"I..." Three made a soft noise, tilting his head towards the two of them, still puzzled....going so far as to start suddenly when Fiver put that hand on his shoulder. "It was not meant to be harsh...merely...a warning. In case the situation is one to be avoided again. I had no wish for any of us to perish." It was quiet, softly trying to convey what he'd meant to before, though this time, it was in a kinder, or at least less icy tone of voice. Before...he'd put himself out on a limb, stretched into a position where he himself was in peril, risking everything...and for what? For them? He still could not reconcile the idea with his own actions. It was too preposterous. It was merely because they were his...and he would not let anyone take what he had claimed for his own from his hands.
Slowly, a hand reached up, to rest atop Fiver's, and he shifted, so that he could better gaze at Fiver II. "I was..not precisely enthused with your actions." He admitted slowly, "But I am no longer angry with you. Even if your decision was rash, it did not warrant what followed after." Which was the exact reason that A-Three had stood up to begin with, placed himself between Fiver II and A-Seven. Even without saying the words...he had forgiven the younger. Though Three had a marvelous vocabulary, sometimes he was at an utter loss as to how to employ it, most notably towards the emotional side of the spectrum. "We three are here together now." A soft admittance. "And together we will stay." His Fivers...the both of them. He'd kept them yet. They might not always be useful, but he was their leader.
And then YII spoke up, and Three arched a brow beneath his mask. Hnn. So that was the final crossing them, was it? "Only way out. Absolutely peachy." That a rather grim mutter.
He made a distinct point to ignore the loud, rude individual.

The apology was long accepted before Three had even uttered it. Fiver II smiled slightly behind his mask. Everything was right now. They were all back together the way it should be. Math teachers had it all wrong. Five plus Five made Three, not ten.
The boy sat down n the other side of Three and leaned against him. Finally breaking his silence he looked up at Three. He was happy here with them. This was home, maybe. The three of them all together. Safe. "I'm sorry, guys. We could walk through that door together but.... If we forget each other... I don't think it's worth it." He said in a soft half whisper.
He knew how he felt about them. The both of them. "I need you... more then then you'll ever know. I still do. I'm willing to let it show." He half sang still leaning against Three, with his head on the other mans shoulder.

Moving back towards the couch, yII planted himself down and stared at the door some more. Yes, he wasn't quite ready to move on yet, even if it meant remembering who he was. The time will come but... that time just wasn't right at this moment. Perhaps he wanted to spend some more time around some of these people before being dead to the world. He wasn't quite sure what it was exactly.
"True," he said to yVII as his gaze was still fixated on the door, "I don't get why he'd make this sort of 'failsafe' or 'net' if he's just going to let us out like that though."
Finally breaking the stare, he turned towards aIII and nodded quietly.
"I don't know about you guys, but I don't think I'm ready yet to crossover," he said to both yVII and bVII, "I don't think I'd want to stay here forever though, either."

Fiver breathed a sign of relief when Three (more or less) apologized, reaching out to Fiver II. Good. Good ... he didn't want to be dead and fighting with Three at the SAME TIME. That would just be too much. Once Fiver II had plopped down, he moved to sit on the other side of the younger male, leaning against him just a bit.
And at Fiver II's words about walking through the door ... he nodded. "Yea ... I ... I'm almost happier just staying in here. Until the end." He did want to remember things, mostly the why ... but not yet. Not just yet. This was all he needed for the moment.

"Heh, I'm gonna wait a bit and see who else dies," She said out loud to nobody in particular as she moved away from the door, ignoring the trio that had appeared and were oh so dramatic in their reunion. They go on like they had knew each other for decades when its only been... Two? Three? Well, a few days. There was no need to talk about togetherness in death and all that...
Was there?
Perhaps part of the reason why she wanted to wait is to see if any of those in her group manage to survive till day 7. There was also that... Fear that she might not like who she was. While it had been short lived, she liked being Beta Seven. She liked being 'Boss' - the Boss that led a group to the Lighthouse. The Boss that started a stabbing spree on E-3 in the name of revenge. The Boss that teased a teammate about his lack of balls so much, he fired a gun at an enemy while yelling a battle cry with the word 'balls' in it. The Boss that survived a piranha attack but laughed right before dying due to a poisoned dart.
"HAHAHAHAHA, took the words right out of my mouth," Looking at Gamma Seven, she grinned behind her mask when he addressed the whining trio, "You have balls. I like you more already."
Her gaze quickly shifted to Gamma Two, and she made her way over, flopping down beside him, "He has no reason to lie, old man. Like he said, he was only fulfilling his end of some deal we probably made with him to come here. I doubt anyone's coming back from that-" She gestured at the darkness beyond the door, "To confirm it for us though. Still, I am waiting, like I said before."

