Since most human mercenaries don't have healing factors or super powers, they usually take advantage of their gear which usually changes from time to time.

Buuuut I tend to keep it consistent within the RP, so I can't just be cheap by pulling things out of my sexy bum.
Seriously, have you seen that thing? Anyway, they usually have character specific gear.
Bishop doesn't really have anything, just a high amount of bullets within his vest and occasionally wears shoes that increase his agility, allowing him to perform backflips and sliding dashes all over the place.
But you'd have to push him into a corner in order for him to actually do this, and he doesn't really fight much differently, just faster and harder to hit.

Mary basically has light body armor, particularly for her chest.
Those things are sensitive you know! ;D
And I would know. =w= (No I wouldn't, I just bumped into a chick once the wrong way.)
And her multipurpose firearm, with a couple modules that she can carry underneath her waist cape, she can turn her standard pistol into a submachine gun, a sniper, and a shotgun.
BUUUUT she only tends to use the sniper. Oh, and speaking of which, Mary's a master of freerunning, and can actually get a headshot with a sniper, while performing an aerial cartwheel to grab onto another pipe and still grab the freaking pipe!

Key? Key ain't got anything, aside from a group of medical packs that he carries on him. If the Gunmetals are injured, just run to him and he'll inject a painkiller, they'll be back on their feet in a little after that.

AHHH Heirou, now Heirou, he's a fun case. He's got that huge freaking coat that has more concealed pockets than my grandpa does mustache hairs! Guns, guns, guns, guns and that b*****d sword (Which he sucks with)
Not to mention being just as good a shot as Mary, if not better. That jacket's also bullet resistant, where as Mary can only take a coupla shots before getting crippled. AND he's faster. Buut when their "limit breaks" come into play, they're pretty even. Mary's got shockwaves and Heirou's got telekinesis, they work similarly, it's just that Heirou's is a lot harder to trigger. (Attack him while he's doing anything Mary related, and he'll go ape crap)
Axis? I've got nothing on Axis, I haven't even thought up his skills yet, THAT'S something I'll pull out of my a**. V:

As for Iris? She's just plain so buzzed all the time that she's extremely alert to EVERYTHING. Plus that bat's made out of one of the hardest metals in the Gunmetal Universe. She's not very protected though, but she's a good commander, and knows how to really get under her enemy's skin.
Kain's got those roller skates, and he's annoying as all hell. That'ts basically it...
