Electric noticed as Treble's gaze quickly shifted from her arm to the ground once she'd turned around. Noticing the sudden lack in charisma, Symptom simply let go of her arm, and put her hand on Treble's shoulder. She wasn't going to let her leave without explaining what was bothering her, or at least telling Symptom what could improve the situation. She didn't want to pry, but she didn't want her friend to be upset about anything.
"You know you don't look fine." she replied, her voice softening now as she squeezed Treble's shoulder reassuringly. "..and if you're worried about my arm, don't be. We just need to stick a load of cushions in the back of the van for next time." she added, smiling to herself. She imagined the back of the van would have to look like a mental asylum's soft pillow walls if they wanted to be totally safe, and who was to say that couldn't double up as a bed?
Following the direction Treble was indicating, she noticed the post up ahead. Smiling to herself, she took off her ID badge, and white coat, resting them on her arm. "I think I could get a few bob for these..." she announced, her eyes warning Treble that she was still concerned about her. "This card can get you into the BL/ind head quarters. I think we should get a weeks supply of food minimal for that... As for the coat? Maybe if we get some sewing stuff, and stuffing, I could soften up those back seats for ya..." she grinned.

She smiled a bit, warmed by the human contact most Killjoys so often rejected. Seeing Electric's good intentions she sighed, knowing she owed her an explanation at the very least. "I'm just developing my itch again" she said looking up from the ground "It's one part anxiety, one part ants in the pants, and I'm not sure how many parts make a whole." she shrugged "Plus I'm just not feeling so hot" gesturing towards her shot up abdomen. She shrugged off further comment, not wanting to get into specifics
"And thats an excellent idea. Pillows are like marsh mellows only huge!" laughing a little, she stopped as her eyes fell on the badge. They widened and she stared at Electric "More like a month m'dear. These things at the clearance you have are not easy to come by. You can take level 1 or 2 off of any old stunned Drac but this..." she shook her head in wonder. "And we can get you some new clothes," she said indicating the drab white on white.

"Well..." she replied, glancing down to Treble's abdomen, wondering how she was still standing considering, "...we're here to help you scratch that itch." she smiled in response, "And if it's a lack of music that's bugging you..." grinning, Symptom shoved her hand down her bra for a moment, before yanking out her trusty USB, "...fancy taking a blast from the 90's & 00's? I've got some gold on this baby..." Symptom eyed the USB stick, almost like it was her own child.
She was quite taken aback by the sudden interest in her clearance card. Now she thought about it, she figured her card was pretty hard to come by. That thing was pretty much access all areas, and considering it was from the S/C/A/R/C/R/O/Ws, any old person could waltz in as long as they were suitably suited up. "Suppose we could haggle with it a little more." she smiled, tossing it back and forth... "...Not gonna lie, I wouldn't say no to a change in wardrobe..." she grinned, eying the trading post like a kid at a candy store.

Staring at the drive like a man possessed, Treble felt a *bing* go off in her head, and she got butterflies in her stomach "I'm up to sample just about anything" she said grinning hugely. Her ears almost started to vibrate in anticipation
Nodding vigorously, she said "Wardrobe is an outward expression of self, its rather important. Plus that card is going to get us a lot, you're entitled to some artistic exploration" she smiled st her, wiggling her fingers. Still excited about popping the drive in to her clunky computer and making some new discs. She could make this work, spreading in the zones again, she dearly missed it.
((I say "Wardrobe is an outward expression of self" on a daily basis, I'm an oddie, I dress pretty ridiculously))

"I hope you enjoy it, friend." she smiled, tossing the device her way. "That thing made it through the apocalypse somehow..." she laughed, looking at the USB stick in an almost sentimental way.
"Haha, well then let's go shopping!" she grinned, indicating for Treble to lead the way. "After this I guess we can all have a well deserved rest, then get going." she finished, smiling. Her statement was very open ended. She had no intention of telling anyone that she had been thinking of heading back to the bunker, preferably with Cyanide.

After a long think, Retro had decided to leave the group. She grabbed a pair of child's rollerskates she found in the back of Treb's van and went off in search of some cooler pants, right after painting a giant p***s on Treble Tank's winshield.

Making a squealing sound she caught the USB mid-air, grinning hugely. Holding it up in the air she stared at it, but saw a movement in the corner of her eye, Retro painting a p***s on the windshield. Blowing hair out of her face, she rolled her eyes "That girl" but as she watched her leave, she frowned "She could've said goodbye..." trailing off she shook her head and directed her attention back to Electric. "Shopping sounds good" she smiled sadly, her thoughts still on Retro. She knew she was leaving too but...there was something about not even mentioning it that stung.
Walking forward toward the post she smiled at the man behind the counter "We've got something you're going to want" with a glint in her eye she nodded to Electric,

"Well, I just saw the post and well" Treble shrugged, guilty "I didn't really think anything of how fast I was going I suppose. At the time I couldn't really see that the speedometer said 90" her face heated up, ashamed of herself. She took a breath, and moving on she said "C'mon, lets go shopping" she tugged Thunderbolt along up in front with her and Symptom, facing the post.
Eyeing the various goodies, she waited for the trader to size up the badge in Electric's hand.

