There was silence for a moment, before Vera's head poked around the corner of the hall, a bare shoulder showing that the half-elf had already started undressing for the shower. Her skin was slightly flushed, showing she was embarrassed at showing Baihu so much skin. "They weren't your fiancee..." Vera replied with a small nervous smile, and disappeared again. The shower was audible, and Ryuu came out of Vera's room with a lazy stretch, giving the shower a distrustful glare before jumping and curling up on Vera's still-warm chair. Not even twenty minutes later, and Ryuu hopped off again to pad into Vera's room and come right back out after a few noises and bangs, clothes held carefully in his mouth as he moved towards the bathroom. A moment spent carefully on his hind legs, a leg supporting him against the wall as the other paw pushed down on the bar-style handle, and the giant mountain lion was in. He moved right back out, tail curling enough to pull the door shut with a muted CLICK, and Vera came out practically right after Ryuu, towel around her hair. Her eyes seemed slightly amused, as she had been dried and everything by the time Ryuu had moved, her whole cleaning routine taking less time than most women's showers. Period. Rubbing at her silver hair and shaking it slowly as hot air rose around her head, Vera ran her fingers through the super-fine airy strands as she looked at Baihu. "And for this game, there is no real losing," the half-elf continued as if she hadn't just spent time in the shower without speaking to her fiancee. "Wouldn't be fair if I played THAT kind of game on someone who'd be my husband, that I have to live with." Vera smiled, to show Baihu her mentioning living with him as a requirement wasn't negatively meant. "What have you got to lose, except maybe a touch of dignity?" She lay a hand on his shoulder, standing behind Baihu and poking his shoulder. "But, I think you already kinda did a touch of that, Mr. Fuzzybutt."OoC

Baihu wished that he could peek in on her, but the blasted door was shut. He growled a little in disfavor before he took that type to get himself a set of clothes. It wasn't like Vera wanted him to walk around in her robe the whole time. By the time she was out of the shower he was dressed and waiting for her in his human form. "I suppose it's a good idea." He commented about how a couple should be able to play games like this. It was probably a way to spice things up a bit as well. "A touch of dignity, more like a lot. It'll be a moment that it's like father-like-daughter. I'd be losing to two generations." He told her as his shoulder was poked. "You like my fuzzy butt. So what If I did?"

"Hello, I'm Aurora Solindo.Care To Dance?" As was usual, Aurora waited until the last possible moment to wake up. There were no classes for her to be at that day, and she'd gotten back in rather late. Giovanni proved to be a menace, but she had ti applaud his efforts in flirting, which were pretty good considering the fact that he was without a siren's genes. However, that was far from her mind as she slowly dragged herself from the covers, giving an automatic shiver as the room's cool air hit her skin. Allowing her sigh to become a yawn, she stood, then began a series of stretches to ensure that she wouldn't be stiff during cheerleading practice later in the afternoon. Once done, she stepped to the closet, idly picking out an outfit that consisted of black fur-lined clothing. It was cold outside, she knew, causing her to make plans for keeping warm.
When she was dressed, she stepped out of her room, her brow raising as she picked up on the coversation forming between the couple. "I think all talk of 'fuzzy butts' she be confined to someplace not around me." She flashed a cheeky grin, showing that she was only joking, though her next words held a note of obvious seriousness. "I'm hungry."

Vera didn't bother hiding the blush that came up with Aurora's words, although the half-elf did bow her head a little and looked to the side; she thought the siren was going to stay asleep, the way she had looked when Vera checked on her that morning. Tilting her head to the side, Vera managed to look highly amused despite the blush as she pointed to the stack of pancakes now resting on the counter, hidden under a fluffy white towel. "You think I would let you starve? For shame..." she teased, eyes sparkling cheerfully as she happily ribbed her friend. "Just a mo..." Moving over to the plate, Vera held her fingers up towards the ceiling and wiggled them quickly, sparks of flame frisking through the moving appendages before Vera made a silly show of putting her hand back and moving it as if she was a stage magician. A small breeze centered around the plate held in her other hand, and the towel whipped away as Vera made a very elegant and fancy bow to Aurora with the now-steaming hotcakes smelling up the kitchen again. Head almost touching the ground, Vera rose again with a grin to the sleepy siren. "Told you, being a dragon helps cut down on bills...no need for a microwave," she chuckled, looking back behind her with a small snicker as the towel had been heading for Baihu's face. "Sorry about that...no one's usually behind me when I try to send the towel to the chair..." she apologized, not sounding repentant though the blush did come back as Vera reached a hand out to touch his jaw, the other hand still out towards the siren with the reheated food...bacon and sausage too.OoC

