Maarick
The Emerald Reaper

Maarick cocked an eyebrow as he left. Did he not realize that Maarick was going to take them, for they could get to the doorway on foot, but the way in could not be opened except by the Da'vion bloodline. He let out a little sigh as he thought about it. Dadrik clearly said that He would handle it. His head shifted as he heard steps, he was coming back. No sooner Beatrix took off and half way dragged him back into the room. "Yes, you could get there on foot, but it would take about....7 days from here. But once there, you'd be stopped by the doorway." He told him As Selael started to prepare and tighten things down. When he said he was ready he just nodded, placing himself in between them again. " Yes, and...this is a bit different then before Beatrix. You two...it may feel like everything is a bit, well, backwards for a little bit." He muttered but quickly closed his eyes. " Wind shift." he said quickly.

When the words came from his lips, the wind entered the room quite violently, sweeping away any papers near. It then came and swirled around all three of them in a whole, but as well as individually. From they're feet up, it seemed as if they were being dispersed into air. And as quickly as it was seen it happened to they're whole body and all three of them. When they vanished, the wind died down instantly.

In what was now a distant land from Aden in the midst of a forest, The wind swirled around one area but bringing something with it. Bodie's slowly formed till the wind completely stopped. Maarick opened his eyes and turned to see the two. They were what seemed to be by a large wall, covered in ivy and moss. It seemed as if a doorway once stood there with the way it was shaped, but there was just a flat surface.

Selael
The Pyromancer

Selael closed his eyes, bracing himself for the sensation described by Maarick, awaiting the effects to come over... The wind that raged about them seemed to be rather interesting to Selael, catching his attention as the chains on his tomes jingled in the wind as they battered up against each other. The cloth on his robe flapped madly in the torrent of wind until the transport truly began. Then, he did indeed feel backwards once the power of the Wind Shift began. He felt rather disoriented and uncomfortable as he felt himself being, in essence, disassembled, and then reassembled in a presently unknown, forested location.

The area was incredibly foreign to him... Seeing this much greenery and vegetation outside a farm or on a plate was unusual for a man who did so little traveling outside of his country that was so arid and desolate. The cool breeze and the slight moisture in the air greeted him in the more forested region that he entered, though it was a strange sight. Stranger still was the fact that plant life was so virulent here that it even devoured the structures of humankind. He stared at the doorway, assuming this was where the bloodline of the traveler came in to be opened, as it seemed the only other way for it to be opened was if it were incinerated... Though that seemed like a terrible idea, considering that he was not feeling particularly up to the task after trying to recover from the rapid transport and the fact that he might burn up more than he intends in a place like this...

Maarick
The Emerald Reaper

The land around was truly lush and beautiful, but very untouched. Most of the greenery did in fact cover the man kind structures. This meant there was no one here for ages, no one to maintain the now fallen structures. Maarick looked around for a moment, walking to one fallen structure, some sort of pillar or something. Putting his hand on it, then looked to the rest of the area. Just behind the group was a opening in the tree's, where one could look out and actually see the distance of the place. Fallen structures were all around. The remnants of what seemed like a great kingdom that once existed. Maarick then turned and went to the doorway, which wasn't made of wood, but seemed to be made of marble, but corroded and old behind the moss and ivy.
When he came upon the door he placed one hand palm down on the moss. Closing his eyes, his lips started to move but it was in a strange foreign language. His eyes opened and started to glow a emerald haze. As his eyes started to glow so did the door where cracks where the door should separate to open. The sound of grinding rock was heard as it seemed the door was being pushed inward, opening to a dark cave. All that could be seen was the first few stairs leading down.
"Downward we go." He said never turning to them. Maarick took his first step into the darkness and quickly faded away. All that was heard was the steps he made.

