otherwise.
My original talent can be found on page one, it was the third talent submitted.
I would prefer Neko look at this seeings as she was the one who approved it, but I'll take May, Snuff, Jackie, or even Urban. No offense to Cain, I just don't know you well enough to take having you trash my work.
RPC Name: Xavier Gray RPC Rank: Journeyman Combative or Non-Combative Talent: This takes up both the Combative and Non-Combative talent slots Talent Name: Mechanist's Past Talent Description: Due to Xavier's past as a mechanist in his previous world before crossing over this allows him to use and create skills and abilities that he was able to do so in his other world. He can create Add-ons, use magnetic skills, and create and use high tech weapons, items, and machinery. He is however limited by race as far as add-ons are concerned. As a human he gets none unless they are part of an item, weapon, or armor. He is allowed machines and robots (to be defined) equal to one active per rank. He can have and invent as many robots and machines as he wishes, but is limited by rank for active machines. Robots and machines do not count towards summon count.
Robots and machines are defined as any form of technology that can move on its own or be piloted. It will be defined as a robot or machine before creation, and will be submitted to custom items or the crew themselves for approval. Depending on the nature of the machine an activation cost may need to be paid equal to the machine's rank. This will be established in the machine description, and may or may not be removed if crew deems it so. Technologically advanced weapons or armor do not count as robots or machines unless the armor becomes more like a mobile suit, mach, or piloted robot or the weapon becomes something that needs to be piloted, driven, mounted, or otherwise used in such a way that it is not an actual weapon. Some items also do not count towards this such as small handheld devices, equipment, or anything that could essentially be used by anyone.
In addition to his mechanist skills and abilities Xavier has access to advanced AI's as his summons. He is still restricted to three summons, and they all must be approved, however the AI's in question are allowed to be out without paying a summoning cost. If active in some way other than basic comm, computer, or HUD functions, or manifesting physical presence during combat will take up a machine slot. Thereby acting as a robot or machine. Activation however, will not need to be paid.
This talent comes with the default skill Magnetize as it is the only thing Xavier could still do when coming to this world, everything else will need to be learned, tamed, created, and invented like normal.
Skills: Magnetize Rank E This is the base skill for anything magnetic in Xavier's arsenal. Allows him to use his energy to magnetize an object allowing him to move it. This skill only allows him to move an object or stop it from moving. Anything else requires a more advanced version.
