"I know but this is my life" she said and stood to leave. Arrow kissed her cheek. "Be safe Alyssa." Alyssa nodded and went back to work getting exactly what she knew was waiting for her. A big painful beating. Arrow cringed as he heard what they were doing to Alyssa. She cried out in pain as the guard whipped her back with a rigid whip. Alyssa screamed out in pain as other servants gathered by the door snickering and laughing at the sight of her being beat. The constantly yelled insults and cursed at her. “You ugly witch! You think you are better then all of us here,” one spat out at her. “Getting what you deserve for breaking the law! You swine” another said. The guard spat on her as walked off. “You good for nothing, sordid creature,” he said as he walked out of her room leaving her there on the ground. As the guard left, they took this as an opportunity to take their own anger out on her. The kicked and punched her over and over again . They placed salt in her wounds to make them burn and sting like a burning knife stabbing her over and over again. When they were satisfied they left, laughing and smiling as they spoke of how good it felt to give her what she deserved.

Once Arrow knew it was over he went down and picked her up and took her to the nurse's area. Alyssa laid there in excruciating pain. Blood was everywhere from the open wounds. Her lip busted, scrathes on her arms and legs, along with the gaping wounds caused by the rigid whip. Tears streamed down her face as she fell unconscious from all the pain. She whimpered in her sleep as the nurse tended to the wounds. She bandaged her up sure she had a few broken bones, of which she had to put back in place causing Alyssa to scream out in pain. Once she finished that she cleaned the mess of blood and tattered clothing.
