Ariana: "No you're not!! I believe in you, Zero!"
Zero: "...You're the only one..." "In all the truth and lies... Zero Sometimes the truth can be difficult to... Comprehend..."   "I swear by this scar that made me... I'll kill you!" A certain silver haired teenager sat in the snow just outside the large castle, where he had just done a small job that he had to do. Now, he sat here, one leg outstreached in the snow and the other's knee bent as he sat there, one of his arms on the bent knee, as he reflected on past events... Now was as good a time as any. He had nothing pressing to do at the moment, and Jenova was too busy to monitor him he if he was correct. So... Sh thought I was a monster... He grunted faintly. That... Girl... She acted like she'd go through anything to help me, but when it came down to it, she was just like all the rest... He lowered his head slightly at that. Doesn't matter I guess... After all, I am a monster... Sure, they don't know why I'm doing this, but... But that doesn't mean what I've done just goes away. It's better this way. it's better if she hates me. And it's better if Diana hates me too. I don't want any of them involved in this. It isn't their business. He then raised his head, standing slowly, his eyes covered by his hair. "...I'll take my own life... When this is all over... It'd be better that way. After alll..." He then began to walk forward. "I'll have nowhere else to go after this. I'll be accepted by nothing anymore. .." After his little plans, he knew even though what he was doing was good, if he showed his face at Avalanche Mansion Sephiroth wouldn't hesitate to attempt to kill him. Zero knew he'd always be alone, but this was the path he had chosen. He had to suffer in this way so that no one else would have to... "All I want is for someone to... To..."

 Ariana Lylatt    After her most horrific and terrfible accidental run in with her parents in the ship getting...a little to close, which she didn't really know they were just cuddling and -not- doing anything more. She just assumed to quickly and ran out before she could really let it sink in her head. Then, by the help of her teleporting friend left the cruise liner to go find a certain someone. Ever seince her last meeting with Zero, Ariana had felt really very horrible about how she reacted. Even if it was a reaction most anyone would have when being threatened by as massive blade , she didn't think she really should have ran off. Not like that anyway. "......I want to see yooou..Zeeeeroooooooo..." The small little fox girl said in her mind, pouting softly as she padded across the ground.The air was beginning to very chilly as she went along, ahead of her she would see the massive cathedral castle. So close....So very close, would it be warm inside? Much like her mother, Ariana -hated- the cold. As the cold snappy air settled into her, and the snow fell into her fur and piled up, she found herself shaking like a leaf, shivering violently. ".......I think...I might just die...IT'S SO COLD!!!!!!! Come on..Come on....You can make it, so close....just a little further and I'll be safe in the castle place of warmth! OHMYGOD! Why is it so far away?!" It really wasn't, But to her, it was an eternity worth of a walk!
That, was when she saw a dark clad figure, his form stood out within the pure white snowy grounds, where as his silvery hair blended in well.Her focus on him though, accidently caused her to hear the words he was thinking in his mind. ".......Zero...?! " Her abilitiys of tracking down were just amazing, even better then Phoenix, it seemed. She would have been far more over-joyed had she not heard those words in her mind, or the following words after that were spoken aloud. " ...What...? What does he mean? He's...not talking about me ...Is he? I don't think you're a monster!! " She wanted to say that, and much more, but, right now she would keep her identity a secret. Had she shown herself, it would probably just be another repeat and become a mess of trouble and yelling. Something she wanted to avoid at all cost with him. "...I do too want to help you." The fox thought to herself, slowly padding her way after him, trying to keep as well hidden as she could. "T-that's it..I'm never leaving his side from now on...You aren't taking you're life away!"
"You can stay with me....Don't you give up on life..What is it you think you need to do? " She continued to think to herself while tracking through the snow, her paws were numb from the cold by now, but still, it kept following!