"Hello, I'm Aurora Solindo.Care To Dance?" As Vera spoke, she smiled, knowing very well that starving was not an option when around her friend. She watched with her usual expression of curiousity as her magic worked it's way across the pancakes and meat, creating a good amount of food to satifsy the siren. "Breakfast and a show? I knew there was something I was missing on my travels." Of course, there was plenty to be missed while she was gone, but she didn't say as much, and instead gave a small at the joke of the bills being reduced, the sound light and bell-like. The apology to Baihu almost made her comment, but she kept from doing so as she wanted to ensure that she didn't come across as serious; it was odd for her to be so worried about what another person thought, but she would make an exception for her friend's fiancé. Eventually however, she knew that her teasing would return to haunt him, but for this morning, she was eager to enjoy the pancakes and meats. After pouring a glass of orange juice, she sat down with a smile, her fork finding it's way quickly to a piece of a pancake.
"Any plans for today?" she asked after several bites of food, in which she gave a compliment to Vera's magical reheating abilities. While she didn't have any set plans for herself, she was swaying slightly towards one idea to spend a portion of her day; the previous day and evening had reminded her of her own home life, and she was slightly anxious to regain a certain part of it.
{ooc: Uh, yeah~ As I told Angel, I was waiting because it would take Aurora longer to get to the dorm on foot, but then the day changed...so here I am~ (x} "Nothing Is Impossible... ...The Word Itself Says 'I'm Possible'."

Vera's ears twitched just the slightest, her dragon blood making them more mobile like an animal's, and blushed just the palest shade of pink. The normal color of human skin showing up against her own fair ivory. A hand covered the half-elf's mouth as she watched Aurora tear into the pancakes for a moment like Greator with some meat before waving it in a "Pshaw" motion to the siren's compliment to Vera's reheating skills. Eyeing the siren curiously for a moment, Vera glanced back at Baihu for a moment and the flush returned, the other hand covering her mouth this time with just her fingertips. "Um, well...shopping." Vera rubbed at the back of her neck, toeing the ground and looking flustered; she hadn't liked shopping, much, and still didn't. But it was for Baihu, and besides...his daughter seemed interested in fashion, and might be able to help Vera's idea for an outfit. Vera thought about making it, and maybe she'd be willing to help. Her and the shy youngest. Hmm. Raising her head, Vera got a mischievous grin Aurora may or may not remember from one of the few times the half-elf had been dastardly. "And we're going to play a game," she stated cheerfully, obviously looking forward to it.OoC

"Hello, I'm Aurora Solindo.Care To Dance?" Noting the look on her face, Aurora smiled faintly; in her opinion, shopping was nothing to become flustered over, but she knew Vera, and she could understand how she was feeling. She was, after all, getting married to a man because of her father's own behaviour, but she would do her best to keep her friend upbeat. Although to be fair to Baihu, he was doing a rather good job at that already, giving him one more point on her scale. "That sounds fun~" she said cheerfully before returning to her stack of pancakes, which were quickly disappearing. Her expression lightened at the mention of a game, though the context seemed odd. Swallowing her food, she took a sip of her juice before asking, "A game?" Her tone held a note if curiousity, and she awaited a response as she turned her attention to the bacon on her plate.

