Riku knelt down to the stream of icy blue waters, dipping the cloth into the water and ringing it out before standing and walking back to the little shack. Reaching over to the door, the young silver lavender haired man walked back inside and sat down beside the bed she was sleeping in. The girl seemed to be sweating as he placed the rag there onto her forehead, letting the coolness settle into her. Though it didn't seem to really help that much. He was just doing what he could for now. As he stood up again, Riku cast a Esuna spell on Phoenix, just encase...There was also no affect, or movement from her afterword indicating it didn't do a single thing to help!

It was the next day in the lovely island of Serenity, though it seemed to be more grim the moment he took in that girl. She still hadn't awakened yet, and every hour he had placed the cool cloth over her forehead to keep her fever down.Just out by the shore line, the young silvery-lavender haired teen looked down over the vast ocean, his head in his hands as he was going over what he could do to help her. Then, suddenly, his thoughts were quickly interrupted by a sudden energy that seemed to explode outwards into a massive wave. Luckily, it didn't hurt him, or destroy anything in it's path. Riku quickly got to his feet, his aqua blue orbs narrowing as he ran to the house, Way to Dawn appearing in his hands, as he had always expected the worst, or heartless to show up. When he entered his small house, he was met by...massive flames! The flames went completely around the bed she was still sleeping at, but the strange thing was they didn't spread or engulf anything. As he looked through those flames when they parted, he saw...Phoenix there in some most elegant gown.White and golden in color with three longer cloths draping down.She had golden cuff links around her wrist with a red gemstone inside, and golden shoulder armor.The flames around the bed suddenly too shape of that of a Phoenix which seemed to be staring right at the boy.The fire wings extended as a screech sounded. "...What..the..." He looked on in disbelief, unsure of what to do! This was beyond anything he was used to.. "...Easy. I'm...a friend..." He said slowly, the keyblade suddenly disappearing to show he meant no threat to this strange being. While in this current state, her defenses had activated which meant, loss of control of power. The flames remained all around the girls though, and didn't seem to be fading.

"Fade away...into the darkness.." - Riku - 
Only about 10 minutes after he had left, the same dark portal suddenly opened up inside his home as he stepped through. The portal closed behind him soon after as he looked back to the sleeping form. "What are you? " He asked softly, not expecting any answer for that matter. Those strange flames were still encircling the bed she slept on, but still didn't act like true flames as there would be nothing left of the house a long time ago if they were. Slowly, he hesitantly stepped closer to them. His hand reaching out to the flames.He would feel a sort of warmth, but nothing that felt remotely hot. "..?..: As let his hand all the way through the flame, it didn't burn him ether! "Something to..keep away people, possibly? A shield of some sort. " The young silver-haired teen moved into the flames then, walking right through them. "..I..have to find who did this..no matter what. I've gone through much in my life, I am not afraid to face more danger to protect an innocent.." Aqua pools of piercing blue eye's narrowed as he just moved to sit at the bed side. The Phoenix form that was earlier trying to frighten him was still there, watching him closely. With the back of his hand, he rested his hand there on her forehead, still feverishly hot she was, and it wasn't from the fake flames here. That much was obvious. "It's been almost two day's..she still hasn't woken up.." Riku's hand clenched into a fist as he watched over the sleeping girl..
(( OOC: Lol. This is torture. Trying to see how long I can go without playing Phoenix! ))

The next day...
Riku awoke to a calm setting. The flames that had surrounded Phoenix were much smaller, in fact they were barely visible anymore.It acted as a defense of sort but never harmed him as the guardian Phoenix watched him it knew he was no threat. The problem was, energy was now extremely low from being up so long. Worry began to eat at the young silver-haired teens mind. She hadn't eaten, or had any real fluids to drink but for the bit of water he gently and carefully tried to get the sleeping princess to drink from just a tiny bottle cap for fear of joking her."..." Soon, the flames that were fading out had completely disappeared, as well as the phoenix guardian. Riku quickly went over to the girl, gently shaking her shoulders... "Phoenix??Phoenix wake up!" He thought she was dead or something! Taking her hand, he checked for a pulse to find a very faint one, but still, she was alive, thank goodness.."...Maybe....If I can get her to my world....I'm certain I can help better there.." He said to himself quietly. Suddenly, a dark portal opened up before him, which he went over to the bed, and carefully picked Phoenix up into his arms, before heading to the portal..

 In the small hut like place Riku had been using for Phoenix Nero, stood there, his fists clenched, he had lost her again...! You... Who the hell do you think you are? Where did you take her?? he said in his mind, not directed at anyone really, then as a sudden... Single tear fell from his eyes, they suddenly turned pure white, his whole eyes glowing white, and suddenly a large wave of telekinetic energy was sent out from him in all directions, making short work of the hut, he then turned, his eyes going back to a normal, angry look when he felt the man's presence at the mansion, without hesitation, his wings came from his back and he sped into the air, straight to Midgar

Once again, another portal opened back onto the Island of Serenity, as Phoenix walked through, her little Heartless flowing on in after her. Which, also alerted a certain silver-haired teenager, He was about to call Way to Dawn, but at seeing Phoenix there with them, he didn't... "What are you doing?? Phoenix...You've got to fight this...whatever spell you're on, fight it! How are you controlling them?! The Heartless are dangerous killers, they've killed many, taken peoples hearts, and you are working with them?? " Riku walked right up to her pulling her right into his arms. "I..won't let them take away you're kindness...the beautiful heart you possess.." Then, he just suddenly kissed her!

Phoenix arived back in Serenity Island, next to the waterfalls. Sliding off the dark coat over her and throwing it to the ground where she went to lay down next to a tree. As she did, she picked up the little baby heartless off her shoulder and set it down on the ground beside her. "I'm..really tired...So much traveling in worlds is exhausting...Goodnight, cutie...Maybe I will give you that name.." Laughing faintly, she pat the thing on its head before curling up under the tree, and closing her eyes.