"It makes no difference..." Sephiroth "You will rot" [Focused Blade]
Uses Peerless swordsmanship to deliver precise strikes.  "I will... Never be a memory" "Why wait?" Came a sudden voice from nowhere, as Sephiroth suddenly appeared in front of Zero, Masamune in hand as he suddenly slashed it towards him, though Zero quickly summoned his sword to his hand and brought it up to block. "I'll take your life right now, puppet." He said harshly, then pushing him back with his blade and rushing forward and slashing at him once more. "Tch!" He brought his blade back up to block, then attempted to push him back then roll to the side quickly, "Damn you!" He shouted, then rushing forward to slash at his father, who brought his amazingly long katana up to block. "No matter where you go, no matter what you do, I'll always find you, and, believe me, puppet, I will kill you." "Tch..." Zero's eyes narrowed. "You seem a little off, father, what's the matter, did your little apprentice DIE...?!" Oh, he knew that'd get him. Which it did. Sephiroth's eyes narrowed fiercely. "You insignificant little..." Sephiroth then advanced forward, grabbing Zero by the throat and throwing him towards the castle, and he then slammed against the outside wall, falling to the ground with a grunt. He was about to get up, when Sephiroth suddenly stabbed him in the gut, slowly raising him up. Wow, this looked familiar. "Don't TEST ME...!" Sephiroth said visciously. Zero grunted in pain, holding the Masamune's blade where it was stabbing him, then glancing to the side, where a tall candle holder was, with a candle that probably hadn't been lit in many many years. He raised his arm towards it, and suddenly, it slowly began lifting into the air, and then he turned his arm sharply towards Sephiroth, and it flew towards him. "Tch." Sephiroth drew the Masamune from Zero's gut quickly, slashing the candle holder in half before it hit him. Zero landed on his feet, breathing heavily as he looked to Sephiroth with angered narrow eyes, his hand covering his bloody wound where the Masamune was. Boy, if Aerith could see how Sephiroth was treating their experiment-made son, she would be so unhappy with him! "I am with you now..." "Burning inside

Ariana Lylatt  Ariana continued to track through the snow, the shivering little fire-fox had her eyes set on the sanctuary of the massive castle of what she hoped would be nice and toasty and warm! Her thoughts continued to run about in her mind after hearing Zero's words just moments ago. She wanted to find him more then she wanted to be warm right now! Just as she was about twenty feet away from those massive doors, her thoughts would suddenly be quickly interrupted as that very person she was searching for was thrown into the castle wall, before she could even make a sound or react to what happened there, another figure was before him, a very familiar one at that. Her eyes widened in horror as the massive blade of Masamune was pierced into Zero's gut.. "Z-ZERO!!" Ariana's eyes suddenly began to turn a crimson red, a orange, reddish energy flowing around her as the fox fire flowed from her. The tiny creature started to run, completely forgetting about the cold, the adrenalin rush gave her that much energy in the need to protect him. Leaping up onto Sephiroth's back, she used her claws to climb up and cling to his...head! Her claws did retract the second she got to his head though, she wasn't completely here to want to kill or hurt him. If she could avoid that she would... Sephiroth would then hear her voice in his head.. "What are you doing?!! Get away from Zero! I'll hurt you if you don't! I mean it! What kind of father ....stabs...his own SON!?? I.....I supported you forever Sephiroth, don't make what affert I put into defending you against all those peoples bad thoughts of you be all for nothing...Don't make them true.....!"

Never be a memory" Sephiroth's right arm, the one that wasn't holding the Masamune, came up, grabbing the fox by the knap of the neck and taking her off his head, then suddenly just throwing her down onto the stone floor! "I don't need your anything." He said coldly, raising the Masamune. "If you support him, then you will die just the same." He then brought it down to slash stab her in the tiny neck! Zero grunted, rushing forward, ramming into Sephiroth with his shoulder, which sent him back a ways. Yeah, he kinda already found out who this was, mainly because of the hair color. "Stay the hell away from her!" He yelled, his scars on his face beginning to form, showing his power level was raising. His scars had never fully shown, as he had never had to show his full power before, and he was saving it for a special something... What are you doing here? Get the hell out of here! He shouted into Ariana's mind. He knew well enough of Serenitians by now to know they could hear thoughts. "Agh...!" He almost forgot how much pain his gut was in. He quickly brought his arm back up to cover his bloody wound, his other hand holding his blade. Damn it all, this is getting too complicated... I can't have her in my way! Zero thought to himself, his eyes cutting towards Ariana. "Despair!" Sephiroth's voice came, causing Zero to quickly look back to him, who was suddenly in front of him. Great. He brought the Masamune down quickly, though harshly, down on Zero once more, who quickly brought up his blade, just blocking it with a grunt of pain. That obviously put more pressure on his wound. Great, he thought. Could this get any worse? He shoved him back a few feet, casting Quake on him, though Sephiroth merely sprouted his single wing and raised off the ground, pointing his blade towards Zero. "You will soon rejoin the rest of the Ancients, worthless puppet." Sephiroth said coldly, his eyes narrowed fiercely. "Damn you...!" Zero turned towards the fox. "Get the hell out of here! NOW!" He said through gritted teeth, then turned back to Sephiroth, his eyes narrowed. "I am with you now..." "Burning inside

As Sephiroth appeared in front of Zero suddenly, he would feel a bit of steel slam into him, if she was lucky to hit him with it.Ariana had grabbed the broken half of the candle holder, and was now using that as a sort of weapon to hit Sephiroth with, but still, not to really harm him badly, mainly to distract him away from Zero. "You're not a very good father, get away from him or I will get serious!! If I have to hurt you, I will do whatever it takes you protect Zero! " She didn't want to insult Zero by this, she just was saying how she felt. She too, wanted to protect him just as well. But then, it seemed the candle holder she tried to toss on Sephiroth just flew through the air as Sephiroth raised off the ground to avoid the Quake spell cast on him..
That was her chance, this small distraction, she completely ignored Zero's orders to leave, and instead rushed over to him, -hugging- him suddenly, and as she had done this, a golden barrier formed around the two of them, which would protect the two of them from Sephiroth's attacks for only possibly a few hits, if he did try anything else. At the same time, a holy energy would start to flow into Zero, the gentle warmth settling into his body as the healing began to take place.

