The Tardis doors were shut and the screen showed the battle between the two hydras going on outside.

"temporal energy fluctuation detected! temporal energy fluctuation detected! " The screen read underneath and the cloister bell was ringing loudly. "Evacuation of present planet recommended! Beginning emergency takeoff proceedures, please confirm!" Two green and red buttons were blinking. One said "confirm." one said "Deny."

Sumer was fighting with the Zorc tooth and claw, but was receiving many injuries. Zorc kept trying attack his friends, which kept sumer's 'hands' full. ((and by hands, I mean extra mouths.)) HE had already bitten off the machine head, which was easier than any of the others because he was breathing fire as he bit it off, melting the metal. He had begun using all three of his extra heads to attack each head while his other four held the remaining heads down. Sumer was beginning to tire, though, and he knew that it had to be ended soon. Then, he remembered something. Something from many years ago, when he was human. He had been a great dragonslayer, and he remembered that a hydra's greatest weakness was at its shoulder, where the one vein that carried blood to all of the heads began to split. He reached down and bit into the dragon's shoulder, tearing out a huge chunk of flesh.

Zorc screamed as blood poured out. His struggling stopped and he fell to the floor. His body shattered into pieces that turned into ash, leaving only the blood. Sumer fell to his knees.

"I- I killed a god of death... I really did it..." His heads dropped one by one onto the floor. Slytha walked over to one of them and placed her hand on its cheek.
Sumer, are you going to be like this forever? Are you going to be a hydra?
"Are you afraid, Slytha?" a tear rolled down his face. "I'm bigger than a house. I couldn't possibly find any place to hide now, except perhaps the ocean... I have become what I killed."
Slytha leaned forward and kissed his blood-stained cheek. Of course I'm not afraid...
Sumer's eyes began to glow with the same colors of the time vortex. "Stand back, slytha... I'm going to try and reverse this. I'm going to pull my body back along its own time line. If this fails, it could wind up out of control, and reverse you back to a normal sword."
He closed his eyes. Every wound that he had recieved in the battle opened and shut again. He groaned and screamed several times.
I have to stay in control... I have to stay in control... His scales became dark black again as his body moved through the period of time that he was apep, then became silver again. His body shrunk and withered back to its half-human form.
Sumer! You did it! you-
Slytha began to run over to him, but froze as she saw him hold up a hand for her to stop. His eyes were still screwed shut. He screamed as a thousand wounds covered his body and shut again in seconds. I have to time this right... I MUST stay in control... The millennium gauntlet dropped from his arm and his real hand returned. His body, though, continued to be pulled back through time. More wounds, terrible wounds that he had recieved in the forest became obvious for a moment before slipping away into nothingness.
Sumer? SUMER! you're half-dragon again! YOU HAVE TO STOP IT! Slytha was beginning to panic. She knew that she couldn't just chop his head off this time, she would die if she tried to touch him.
DOCTOR! You have to help him! Please! Slytha turned to the Doctor. He's going to go too far! His body is probably already back to- Sumer, still half dragon, fell to the ground. Everything became silent.
He pulled his body back to the time he died at silent hill... Five years ago. Slytha walked over to his body and knelt next to it, beginning to cry into her hands.

All of this was shown on the Tardis viewscreen. The words "emergency over." flashed underneath.

Where are they? Where all all of the people he saved, doctor? Where are all of the lives he gave back?? Why couldn't they have been here. Why didn't it help?? All of his good deeds have led him to his demise! Where is his precious forest now?? WHERE ARE THEY?? She slumped over his chest. Why didn't everything he did in the past save him in the present? She looked up at the doctor. "He isn't going to wake up this time..."

You have to move him ahead on his timeline... he pulled himself too far back. He's all the way back to the way you guys last saw him at silent hill: completely dead. But you have to hurry.. Slytha stood back. His timeline could become permanently in this state forever... Slytha was doing her best not to panic, and only managed to keep her tone monotone. She knew that if she began showing emotion, she would completely lose it.

Sumer's body began to glow as well and lifted up off of the ground a couple inches. He took a long shuddering breath in and fell to the ground. He sat up, shaking himself off.

"I- I lost control of it..." he looked down into his lap, then back at Kat. "Thank you... This is the second time that you've saved me today... I'm not used to being on the recieveing end of the life-saving act..."
He fell over as slytha glomped him, pulling him to the ground. SUMER! I thought that I had lost you again!
Sumer looked at her, still in shock. "What do you mean? Again?"
She looked down. Like at silent hill. You died at silent hill. Lucfier and I agreed that you shouldn't know why..
"I was giving Wolfina my life force... because she had been killed..." Sumer whispered. "I know. The millennium gauntlet opened up all of my repressed memories while we were fighting Shadi..."

