It wasn't long before word spread that the Naga Scales was open again, and this time better than ever. Viva looks around at the crowded commons room filled with pilots, mercenaries, and regular townfolk. He sets the drink he was carrying down in front of the patron who ordered it.

the patrons in the Naga scales could here a slight whistling sound...it was faint at first but then it grew,meanwhile
Hogua's thought's
hmmmm....this might get me dead....I wouldn't like to die yet,perhaps I should slow down...
suddenly there was a crash that shook the roof of the place and knocked several small bits of debris to the floor.
Hogua now laying face down on top of the roof of the Naga scales.
".......well....that sucked...."
and after a moment of contemplation or two he decided he would just wait there for a while,he was not in any real mood to move after all.

Viva looks up from inside and frowns slightly. what the hell?
Up on the roof there is a brilliant flash of light as Viva teleports to the roof. He looks down at the person lying in front of him.
"Hey! You okay sir?"

Hogua says as he lifts his head only long enough to speak before letting it hit the ceiling again.

Viva kneels down beside him and places a hand on his back. The wind kicks up carrying thousands of murmuring voices. Viva hand glows a slight blue as he transfers some of his energy into the man. "How about now?"

Viva grins slighlty. "Well I'm afraid that I'm renting out the roof, but your welcome to come inside if you can we have a medical station inside."

Hogua rises to his feet slowly.
"I'm...alright...so whats inside?"
he says with his blank expression now in clear view,as well as the other details of his anatomy.

Viva takes in his unsaull apperance but dismissed it. He had seen far stranger things."This is the Naga Scales bar and Inn. The orginal was destoryed recently. I just recently opened this place up. Your free to come in like I said, but be considerate. This is under control of the Jarian clan. I myself happen to be member."

"oh...it worked"
and his face moved almost as if to hint as if it were about to smirk,but that diddent happen.
"...ok...so whatnow?"
Hogua takes in his surroundings for a momment
"...hmm...this is proboly not Okayama...is it?"

Viva tilts his head. "Okayama? No this is Byako. Here let me help you inside. A roof is not really a place for a discussion."

I don't really see a problem with discussing things on a roof myself...but I suppose I am the guest here

Hogua then walks off the roof and drops to the ground slapping against it having not even made an effort to brace his fall or any such thing,just let himself fall as he would.
"..ow...."
he then stands as the blood above his lip seams to seal up and dry.
"commin?"

Viva follows behind and lands a bit more gracefully than Hogua. He Pushes open the large oak doors and walks inside. "So you're new here?"