He wasn't sure whether or not to be amused or annoyed that he was ignored; amused because it happened often, and annoyed because they had continued talking, though now it was turning into one huge chick flick. Instead he watched Gamma Two, nodding in agreement.
"I'm not ready to go yet, besides, someone has to tell Beta Three 'sorry'." He gestured towards the door and the one person who had already gone through it as he moved to sit near his Gamma Leader. "Later, yeah. Not now..." The idea of dying made him shudder. Beta Seven's compliment made him grin at her, about to suggest a field trip into his pants...and then something clicked.
Things in his pants.
"s**t!" Gamma Seven yelled suddenly, leaping back to his feet and continuing his earlier attempt at patting down his pants, from his belt to the tops of his boots. When he clearly didn't find what he was looking for, he sat back down with the heavy despair of a man who had lost out on something very important. "Awww maaaaan..."

And Three sighed. Honestly, Fiver II was far more of a sap than he felt he was accustomed to. Not that he knew for sure, but honestly, the little ditty was about to make his teeth ache. Wrinkling his nose, he made a soft harrumphing sound, not precisely a fan of the whole obnoxiously cozy atmosphere he'd seemed to have invited upon himself. "As much as I loathe to say it...I highly doubt there is any other way to leave this room...and eternity here...is an implausible eventuality." He murmured, though he was in no real hurry to make any sort of decision. Not yet. Glancing over at II, Three pondered the warmth on his shoulder.
Did he have people like this...where he came from? That warmth...a nearness provided by other people. Though it didn't necessarily make him comfortable, there was a certain level of appeal to it. The uncertainty of 'home', wherever that was...the memories...what if his real memories caused him to lose these? Whilst most of this event had been dreadful, true...he wasn't sure he was ready to relinquish the two men next to him. Idiotic, that notion. But he'd worked hard to acquire them, thank you just the same.
In the past, he'd likely been a loner. He could sense it, by his mannerisms, the way he distrusted the world at large. Those instincts didn't go away, even if memories did, the body remembered. "I do not think the end will come to us...thus the door. It is...disgustingly symbolic." He murmured. It wasn't that he was frightened of the memories, he was simply unwilling to give up all that he'd earned through blood and diligence here. Three was well aware he was selfish. He wanted the old, lost reality, as well as the people who had become his in this new one. There might be nothing on that other side...which was a disconcerting, but perfectly plausible option, and then again, all might return to a forgotten norm. Doubtful...but if it did...would they recall this at all?
"And might I add you are both two of the most sickeningly romanticized creatures ever to walk the face of the earth." It was muttered, a tinge of annoyance, but almost...should one try very hard to imagine it...begrudgingly fond. Idiots. But his idiots.
Oh Gods no. He was becoming one of them.

"Well, we have entertainment in front of us, so its not all bad," She grinned, gesturing to the dramatic trio near them, not caring if they saw or heard her comment, "Time will pass quickly, I'm sure. For now, chill time..." At least, her grinned stayed on for a few extra seconds before she paused, her gaze lingering on Gamma Two.
"What happened to Beta Three?" It was a simple question and straight to the point. She wanted to know, good news or bad. Wait, screw that. It can't be bad news if the guy was not here with them, right? Or was that supposed to be good news, to have company in this place?
Raising an eye brow as he started to... Pat his own legs, she rolled her eyes, "Getting desperate, or did you just lose your balls?" Now she was starting to like him a little less.

Fiver II was enjoying himself. Even if Three didn't understand the boy's need for closeness. Between the two of him he felt safe and cared for. HIs hand was on Fiver's leg and he ajusted his cheek against Three's shoulder. It was difficult to relax in such a heavy suit but he'd managed it. He was perfectly at ease.
Happy. Content. He smirked up toward Three slightly. "... Is that such a bad thing?" He asked with a soft sigh and just stayed where he was. Screw the door. It'd be there. Right now...
This was their world. He at least hoped Three liked it a little.

And so the other trio continued on, but at least they weren't bickering so much. Deciding to try and ignore it, he looked back at bVII, rolling his eyes at the old man comment. There she went again with that. What would take to get her to stop calling him that? Ah well, it wasn't that big of a deal anyway. It was just a minor annoyance.
At the very least the other two were planning on hanging around a little longer anyway. One of his reasons for deciding to stick behind was because of them in the first place. While at times they got on his nerves (bVII a little moreso than yVII), he enjoyed having them around.
"What the hell are you doing?" yII asked Gamma Seven while giving him a rather odd look.
"None of us have our weapons if that's what you're trying to find on you right now..."

