Steve jerked in the scooters seat as he thought of a movie, Oh lord, he just saw The scary one with Lilith and really didn't want Lust to see his screaming child like fear as he quivered again....like Lilith had....

 STAGE FIVE: SMOOTH MOVIESLust didn't look too put-out by his choice of movie; maybe she just really liked movies. Or maybe she didn't actually plan on watching much. In any case, she managed to wiggle free tickets out of the demon behind the ticket booth, and then raised her eyebrows at Steve. Her expression definitely seemed warmer now. "Well, what are you waiting for?" What does Steve do in the theater? a. Buy popcorn and soda to share. b. Make sure your arms never ever bump. c. Stealthily wind your fingers together at a tense moment. d. Stare at her awkwardly the whole time. e. Sly move, arm over the back of her chair… You have fifteen minutes to submit your answer.Remember: writing out a short RP post might give you additional points!

Movie = awkward.
Actually. Steve = awkward.
In truth he didn't have any money for food or drinks. She didn't look the type to eat popcorn anyway... He wasn't in for the making the first move team so he just kind of stared at her the entire movie. Mostly since he was afraid he was going to be attacked at any moment.
d. Stare at her awkwardly the whole time.

"You pick out seats, I'll be there in a moment." This would kill a couple birds with one stone, in Steve's mind. For one there wouldn't be that akward pause while they battled for how close to the screen they wanted to sit. Lust could pick and be happy. And two he would come armed with munchies! Popcorn and soda were the classics. Steve snagged and extra straw, just in case Lust had a thing about germs or something.

They sat in the theater, side-by-side. The movie began, and for a brief moment, he wondered what to do... Well, he did saw the Arm over the Chair thing. Hoping it works, he awkwardly did it. Hoping she would be impressed.

What WAS he waiting for, oh yeah she'd probably want some popcorn and soda, except of course he only had enough money to buy one of each for them to share. That was kind of date like though wasn't it, couples did that all the time? Well at least he hoped so, he paid for the insanely overpriced popcorn and soda almost cringing as his pumpkin seeds depleted. It would all be worth it for Lilith in the end though, right? Of course it would be only Lust could make him even ask such a crazy question!
"Uhh...I hope you like Casper Cola?" He offered her the soda two straws punched through the top one bent to mark it as his.

Can't go to a movie without having snacks! Steve bought a tub o'popcorn and a superlarge scream soda (two straws of course) to share. Maybe if he was lucky they would both reach for popcorn at the same time!

Steve waited as Lust got the tickets with admirable skill. He felt bad for the nerdy demon behind the desk but whatever, its not like the kid had to actually sit there with Lust and remember that he was trying to get with Lilith anyways. Things you do for love nowadays.
As they entered, Steve looked to the booth and ousted for popcorn instead he made sure that

and headed quickly for a seat in their theater. Man movie, keep this chick off my mind.

Steve thought buying popcorn and soda to share would be sweet. He was a sweet guy, and if the little lady told her fiends about how sweet he was, Lilith would be sure to reconsider.
He bought the popcorn and soda, and noticing her face warming a bit, he looked away, pretending to blush. Girls liked that sort of thing, he was sure of it.
Sitting in the cinema watching the ads was nice, he thought. There were about three other couples in the cinema there, too so he causally looked around at them, trying to pick up tips. One couple was pashing... He thought it best not to try that just yet.

He didn't know about Lust, but movies just meant popcorn and soda to him. He made sure to get two straws of course. Maybe a little later he would try putting his arm around her or something but for now he was fine just sharing a snack.

Before the movie he bought drinks and popcorn (a).
He refused to eat any though, no popcorn breath. Not that he was planning to kiss her…But if it happened it was the perfect date for this girl… He held out his arm to take them to their seats, not knowing what would happen next at least he didn’t go with a sappy sad movie. No crying, no popcorn breath what more could a girl ask for.

Wow, she was good at this. She even got them free tickets? This date wasn't so bad after all! They skipped over the concession stands, having no interest in actually eating or drinking or distracting themselves with silly things like that during the movie. Getting drinks just meant they'd have to go pee, and that would wreck quality movie time. They found a good seat in the back far from the rest of the movie watchers, sitting close to each other (More it was Lust sitting close to Steve, closer and closer). At one point the armrest between their seats was even lifted, though by who Steve couldn't remember. Eventually he tried something bold, he draped his arm across the back of her chair, resting his hand against her shoulder and playing with bits of Lust's hair. It was taking a lot of effort not to just stare at her the whole time.
They were alone...ish...
In the dark.
Alone.
With lots of loud noises where no one would hear anything.
Damn did Steve need a lot of willpower right now.
