Icysnowgirl *flails* Butbutbut! Do we have any ideas on the rules first and the deadlines and whatnot? @___@;;;; we should work them out here first, yes? 'salright, I can set up the thread and the skeletal layout first, and we can work out the details here. EDIT: Mule's ready. Should I send you the info, Bunny, or post it here? EDIT THE SECOND: Thread's all reserved here. Now we need to discuss a layout.

We can leave the thread closed untill we work out all the fine details. AllianceSJR EDIT: Mule's ready. Should I send you the info, Bunny, or post it here? Posting it here should be fine. PinkFuzzyBunny Posting it here should be fine. All right. Username: Divine Aspects Password: sevensins What's currently in inventory is from my own account; if you want to dress her up in something better, feel free, and send back what's mine that isn't being used. eek I'm sorry. I've been MIA for awhile, sorry. sweatdrop whee
I have a question: Could each person offer an incentive besides whatever gold is allotted for pieces submitted for their character. For example, could I offer to give a sealed letter to the best entry with Katane in it? Or would that be considered kinda rude? I don't know much about art contest ettiquette....

Well that was my original idea... but the lack of donations makes me think that this would not be a good idea - too much unequal distribution of wealth as is... Its up to the participants though. I wouldn't mind it.

AllianceSJR Rock. Full page has been reserved; we can use all fifteen posts. Great, that'll work well. PinkFuzzyBunny Username: Divine Aspects Password: sevensins What's currently in inventory is from my own account; if you want to dress her up in something better, feel free, and send back what's mine that isn't being used. Alright. I'm unsure how trust is/who has access to viewing this thread, so I'm gonna keep the items that are being offered up as prizes in my inventory for at least the moment. So, A few things. 1) Setting up the actual thread - need a codified rules and guidelines, prizes, etc. As is, I do not have time to actually write this up myself without taking forever. If someone could make a rough draft that I could read/correct/addonto I would love them forever. 2) Banners and the such - A few people have offered their time to help contribute and make it look snazzy. Those should be started on soon, if possible. <3~ 3) Figuring out the little kinks in the system - such as what Katane brought up 4) (more of a personal request than related to thread) I would greatly appreciate it if I could get someone to help me upgrade some items to letters, as in order to have better participation, giving out letters as opposed to old donation items is a bit better (need to upgrade 2 scarves - 1 angelic one nightmare to dec'03s, and 1 AFK hat to nov'03). Anyone who could help me with that would receive much love.

AllianceSJR All right. Rough layout ideas; any input from anybody seeing this would be good. Questions? Comments? Thoughts?Sounds good. Maybe a seperate post right after introduction/details for individual input from the participants (sins and virtues) on how they might prefer how they look in the art (clothing, pose, style, etc). Either that or we could include the information in the sins & virtues posts right after the description/references. Other than that, layout looks good.

I'd offer more, but quite simply, all I have is gold. My apologies.

-oo-; Maybe we ought to make a form for each of the Sins and Virtues to fill out so that there is some type of standardized information going around to make it easier for the artists to know what people are looking for?

I might be able to make a banner. I have some time this weekend. Do we have an official name for the contest yet? Would it be safe to just use "Sins and Virtues"?
Also, about the layout, I'm suggesting that Anouncements doesn't have to be the very first post. I cruised around the art contest forum, and it seems like a lot of people have an intro first, and a seperate post for anouncements later, with a small section for important updates in the first post.
In retrospect, I'm not sure why I brought that up, or why it bothered me in the first place. sweatdrop But hey, at least I tried to have an opinion. whee