Slytha was in shock. Y-you knew all along? Then when you proposed...

"I knew that Wolfina was out there, but I saw that she had moved on. I decided that I should, too. Besides, I didn't want to blind myself to what was right in front of me..." Sumer pushed back a strand of hair that had fallen in her face, exposing how deeply she was blushing. She reached and arm up around his shoulders and pulled him into a deep kiss.


Hey, you two! Stop developing your characters! We have card games to play! Sumer's mask laid on the ground and was moving quickly towards the millennium gauntlet.With this, you won't be able to hold me back! Lucifer almost reached the item of power, but it suddenly erupted into flames and burned to ash. Sumer was holding his hand up. "Not this time. You're not unleashing any more evil gods on the human race..."
Doesn't matter. I made YOU a dark god, oh high and mighty knight! I can do it again. I'll let Apep out one of these days. The mask was shattered by a black blade.
Not if I have anything to say about it...

Sumer and slytha (who was now a dragon again) turned to the remaining angels. "Well, slytha. They've seen how you fight..."
Now, we'll show them how well WE fight.

((Sorry Dana, but this thread is going to die if we wait much longer.. Jump in any time.)) Sumer and slytha were shocked to see that the angels were gone. He saw the last cruxis crystal sliding into the graveyard slot of the Millenium gauntlet, and a spell card fell out. Monster Reborn. The black gauntlet floated into the air, and all of the blood in the room became a red mist that began to swirl around it.
No more games of cards. You chose to fight with brute strength, now see mine!

Sumer looked over at the Doctor. "Ummm... On second thought... maybe now is the time to beat an honorable retreat to the tardis? A ship that advanced MUST have some amazing weapons, right?"

Sumer cursed under his breath. "Does anybody know where we could get some?? Doctor, you must have some friends you can call upon who could help us." Sumer slowly began to inch his way between the five-headed dragon and his new friends, except that it wasn't the five-headed dragon being reborn. He looked over his shoulder and saw simply a man, not a giant dragon.

Sumer Tanis Christiansen... The strange man clapped his hands together and began rubbing them. You seem to have become very friendly with the doctor and his Tardis... You would make a great companion to the precious Doctor! Energy began crackling around his hands. Without warning, he thrust his palm forward, shooting a beam of the energy straight into Sumer's chest. Sumer fell to the ground as the energy refused to leave his body, staying in his scales and making him untouchable.

Sumer! Slytha ran forward at the strange man, trying to attack, but was stopped by a beam of light that came from a small device that he was holding.
He only laughed as she fell to the ground, writhing in pain. Laser screwdriver... It's a piece of cake to harmonically resonate the metal that makes up your body... His laughter stopped as he laid eyes on the doctor. Well, Doctor... We meet once again... His laser screwdriver lashed forward, shooting a deadly beam straight at the Doctor's chest.

((BTW: I'm sorry everyone, this wound up WAAY off topic. I'm gonna try to bring this back around to Doctor Who, rather than Yu-Gi-Oh.))

The master simply chuckled at Kat's summon. You know, this has all been a big joke on my part... The tails doll, the shadow games, even Zorc! It's all just been one big practical joke! He snapped his fingers and a force shield formed instantly around them. There was never any power here coming from the cards or the items... This took a LONG time to plan out, though... You have a lot of enemies, Doctor. Sontarans made up a few clones to my specifications to match familiar characters, the cybermen were happy to provide their most advanced holigrams, even the gelth wanted a piece of the action! And the daleks, the DALEKS! ... They gave me everything else I needed... Ignoring the group of friends that were contained in the field, he walked past them and ran his fingers along the doorframe of the Tardis. Finally... I'll have a TARDIS of my own again... I can go back and make sure this filthy planet is destroyed for good! Along with EVERY stinking ape on its surface! All of time and space will belong to the enemies of the doctor, and I will reign as the grand architect of it all! Ha ha ha ha HA HA HA!

Meanwhile, Slytha and Sumer were finally beginning to rehabilitate themselves as the effects of the laser screwdriver wore off.

"That sounds like a viable plan..." Sumer muttered. "who would expect reverse psychology? It's so simple it just might work."

I think I could get us out of here if I refract the energy using my sword form... Slytha walked back over to Sumer. It was instinctive for her to stand by his side, just as she had hung from his belt throughout her entire existence. But we won't have long before he reacts...