When the wind entered the room as such a force Beatrix raised her arms to cover her face. Her long black hair whipped around freely in the hair and hear ears lowered. Her body suddenly felt light as the wind spun around her. She closed her eyes to protect them from drying out from the wind. Then just like that the wind settled. The scents changed from dirt to some sort of fresh crisp greenery. Beatrix slowly opened her eyes and her hands feel to her sides. Her eyes widened when she found herself in a completely different scenery. Trix gawked at the beauty and calmness of the environment around her. Everything seemed untouched and judging by how covered the buildings are, for some time now. "You..You live here?" she asked in a quiet voice.

Beatrix looked over at Maarick in time to watch him open the door. Her ears twitched as she listened to the language he spoke and titled her head to the side. She shuddered as she heard the door open, the sound of the stone grinding against stone did not sound well to her. She watched him walk into the darkness for a moment before she ran after him. "Hey wait up!" she called after him. Beatrix then followed him into the darkness. "Eh? why are we going down here?" she asked.

Selael
The Pyromancer

Selael followed the two down the stairs without a word, though he held his hand over his torch staff as he wobbled down, slowly recovering from the disorientation that he experienced during the rapid transport. Tapping the staff on the ground twice, he muttered an incantation while he held his hand above the cloth wrapped around the head of the staff.

"Ignus Lumina."

The cloth caught fire, illuminating the dark stairwell as he cautiously walked down, holding the flame in front of him to light the way... Curiously enough, anyone close to the flame would feel absolutely no temperature from it. It didn't make the air around it any warmer than it already was, and it seemed that this fire didn't even consume the cloth wrapped around the staff... Although in and of itself, creating a fire that doesn't burn anything and simply lights the area isn't all that impressive. He proceeded down anyway, holding the flame before him to make sure he doesn't make a false step while moving down the stairwell, a slight bit of apprehension rising up in his body as he realized what he was doing...

"I'm following a stranger down a dark corridor who may or may not be able to tolerate me all that much... The things I do to preserve the secrets of our noble Kingdom." He sighed, continuing on despite himself.

Maarick responded to Beatrix quickly as they were in the dark. "Because this is where we are supposed to go." He said coming to a quick stop as the light filled the corridor. He put his arm out and stopped Beatrix stopping her from going any further. At a closer look, there was no floor under them. The light didn't go any further then Maarick and Beatrix. But where he had stopped seemed to just a pit of darkness. Maarick let out a sigh as the wind came around and engulfed the flame, quickly taking any oxygen out around it putting it out. The Darkness came to them again. "This is not a path which light may follow, if so you will fail. You need not rely on sight in this area, you must dig deeper then that to reach the destination that is ahead. Just follow your instincts and trust yourself." He said in the darkness. Soon after footsteps were heard again as Maarick continued downward.

Beatrix watched the wind engulf the flame, putting it out. Her ears lowered when she found herself in darkness again and she let out a soft sigh. I'd rather use the flame...if I want the collar off...I'll have to die and If I want to find the way out I'll have to stumble through the dark. Why can't their be an easy way? she thought with a slight frown. There is always a catch when ever I'm with them. "Alright..Well how far is it?" she asked with with a tilt of the head. She closed her eyes and her ears twitched as she listened for any sign of a way out but all she could pick up was the echoing of their foot steps.Trix sniffed the air and only caught their own scents. She wasn't a fan of the darkness so where ever the exit is to where ever they are going, she hoped it wasn't too far.

Levith watched carefully as Eveline read over the documents, seeing that she was one not to miss much and it was proven correctly when she began to laugh softly than revealing that he had not bluffed her successfully. With a smile he nodded acknowledging her words "well perhaps it was abit far fetch to hope that no one recognised me, but" he than shrugged "I guess I should of been more discrete", these last few words made Levith laugh on the inside, discrete him it was unheard of. The conversation continued as she placed the documents flat on the table as she looked up at him with another question that she had already knew, and Levith was required to answer it in his head "Yes, you are correct" he paused for a moment lowering his head abit to the memory that he had failed to do his duty but nothing could be done about it now, "though I did not see him kill your father as he was already dead when I got to them, but without a doubt he did killed him"

Levith smiled bowing his head slightly "no need to be sorry Milady, I should be apologizing for thinking that I could outsmart someone like you" as he raised his head he kept a small smile on his face "an answer is not required right away as the new Head of the Valdigraph's has yet to be decided, but I can send in my report that the agreements well be honored" the last bit of what she spoke did not mix well with the rest of conversation having heard the exact wording when he was younger between his Father and Clarence, but in the end he was Loyal to the Azure and to the end the Head.