Grinning, Symptom looked over to the trader, her thumbs itching as she remembered how much fun she had haggling with people like him.
"So you know back when grass was greener... and you used to be able to those access all area tickets for places you really wanted to go. Y'know, like gigs and stuff?" she started, pulling the badge out into view, as she examined it casually. "How much would ya give me for the next best thing?" she finished, pushing the card onto the desk, keeping her fingertips firmly placed on it's corner so he couldn't just take it.
She watched as the traders eyes lit up, then returned to their stone faced expression, so he wouldn't lose out too much during the trading stages. "I'll give ya, two weeks supplies. How's that sound?" he asked, know full well he was under selling.
Symptom scoffed at this offer, pulling the card closer to her slightly as she laughed. "You're funny you are." she carried on, "Guess you don't want it that badly." She goes to pick it up, watching his face for the right moment to throw her offer into the mix.
"No no no!" he finally cracked. "No, you just tell me what you think would be more appropriate, hun!" he begged, trying not to lose his cool, or this sale.
"I'm thinking you change that 'weeks' to month." she smiled, "And let us root through your rags whilst your at it." she replied confidently, replacing the card on the table.
"Two months!? I'll be out of business! Make it 3 weeks and you've got a deal."
"Three months? How generous of you! "
"No no no! I mean weeks! Weeks, not months! Yes?"
"Yes, three months sounds brilliant!"
"No no! I mean! Oh! For god's sake... Just take the supplies, and clothes. You've got an hour to take whatever you need. After that you're gonna go, right?"
Clearly made up by her success, Symptom pushed the card towards the trader, "Deal." she replied, turning back to face Treble and the girl she still didn't know the name of.
"How's a shopping spree sound?"

Staring silently in stunned disbelief Treble watched Electric haggle her way into just about everything under the sun. She examined the traders face, watching him sweat, desperately yearning for the piece of plastic. As he finally gave in Treble squealed, they got everything at his stand for a tag! Sure it was a privileged tag but...wow.
She jumped at the chance to gather up the supplies. Working quickly, she grabbed everything they'd mentioned before, making sure they'd be set for as long as possible. She put things into the van as quickly as possible, knowing there was a time limit she threw things in, careful to avoid hurting anyone though "Hey guys will you please organize those!" she shouted over her shoulder as she ran back for more. "Get dressed silly" she said to Electric, looking around herself. She grabbed a new pair of jeans, a gray blazer, and a cute little mod dress to go on top of it all. She tried to pick up the pace, getting a sack of power-pup. But then as she turned to go something caught her eye.
A cardboard box full of records
She resisted the urge to stop and go through the whole thing. Just grabbing it along with the sack and running back to the van. But this time she put the items down carefully "Watch out for this" she nodded toward the box, lingering for a second before leaving for more supplies

Symptom couldn't help but grin when she saw Treble get to work gathering supplies. She hadn't seen someone move so fast in her life! Desperate to keep up with the Killjoy, she noticed a trolley to the side of her, grinning at her luck, she piled as much stuff as she could into it, followed by a few more of gas for the van. Struggling to maneuver the rebellious trolley across the sand, she finally made it to the back of the van, when she saw Treble and her box of records. She couldn't help but grin when she saw her face. She looked absolutely made up.
Seeing there was no time to lose, she dumped the trolley's contents into the back of the van, and ran back to look at the clothes. She quickly pulled out a leather jacket, followed by an old t-shirt, and helmet. Soon enough she came across some goggles, boots and rip free trousers. She was in heaven. As she had no shame, she simply stripped herself off, and changed there and then, much to the shock of the trader.

Laughing at the immodesty, Treble joined in "Nothing like a bit of nudity to spice up the day!" she said and put on her new things. Giggling she straightened her glasses, grinning at Electric

Lethal watched the two run between themselves to and fro,van to stall. All he saw that intrigued him was what looked like a box of purple paints and who-hahs. He said, under his breath. He ran over, dropped a container of fruit onto the stall, and pointed at the box. The trader, watching everything at his stall slowly disappear, sighed and nodded. Happily,Lethal picked up the box, walked back to the Trans Am,and dropped it in the open spot from hence the fruit container came from. He took some reds and greens and blues and yellows, and stuffed 'em all into a box, strutting back to another stall...
"How much of this you want for your stencils?" He said, eying the art supplies like a horny schoolgirl ogling a popular guy. "How about all of it?" Lethal looked up,an eyebrow raised. "'scuse me?" He said, obviously unhappy. Half sounded good for just 5 stencils, but hey. Fine. "Deal.." He said, handing over the un-wanted paints, and taking the stencils. He walked back to the Trans Am,and sat down on the hood, staring at the sky. While waiting for the rest,he took a stencil and some deep-purple paint, and took charge to the roof, spraying a spider on it,like his old friends... He smiled, and looked up at the Heavens above, thinking about the funny s**t them assholes would do.

Watching Lethal for a moment as Treble adjusted her necklaces. She shrugged and got back to gathering up supplies. She went back and forth several times, trying to get as much as she could before the hour was up. Eventually, as she tried to reach for one last bottle of water, the trader grabbed her wrist, and pushed her lightly away from the stand "Your hour is up" he said frowning at the empty look of his once full outpost. She nodded to him and trotted quickly back to the van, afraid he would change his mind.
Sliding into the front seat, she went to start the car and was reminded of the giant blue p***s. She sighed, "Retro Rave..." she muttered, frowning a bit.
Pulling out of the sandy lot, she got back onto the road, this time watching to keep her speed at a normal rate