Never be a memory" Once the barrier came over them, Sephiroth smirked, raising his right hand, as the Masamune was in his left, and the Black Materia suddenly appeared in it. "It's over." He said coldly, as he started to charge to use the smaller Meteor that wouldn't hurt the planet, but would probably crush them without much resistance. That was when a sudden interesting shaped blade wooshed by Sephiroth's head. Of course, it could've hit, but that was a warning. "Oh Sephiroth, you silly goose. Don't you know it's impolite to murder people?" Came the rather smartass voice of the young teenage God, Nero. "I've toppled Gods before, ignorant whelp. I suggest you tuck tail and flee while your head remains attatched to your body." Sephiroth said in annoyance. "Oh no, I'm so scared. I'm shaking in my little boots." He didn't even wear boots. "See, I could care less, usually, but my daughter is down there, so if you don't stop now and leave, wannabe of a God, I'll have to clip your wing." He smirked at that. "You look like him." Sephiroth suddenly said. "Why is it that you look so similar to Cloud Strife? What is your relation?" "I don't see how that's any of your business." "Hmph." Sephiroth lowered to the ground, landing softly on his feet. Then striking his signature fighting stance. "It matters not. I shall destroy you, then them." So, Ariana's father was protective, and Zero's was trying to kill him. Interesting. Nero chuckled a bit. "Oh, fun." He raised a taunting hand motioning him to come on in a "bring it on" motion. "Come on. Try your best." "I am with you now..." "Burning inside

But, then, came a familiar voice which caused her to stop pulling on him.If he was here, well....things would be alright, she beleived that much! Sephiroth wasn't any match to her father, at least that was how she saw it. Then again, she would much rather avoid a fight between them! "...Wait...Please don't fight..! Can't this be resolved somehow without some deadly battle? " "Or you can brain wash him and make him stop!" She said the last part to Nero's mind. Ah the sneakyness of Serenitians.

I could persuade him, but where would be the fun in that? Nero asked, grinning at that. Oh fine. "Wow, Sephiroth. Aren't you a fun little pickle today. Though I have to say, killing your son, that seems so harsh!" "Don't test me." "Now how would that make you feel? Killing your own son? What kind of horrible person would do that?" "He does not deserve li-" Sephiroth gasped lightly. He understood the message Nero was sending, now. Neo was Sixx's father, and he killed him... "Yes. Now you get it. Would you like to be like the man who killed the closest thing you've ever had to a son (that you actually care about)?" "...Tch." Sephiroth got out of his stance, dismissing Masamune. "See, Neo killed his son because he didn't like how he was behaving, just like you're trying to do! Don't be so sure Zero here isn't doing the wrong things for the right reasons, mmmkay mister silly-bear?" "Silence." Sephiroth said in irritation. "Very well. I'll stand down for now. However, the first show you have of harming Aerith, or Avalanche, Zero, you will die." Then he vanished in a flurry of feathers, leaving the last three words in the air. "Wow, what a great guy. I envy his forgiving nature. We should play again sometime there Sephy-poo. Check-mate, b***h." Nero said with a grin. Then suddenly just turning away and starting to leave! "You kids have fun playing. Just not too much fun. I don't want grandkids at the age of fourteen, makes me look like I have no morals! Now, I'm gonna go sex up your thirteen-year-old mother. See you." Oh, he cared so much about morals. Of course, he was just joking! But hey, it was fun.
"...?" That was the wierdest thing Zero had ever seen in his entire life. "Tch." He shrugged away from Ariana, turning away from her. "I told you to stay away from me!" Whoops! Saying all this infront of Zero. Then again, she didn't really think he cared so much! Looking at him, then again to her retreating father, her face suddenly turned to that of disgust. "Eww...Thanks, Father...I just -wanted- to hear that. I'm going to go find some nice loud music and kill my ability to hear now.." She said to him, her own version of sarcasm. "And don't think like that with me and Zero! Were not -yoooou- who has a billion kids in the future! " Oh, she got him back there. Of course she was only playing!
Again, she turned back to Zero as Nero was leaving, for a moment she just stood there, what was going through her head? Was she angry? Upset? "........" Then, she just crossed her arms, kicking the tip of her foot in the snow a bit. "You know what....It's really cold. Can you yell at me somewhere else, you know, like inside?? " Yeah, she wasn't phased by his little yelling! Not this time! "You don't want my help, yes, I know. But toooooooo bad Mr. Oh oh can I call you Mr. Grumpy Pickle now?! " Then as he tried to run away, Ariana just grabbed his hand, attempting to stop him! "No! You're Not going Anywhere! Can you just stop with the act and just taaaalk to me? I don't bite, I promise...Even in fox form, I'm a nice girl!"