Eveline let out a soft sigh as she listen to Levith. "I see..." she muttered and looked away from him. "I don't know why he would attack my father...Or why he would be here in Aden...but I need to find out." She shook her head. "It doesn't matter at the moment...Thank you Levith for confirming my suspicion and the rumors." Now came the task of finding the man who killed her father and finding out what provoked such an attack.

She then turned her attention back to the documents and quietly finished reading over one of them. "I'll make sure that these will get to one of my brothers. I will most likely not be taking the head of household. It is not my place. I know my brother would like to talk with a representative of your house hold if the head is not available." She looked out the window at the night sky for a moment before shifting her gaze back to him. "Thank you for bringing these here. Is there anything else that you wish to speak about? I do not want to keep you too long....Its getting rather late." she said with a small smile. "

Maarick
The Emerald Reaper

Maarick let out a short breathed laugh. " Well, that all depends. One could be lost in here forever, never knowing where they are going. But that's because they are always searching for a way out. Or because they don't know where they always go. ...and it could be just because of they're hearts." He told her. The footsteps stopped as Maarick did. " But the way is only opened up one way." He added. In that moment a glyph showed up, it was some sort of symbol. Then several more showed up on both sides of them. He then reached out and touched one, then dragged his hand across placing it elsewhere, then touching another and dragging it not to far from where it was placed. But this time it was actually on top of another glyph, making a all together different symbol. He dragged a few to different places, then pressed on forward, making it disappear.
After it had vanished, a light shot upward and opened up in an large oval shape. It had a reflection like a mirror, but instead of showing a reflection of them three. It showed a large castle, not made of any normal stone. Parts of it seemed to be made of Emerald as well as a black crystal. A large lake seemed to be behind the castle, as well as a large forest surrounding the castle. But a clear path made a road up to the entrance and stairs to the castle. There was so much to the land it seemed unreal. But the oddest thing though, was one could clearly see the walls of rock surrounding the land. Was it underground? How could light get into it. In the mirror effect, high above the castle was a large ball of flame. Not black but bright white, spreading through out the land. Maarick looked back at Beatrix, then to Selael. He did not say a word, instead he just turned his head away and stepped through. In the mirror effect, his body could be seen appearing at start of the path.

Levith smiled as he looked towards the window that Eveline had looked out; it was Night perhaps nearing morning but he never really cared enough to keep time, so with a shrug he laughed slightly "It doesn't bother me how late it is Milady as I don't get much sleep now a days, but" he paused for a moment as he thought about what he wanted to say, he had talked with The Emerald Reaper and Blue Blaze and both there motives were the same to what he was able to find out, and that Key. It was all a risky move, but he decided that he owed her this much "Acutely, Milady perhaps I could help you with the why part" he paused for a moment than continued with a clear voice "I spoke with the Blue Blaze after he killed your father, I also found out that the Emerald Reaper was with him so fighting them was out of the question, but" he smirked having at least gathered some information from them even if they didn't know about it "I was able to confirm that the Blue Blaze killed Clarence for a Key, that had some magical properties about it" than he shrugged "but I cannot say what it was for only that their was another who it was meant for who didn't have the power to take the key from Clarence them selves". He than leaned forward as he rubbed his eyes having grown tired since his journey here and no sleep, "I can also say that the Phoenix feather was stolen by them...again I'm not sure what for" he than coughed slightly looking up Eveline "sorry to ask, but would i be able to ask for a glass of water?" as he scratched the side of his head he smiled "the coolness of a nice glass of water is all I need"

