Sorry, the roleplay I'm working on is still in progress. My co-creator and I still have to make a timeline and a list of human characters we want. Other than that, it's essentially finished. Then I can create an actual thread to put the stuff we've already done, and make it officially open.

Humans aren't a huge role in this roleplay, they will more than likely provide assistance, some plot, and interaction for characters.
Elemental roleplay. Uh...a nutshell plot? Elememtals are being used as experiments in order to create Super-Genetic Humans for power, war, etc. They escape sometime within the first "chapter", and are on the run. They try and find out what the organization that contained them are up to, and how to stop it.

Elementals as in people who control the elements. They do so via various forms of kinesis. It's more modern-based than fantasy-based. No spirits or entities. It even takes place on Earth.

We've got a thread, it's older from when we originally wanted to make it, but we later scrapped the idea. It wasn't until earlier this year did we decide to breathe the breath of life into it. To put short, it's obsolete.

Pretty good. I have a anxiety attack prone character that would make a hilarious electric manipulator. minimal power control based on mood is always fun.
if your character has an upgraded power how did they get it? I almost don't want it to be skill based, but on how strong their power mutation is.
or a mix
Haha, maybe Amity can only use electro moves when she is piss freaked. rofl doesn't yet have skill or experience to use it otherwise.

What role are you talking about? I'll assume you're talking about the Serious Leader? Both leaders are still up in the air as far as who's getting them. I'm fairly certain my co-creator was going to use her since one of us needs to be a leader, and I'm the Awkward Strategist. I think Mephis was going to try out for The Reckless Fighter. It should also be taken in consideration that aside from the Prime Subjects, it will be few and far between who has powers, if we even let anyone outside that circle of characters have them at all.
As far as "mutation" goes, it's not about that. It's about how well they can control something with their mind. You can't just expect someone to go off on a whim and be more powerful than another. It's mind over matter. Plain and simple. Age also has a vital role to this, simple because the older they are, the more they are used to the abilities.
The Tiers are there solely for the purposes of other elements that are related to the other elements. I wouldn't say it's about control, while control is important to how well they can use their sources, it also depends on if they're willing to give it a shot. We don't expect anyone to control the second tier right off the bat. I'm sure we'll provide a post when it becomes available or something like that.
I should probably note that TRAPPED is on hold due to my co-creator and I dealing with life issues. When will it start? I have no earthly idea, but we still have a few things we need to discuss first.