Are you...Friends with these things or just strangly not on there kill list? " She found it very strange, the demons here attacked her, and pretty much anyone, but for some reason they paid no attention to the pink haired one there. "I guess they don't like pink! PINK! The new Anti-Demon Repeller, heh heh! Oh, god I'm so funny.! " Grinning to her friend there, she obviously had no idea what really the ever so innocent Teresa had gotten herself into a time ago. "Would you get angry if a hack a few away? I'm.....so...BORED! I need to have some form of fun! " Of course, she didn't really think it would bother her, and for added fun, she didn't even take to her Devil Trigger form, instead, she picked up one of the tall cast iron candle sticks with the many tips and points, and tossed it straight for one of the approaching demons. "Demon on a stick! Let's all sing! Deeemons roasting on a open fire, their bones cracking in the ash...the soothing sounds of there screams of pain, merry demon roasting to yooooou!" Yeah, she was a little insane!
Meanwhile, Teresa backed away, a pained look on her face. She wasn't quite so amused by Trinity. For whatever reason, she didn't think they needed to die. It wasn't attacking, so why? "...C-Can you...not..hurt them please..? They live here....it is there home....We are the ones invading their territory now.." She said softly..For a moment there, she really did sound more like her mother in the ways of caring, but these were not things to care for...

 Suddenly, Trinity would feel her body freeze up completely, petrified. It wasn't as though Stop was cast on her--it felt more like her own blood turned on her and brought her movement to a complete stop. It wasn't a painful feeling, but it was a very strange and unpleasent sensation. With that, three crimson orbs formed in the air near the two girls. "Give a message to your father, wench," Trinity would hear. The tone was obviously demonic and full of malice. "Tell him that the Prince of Darkness is soon to finally return..." If the personification of Mundus had a face, it would be smirking. With that, Trinity was cast out of the building, flying through the giant doors, and should she try to return she would meet a barrier which would shoot her back a good distance away from it. No more interlopers, thought Mundus. Not if I can prevent it.
The orbs didn't move whatsoever, but then addressed Teresa. "...It is time for you to uphold your end of our deal. Are you prepared to do as I instruct?" The voice, now more calm and in a fake gentle tone asked. It would, after all, be difficult to get her to do as he wished if she had a negative opinion of him, however if she didn't, he would merely do away with her and find a power-hungry fool to do his bidding. There were never any shortage of those.

No control of her own body really did feel unpleasant.Then, came the voice that actually sent chills down her spine. This girl didn't scare easily,if ever at all. Her cocky attitude always made her seem unafraid of anything. But this was something she felt wasn't such a good thing. ".....Why? He's not into guys..or...other demon guys, whatever you are...! And if he doesn't like you, which I KNOW he won't, he'll just destroy you!" She yelled to the strange floating orbs, yeah. Definitely demonic, How the heck did Teresa not know this before? But, before she could say another word she was cast out of the building, through the doors, which, she was glad weren't closed at the time!! As she made impact with the ground and snow, it wasnt long before she was up again and attempting to run back to them, only to be stopped by a barrier. ".....Wait ....Teresa's still in there...HEY YOU DEMONIC JERK! Let me back in!! Or let Teresa out!" With how thick these doors were, It wasn't possible for Teresa to hear her.
Teresa was looking toward the doors, sighing heavily, she really would not have seen that happen to her friend, even if she was annoying as heck! "...She's..okay, right?" She asked, turning toward the orbs now as they spoke."..Yes. I am, of course...but please don't be so um...mean to my friends? You didn't need to do that."

Completely ignoring everything Trinity said, Mundus knew she couldn't get in, and even if she could she would have a snowball's chance in hell of beating him. "She will only interfere. Just simply do as I instruct and your service to me will be paid in full. I require to to go to nine different locations, and once you get there I will have further insctructions for you." He said. It seemed easy enough, nine similar errands in trade for curing her illness. "The first place you should go will be simple. The Kingdom of Serenity. Go downstairs in the main hall and I will reveal myself to you again with further instructions." With that, the crackle of lightning sounded as his form fizzed out of view...

 Teresa Wolve    "....Well...." She began, but then came to realize, she really had no words. Nothing that she could think of anyway. maybe it was better she was outside, rather then in here. Better for her to be safe, right? Silencing herself from speaking anymore on the subject, she just nodded softly. "...Nine? Um...But, how?
