The Prophet Wei whee Username: The Prophet Wei RPC Name and Rank: VIktor SLein, Novice Machine Amount: 0 atm Name of Machine: The Observer Machines Rank: E Description: The Observer is a small, mobile machine that has four metal, six feet long tentacles that it uses to latch onto surfaces that extend and retract. At the center is a medium sized ball It has four red eyes, three over the top of a single larger one that record everything that they see, as well as an array of sensors that can detect any sounds made. Better still is that it stores every bit of data it collects, visual, auditory, and tactile and learns from it as t does so. This data is then given back to Viktor via his method of controlling the machine, or by it's artificial voice. As far as armaments, it has 4/4 for str/spd overall, and it has an integrated sniper rifle at the bottom of it's large eye socket which it can fire with dead on accuracy. Once it has gathered a high level of information about a target it will become even more acurate as it attacks, and as this data is transmitted between the other potential units it is linked to it will boost their knowledge of a target and accuracy as well. Do you think I will accept it: Yes Okay so... The recording part is fine i think, but take out the part where it gains knowledge and adapts to the target. While it a nice concept, I think novice is too low of a rank for that ability. Also, bring the machine's up to D, since it serves as a combat robot as well as an information gathering robot. after you do that, it's approved. EDIT: Actually, keep it at E rank. It should be relatively easy to destroy with how small it is.

Oh i forgot to add that my personal skill allows me to create robots as if I were a rank higher, and the human bloodline allows for robots that are more advanced than others. Machine Revolt: All technological upgrades, and their abilities, are increased in power, sturdiness and reliance. This essentially allows you to create super-machines, especially at a high rank, that are capable of things other machines are not.

Even with machine revolt, it'd be too advanced I think... but with your talent, it is alright. So approved as is. 3nodding

RP Sample:Do you think I will accept it: Yes Note that this machine will still take damage from D ranked attacks, even if it's not instantly killed by them. Also, it's arrows should subtract from your ammo count, or cost energy if you would prefer that. Either is fine with me. Just clarify these things and you're good to go.