At Aurora's question, about a game and what kind, Vera just blushed more and practically fled to her room after a quick glance at her fiancee. She honestly didn't know how to respond, and the half-elf was concerned enough about what Baihu thought to change her simple tank top and jeans Vera had put on after the shower. She came back out in a light flouncy top that had a pale pastel paisley color, over dark blue...practically black...skinnier jeans. They were tight, but not skintight, and emphasized Vera's slender hips and long muscled legs. The top covered the button and zipper of the jeans, a slender bulge in one pocket her wallet, where a cellphone would normally be but Vera didn't have one. Her long silver-white hair was pulled back into a simple ponytail, thin loops going down below over her ears while the rest of the hair was tight to her hair tucked behind her ears. It trailed down her back to rest slightly above her buttocks, almost shimmering in the sunlight that hit Vera as she came back the few minutes later it had taken her to regain her composure and in which Baihu would have had time to explain the "game" if he wished.OoC

Kurai had made finally made it to Vera's place. He was nervous about going into someones place alone. Especially when he was invited over by the person. He took the key out to unlock the door and twisted the knob slowly. He opened the door and at first sight he didn't see anybody. He called out to see if anyone was their um...he...hello? Anyone here? Vera had invited me over Kurai said to try not to seem like an intruder but probably to no avail. Then the female started to talk to kurai lighten up will ya? I'm sure she told her roommate about you Kurai didn't seem to be comforted by this statement I dont think thats the case but... I'll try Kurai didn't want to alarm anyone any more than he probably did by calling out so he stayed by the door

"Hello, I'm Aurora Solindo.Care To Dance?" Although she had chosen to go out for a couple of hours that afternoon, Aurora had chosen to spend most of the day inside. She was officially a hired instructor at the dance hall in the Capital, so she figured that gaining some extra practice would do her good for when her classes began. Luckily, the dorm room she shared with Vera was unusually large, and when all of the funiture was pushed aside in her room, she was able to dance without fear of breaking something. Currently, she was in the process of reminding herself of certain steps pertaining to a more difficult waltz when she heard a voice call out into the dorm. She froze for a second, though when the name of her roommate was mentioned, she stuck her out of her room, then stepped into the hallway as she realized that there was an unfamiliar face standing just beside the door. Raising a brow, she gave a small wave before entering the living room, her tone friendly and almost musical as she greeted the strangers. "Hello." Despite the odd circumstances, she was far from suspicious, and rose a hand to beckon them inside before moving to tie her blue hair into ponytail, still speaking casually as she did so. "You said Vera invited you?"

At the sound of a strange voice, Ryuu and Greator looked at each other from inside Vera's room. Although they didn't understand the English, necessarily, they did recognize their friend-sister's name...and that someone else they didn't know were using it. Kurai would find himself facing an unusually large cat that looked like a cougar, a mountain lion, but was about another two feet tall. A scaly head like from some nightmare raised stinky smoke from two slit nostrils as the thin-irised eyes of both creatures glared at the boy. Ryuu slipped past Greator, the adult wyvern needing more time to maneuver through doors than the sleek cat, who promptly started circling Kurai suspiciously, getting tighter and tighter, closer and closer to the male. Then there was a familiar scent over Kurai's confusing mish-mash of smells, Ryuu standing up and placing huge paws carefully on Kurai's shoulders as he leaned forward to sniff at the cheek Vera had marked. Nodding, almost like he knew what was going on, Ryuu aimed a yowl at Greator, who huffed a small breath of rotten breath out and tilted his head at Kurai, more cautious curiosity in his glance now instead of suspicious animosity. Ryuu turned to Aurora and yawned, proclaiming he was bored and didn't think this boy worthwhile...but he lay down in the hall, tail-twitching, to watch Kurai. They missed Vera, like she missed them. But they had to stay home with Aurora, and she couldn't talk to them or really play with them, although she tried keeping their spirits up.

