Avery ducked his head a bit when Timothy was surprised. Well, now he knew how Antony felt when Avery was surprised to see her three tails. "I don't feel very attractive," he muttered, holding the door open for Timothy to come inside. "But thanks. I haven't really looked in a mirror yet... I'm kind of afraid to... I don't want to confirm what I felt."
As if the pain didn't make it real enough. But he supposed he had to look at himself eventually...
"I feel like a freak," he admitted.

"Yeah, I know how that feels..." Timothy pointed back to the part of the fluffy skunk tail that had grown in. He realized though he had to be strong at this point though, not mulling over his own self pitty.
"But seriously, it's not that bad see?" Timothy took hold of Avery's hand and lead him to his own bathroom mirror.
"The eye thing is kind of sexy actually." he grinned.

Avery was shocked to see himself in the mirror. He had floppy, furry ears, patches of fur on his neck and stomach, and all down along his arms, claws, and... one brown eye? He turned around, looking back over his shoulder so he could see his tail. "I guess... at least I'm not growing scales?" Avery tried to look on the bright side... but he was having a difficult time.
"How am I supposed to wear pants with a tail sticking out? The pyjama pants are loose, so it's not a problem... but my other pants... I don't think they'll fit. Plus, it's sore... how long did it take for your tail to stop hurting when you grew it?" Avery asked, looking away from the mirror and at Timothy.

"A few days, you get used to the sort of dull ache." Timothy shrugged.
He pointed at Avery's rear. "You can also cut your clothing for your tail.", Timothy then spent the next several seconds admiring Avery's butt. It was a pretty nice.
Timothy sighed and wrapped his arms around Avery from behind. With his shorter frame he had to peak around Avery. His head sticking out in their reflection in the mirror.
"Atleast your here, instead of drowning in the ocean." he sighed and pulled Avery a little tighter. He didn't want to loose him when he was just starting to get close to someone.

"Yeah... I guess I could do that. I'd hate to ruin a good pair of pants... but I guess my tail isn't about to go away anytime soon," Avery mumbled. He was a little surprised with Timothy wrapped his arms around him... he hadn't expected that. Still, it was kind of nice... Avery wanted the company.
"That's true... but I don't think drowning would have hurt quite as much," he tried to joke, smiling at Timothy's reflection in the mirror and relaxing in his arms.

Timothy grinned. "Yeah, but still..."
Timothy reached foward and scratched the fur on Avery's stomach. "I learned a while ago how good this feels." he was trying to do so innocently enough, atleast at first.
He gave another grin and almost unconciencly ran his hands down Avery's body. "I just... I mean... this is your home now. Maybe you can find a life here."

Avery's tail started wagging when Timothy began scratching his stomach. That did feel good. He felt like he wanted to flop down on his back so Timothy would continue to rub his stomach.
"Yeah, maybe... I guess I should... it's not like I could go back home now, looking like this," Avery said, staring at his oddly colored nose in the mirror. His eyes dropped down and he watched Timothy's hands start to wander. Avery wasn't sure he wanted him to stop... "At least the people here are nice... most of them. Like you."
Maybe the skunk boy wasn't so shy after all.

Timothy wasn't quiet sure what had come over him. No, that wouldn't be entirely true. He'd pretended that he'd never really known so he didn't have to deal with the idea. It was because of this that Timothy had become much of the way he had.
He had ostrisized himself from girls and boys, kept himself from growing too close emotionally from anyone. Keeping to himself, and staying at home had kept him from being forced to confront this. It was because he didn't want to accept that he liked boys that he'd never "fallen in love" never had that to lament.
Timothy had never performed publicly. He'd always been a struggling artist because he wanted to be, not because he lacked talent. But now, here on this island where he felt free of society's constraints he'd allowed himself to realize this.
Vasile, Avery, it didn't really matter, truth was... Timothy was tired of repression. He took Avery's compliment and smiled. As his hands grew a little bolder as he rubbed Avery's hips and breathed against his neck. He wasn't thinking strait so much as acting.

Too fast. Avery wasn't sure about where he thought this was headed. In addition, his body was still aching... all he wanted to do was relax. Maybe he wanted to just cuddle? He pulled away from Timothy, turning around and grabbing both of Timothy's hands in his. "So... um," he tried to think about something to say, something to talk about.
"What do you think I'm turning into? What's got floppy ears like this?" when Avery mentioned his own ears, he blushed a little. The floppy ears made him feel... well, stupid. He thought they looked really goofy on him. Everything else seemed... normal enough, he supposed. Claws, tail, fur... he would have rather had pointed ears, if he had to have different ones.

Timothy snapped out of the lusty beat that his mind was heading to. "I don't know for sure... lets figure it out." he sat down with Avery. Keeping his hands in his. Atleast that was comforting, though there was a measure of disappointment for him.
"Floppy ears, you said a tail, black wet nose, claws, and soft fur." Timothy dwelled on this for only a moment before he looked around the room right at Avery's plushie toy, then he start snickering. He didn't mean to but he did. Out of the snickering came a few actual giggles.
Timothy had figured it out.

Avery narrowed his eyes a bit at Timothy as the other boy started to laugh. "Hey, hey - what's so funny?" He reached out and poked Timothy's side, urging him to stop snickering and speak up. "Come on, tell meeee..." Avery started to whine, but then he stopped when he realized what Timothy was looking at.
His stuffed toy dog.
... dog!?
Oh, no...
"I'm turning into a DOG!?" he gasped in horror, and then he hid his face in his hands. "This is terrible. Awful. I am never leaving my room again. I'm going to have horrible dog breath, and drool everywhere. And after showers I'm going to smell like a wet dog!"

Timothy laughed a bit more. Hugging Timothy closer in between gasps. "Oh come on Avery, you'll just need breath mints! Good strong shampoo. As far as the drool, well... maybe you won't be a drooling dog."
Timothy was trying to be comforting but he'd already noticed that more than a pitty party Avery needed to cheer up. "Just think of the things you could do with that tongue."
Timothy grinned broadly.

Jokes were definitely something Avery needed to help cheer him up, and when Timothy made the lewd remark, Avery's eyes widened and he burst out laughing. "Oh, I wasn't thinking about it, but I am now!" he laughed. "But you bring up a good point... do you think I should take out my tongue piercing?"
To demonstrate, Avery stuck his tongue out at Timothy, showing off the small silver barbell he had. "I'm obviously going to change again," he said gesturing to to small amount of fur that he currently had. "So I don't want to become... abnormally disfigured or something, because I've got piercings. My lip ring seemed to be alright, though," Avery commented, reaching up to touch said ring on his lip.

"Well yeah, you'll defintly change again." Timothy grinned. "I like the tongue ring though, and it won't be immedietly, you can probably wait a little while atleast if you want."
Timothy considered all this, "I would be worried about the lip ring too though, have you seen some of the people here, they have like real animal muzzles."
"If it means anything, I hate to see them go." Timothy looked sad.

"Oh... that's a good point, then." Avery recalled watching Colche transform, how her muzzle pushed out from her face. But if he was turning into a dog... would his muzzle be longer? The lip ring would definitely have to go. "Well then, if you say it'll be a while before it happens again, I guess it's safe to leave them in for now," he smiled at Timothy.
"I'd hate to see them go too... considering they hurt like a b***h to get in the first place," he chuckled. "Oh well... at least that's one thing my parents would be glad about."
Oh. That was the last thing he wanted to think about... his parents.
Avery turned to look at Timothy. "I'm glad you showed up, I would have probably locked myself in here and never come out again," he laughed a bit.