"Dunno! Beta Three was alive when I kicked the bucket." He shrugged, frowning behind his mask. It had been a pretty intense battle from what he recalled, but he kind of wished the shadowed thing would attack other people as well. You know, give someone else a chance to experience that sort of pain! Gamma Seven was nothing if not fair. Yes...and he liked to share, apparently.
"Oh Ha-ha." Gamma Seven drawled to Beta Seven then, flipping her off for a moment. "No, no, not a weapon - at least not the weapon you're referring to." There was amusement in his voice, though after he sighed heavily, getting back to his feet to raise his arms in exasperation again. "I had one, man! A Pendant!" He stressed unhappily, in disbelief at his luck.
"It's gone now, so..." A couple new things clicked in, and he groaned in pure despair again. "THERE WAS A CHANCE A GIRL HAD HER HAND DOWN MY PANTS AND I WASN'T EVEN THERE TO ENJOY IT!" He practically wailed, ignoring how loud and annoying he was being; the same thing he had told the newcomers to shut up for.
"I don't like this game anymore!"

(( E-13 is entering from Task - Last Man Standing. ))
"-was gonna give it...up......for you.............anyhow?" E-13 finished the sentence, mouth not caught up to the change in developments.
He was in a lounge.
He did a quick spot-check, paranoid.
It looked pretty normal and short on shark tanks, but you never could tell.
He checked his body next. The pendant was gone. He was in one piece. The room wasn't collapsing in on him. Nobody was holding his hand. ...And...and there were his guys. Pink guys. Pink guys that had gotten crushed, exploded, and otherwise mangled.
"G-guys? E-8, 4, 12? That you? ...B-7? ...And you're the guy from..."
Dead people? He was in a room full of dead people?
...
s**t.

E-4 had eyed the open door quietly but, like the others, decided she didn't quite want to move on yet. As tempting as it was, she was worried about her team--what kind of situations had they found themselves in now? At the very least, they weren't dead. That much she could be certain about.
She found herself looking at Gamma Seven as he freaked out, and a small smile twitched on her lips despite her previously-grim thoughts. "Well, yeah. Makes sense though, doesn't it? These aren't really our bodies anymore." She gestured down to herself before grimacing, "And you didn't really hide your pendant down your pants, did you? What if a guy tried to get it?"
Interesting cast of characters they had in here.
It also looked like someone else had joined them. E-4 turned to look at them lazily (just another addition to their ever-growing party), but she instantly stiffened upon spotting the newcomer's pink armor. Then he spoke, and there was no doubt about it.
"What," She said tightly, pointing an accusing finger at him, "Are you doing here? Of all people who I expected to live..."

"Oh, Beta Three made it then," She stated thoughtfully before raising an eye brow at Gamma Seven, waving a hand in the air dismissively when she was flipped off. She was surprised that he had a pendent (and kind of regretting not attacking him for it at the Lighthouse), but even more surprised that he thought he would be able to bring it with him after dying, "I think we're like spirits or something now. Your body must be still where you left it, you know, when you died-"
Oh look, he realized it.
"And what if it was a guy who did that?" There was a hint of amusement in her voice as she laughed, crossing one leg over the over as she leaned forward, towards him. He might not be able to see it behind the mask, but she was grinning, "You might had gotten molested by a guy after you died. Now, sit down, grow some balls and stop whining already. This little game wasn't fun from the beginning..."
Oh look, a newcomer- Oh s**t. She frowned at the color of the uniform he had on, before looking at the characters on the side of the gas mask he was wearing. This was the guy who survived when they had failed at that "task", and he was dead?
"Luck ran out for you, I see," She looked at E-13 and then at E-4; the latter better not cry. Seriously.

"You had a pendant?" yII repeated with a raised brow. He didn't sound accusing or anything like that, "In your pants? Dude that couldn't have been comfortable. This armor isn't very loose..."
Now that he thought of it, yVII had been kind of fidgety after the whole ordeal with the hellhorse. Huh. Then, chuckling, he shook his head in amusement.
"Epsilon Four and Beta Seven have a point you know," he grinned, "It could very well been a bunch of guys reaching into your pants to get the thing."
Turning, he saw eXIII suddenly here. Wait, wasn't that the guy who supposedly got two pendants? Perhaps he ended up with a huge target on his head anyway.
"Is... something going on?" he asked the others. It was a curious thought considering there seemed to be an influx of people dying all of the sudden. The other trio seemed to have died at the same time or close to that at least, and eXIII seemed to know them.