Kurai kinda jumped a little when the female responded to him uh...uh yea.. she told me to come by and... wait for her Kurai said with hesitation, He stayed by the door not sure what to do, then the female had spoke hey moron, try introducing yourself that might help Kurai kinda got angry with the female but he didn't show it I'm sorry, my name is Kurai,I'm a... shapeshifter, sorta.. I only take this form and 2 others Kurai looked down to the floor scratching his head. He was a bit nervous because he never really has much contact with people. When Kurai had saw the large lion and got a bit nervous. When the lion start to circle him he tensed up. His instinct was to change to his wolf form and stand his ground, but he fought it because he wasn't in the right position. He was in someone elses place not know anything about anyone there. When the paw was placed on his shoulder froze in place and moved his head over as the lion smelled hi cheek. When the lion had finally left him Kurai leaned up against the wall and slowly slid down and let out a sigh of relief. Then the female giggled and started to speak to him again Ya know shes looking at you, ya might want to show her some attention Kurai stood up quickly and replied nervously again s...sorry he... she.... the.. lion just kinda....yeaa... Kurai said scratching his head again. As the female laughed at him (sorry lol, i noticed in your last post that you thought you saw 2 people, to try to clear it up, if its in bold its being said, if its not then its a thought basically he was talking to his other form)

"Hello, I'm Aurora Solindo.Care To Dance?" Nodding as she was given an explanation, Aurora didn't respond right away. This boy, Kurai, seemed rather shu, and she had grown to realize over time that shy people preferred a calmer atmoshpere. Despiter her natural bubbliness, she could keep a calm tone now that was older and more experienced in ways of behaving in different situations. "I see...Shapeshifters are very interesting." She had met a few of the kind on her travels, and so she had found the race to be a curious thing. Before she spoke again, Ryuu chose to make his entrance, so Aurora remained quiet as the mountain lion preformed what she thought was a sort of inspection. When the results proved postive, she flashed the animal a bright smile, despite his boredom. Letting Ryuu sit, she turned her attention to her current guest, allowing just a hint of her smile to remain as she spoke. "Do not worry. Ryuu won't hurt you now." She refrained from adding that she wouldn't, either, as that seemed to close to a threat to say to a nervous person. "Would you like anything? We have tons of food and drinks...do you like tea?" Personally, she was sure that the dorm held more types of tea than anything, but it was something she liked. Of course, she was sure that if the boy hungry, they could find some sort of meal to make in the kitchen.

Kurai was still a little nerve-wrecked from the lions inspection but he just shook it off. Kurai had been hungry and thirsty for a few days now but he didn't want make a big deal about it so he just asked for the tea um.. yea tea would be great right now, it was kinda a walk over here laughed to try to ease himself. Kurai had a quick glance at everything This is a nice place you have hereKurai said to try to make conversation. Kurai was still too nervous to walk in. He didn't like entering into peoples house until invite, he only entered the door because he was invited by someone else. Kurai was also a bit curious about hearing about shapeshifter being interesting. so I take it that you've met more shapeshifters besides me? I bet they are a bit more interesting than me Kurai said with a small laugh. (Its ok lol in high sight i probably should have been a bit more clear in the first place, i tend to make things a bit confusing at time sweatdrop )

"Hello, I'm Aurora Solindo.Care To Dance?" Nodding as tea was permitted, Aurora crossed the living room to the tiled floors. She reached the cupboards and opened them deftly, letting her gaze linger on several of the different flavors before finally selecting one. Green tea was common enough, so she was hopeful that he would like it. "Where did you walk from?" she asked idly, trying to start a conversation as she retrieved a kettle. Holding it underneath the faucet, she gathered water before setting it onto the stove and turning the heat up. "I've met a tribe of shapeshifters." she told him, turning to face him once more. His statement was true, though she wondered if the others she meant would turn out to be more interesting. "They were rather...good at many things." she elaborated, remembering a few of the friends she'd made while staying in the tribe. "There are two shapeshifters that I know of in the school, however." She hoped that he would be pleased to hear of such, since most races liked meeting someone of their people. She was the same, but there were currently no Sirens on campus but herself; so it was far more fun spending time with others to learn about their traits.