Eveline Valdigraph

Eve stared at him for a moment. A key? she thought. Her mind started to reel as things started to click. That key...that belongs to her collar...but why would the Phantom Blaze want that? Why? She shook her head. That was the only part that confused her. She didn't know of the fate of her pet that she tried to free years ago. Eveline figured she probably died or maybe a hunter got her and her father killed her long ago. She never looked into it but now that her father is dead and the man who did it took the key he kept around his neck, it made her wonder. Her heart started to race as she continued to think about it. Is she still alive...but how could she run into a man like that?...if she is free from that collar, there is not telling what kind of danger she could be

Eveline snapped out of it when the nobleman asked her about water. She gave him a nod and stood up. she walked over to the door and opened it to find a servant waiting for her. "Bring us two glasses of cold water." she ordered. She then returned to her seat and her gaze fell back on Levith. "I see...He took a key...and the phoenix feather is gone?" she frowned and crossed her arms. "I fear the worst if that feather doesn't get returned soon. That is the symbol of our kingdom..."

Levith closed his eyes for a moment as Eveline walked over to the door, as he waited he thought for a moment about what he was told by Master Way 14 years ago when he was in the South, but he could not remember the words he spoke though he knew they might come in us. So he laughed slightly to himself as she continued talking about the key and the phoenix feather, and how things may fall apart without them brought a sort of Ironic twist which made he laugh "the Phoenix feather, said to of fallen from the Great Phoenix that caused the Kingdom of Aden to unite" he paused for a moment with a small smirk on his face he tilted his head "there was more than one" it was unknown for certain that if any more survived this long but it was until that only one existed. He soon sighed with a smile as he reached into his small satchel to his side "my apologies, I tend to think out loud without putting any thought into what my words may interrupt into to", as he finished he looked down at the small bag he had grabbed from his satchel with disgust. He than raised his head with a smile to Eveline "I have a personal question if you don't mind me asking" it was kind of funny this whole conversation he had was with a person with no name "may i ask for your name?"

Beatrix watched Maarick quietly even through the darkness. By listening to his voice she could easily find where he was at. Her eyes widened when the mirror appear appeared, showing what appeared to be a portrait of a beautiful castle on a scenery. She titled her head the the side and raised a brow. What is this place? she wondered. She recognized the black crystal on the castle and thought of the rose that Dadrik had once given her after the first time he left her. She had always carried it with her in her bag. For some odd reason it brought her comfort, even during her trouble times. is this place really their home? she wondered.

She let out a little gasp when Maarick stepped through the mirror. The smooth glass rippled like water until it settled down to it's flat surface. Trix slowly approached it and reached out and touched the glass. she could feel the energy radiating off of it. She quickly pulled back her hand and stared into it for a few moments. "Well shoot...Why is there always trippy things around them? Why can't there be a simple door...why does everything have to be so god damn complicated?" Trix let out a loud sigh and shook her head. She looked back at Selael. "Keep up!" she told him. Then she walked through the mirror like Maarick had. When she stepped out on to the other side she looked around. "Where are we?" she asked.

Eveline Valdigraph

"Oh dear..My apologies...My name is Eveline Valdigraph...I am the only daughter of Clarence Valdigraph. You may call me Eve...if you wish." She thought over his words that he had spoken then shook her head. "I suppose you are right about the feather but...from there has been no other found. The resting place of the phoenix is said to be under the castle but there have been many who have dug and yet they have found no sign of the legendary bird." she let out a soft sigh and sat back in her chair.

At that moment a servant entered the room with two glasses of water. The servant set the glasses down on the table in front of them. Eve nodded to the man and he slipped out the door. "The key belonged to my father...and once of our servants here in the castle...she had a collar. That was the key to it." she explained. "The servant was rather dangerous.. according to my father...he wanted to keep her locked up...but she escaped." Eve looked out the window and frowned. "I thought she died years a go.." she frowned and looked back at her guest. "I do not know why the Phantom Blaze wants it but if she is freed from that ..who knows what damage she could do." The noblewoman shrugged. "Perhaps there is some sort of a mistake..."
