Official Description: A Genjutsu that is actually mistaken for Raiton Ninjutsu, the Shinobi forms a series of hand signals and as such a series of clouds form in the sky and immediately discharged a thin but well curved arc of lightning that hits their suspected target. However this is only a mere distraction for the real Genjutsu, after being hit the user's sight becomes overexposed to light, and then immediately notices that the world has gone still. If he attempts to move he discovers he is unable to, caught in the single moment that has occurred. Talking or thinking causes an echo and soon the target begins to realize that the world has gone still and panics.

• The Shinsetsu clan has been updated. If any active members have questions or concerns, please direct them to me.
___Terminology:
• Here's some descriptions to clarify some tags applied in the Shinsetsu Clan, which will also be applied to future and existing bloodlines and techniques:
○ Chakra: Techniques that consume chakra, and only chakra. They are most commonly ninjutsu and genjutsu.
○ Physical: Techniques that consume stamina, and only stamina. They are most commonly taijutsu and bukijutsu. ( This term does not appear in the Shinsetsu bloodline, however. )
○ Complex: Techniques that consume chakra and stamina. They are often modified physical techniques.
For the time being, you do not need to concern yourselves with "stamina," and please treat Complex techniques as if they merely consume chakra. Thank you.

Shinobi Nations is proud to present a few new changes and additions to our list of Taijutsu and Bukijutsu!
-Xingyi "The Imaginary intellectual Fist" Taijutsu added
-King of the Iron Fist Taijutsu has just been added
-Resshuuken has finally been redone,updated, and open again
Basai Bagua "Breaking the Giant enemy Circle" Bukijutsu has been added
Kasai Bukijutsu has just been added
Additionally, here are a few things to note. Their description and development will be explained on later

Hello there everyone! This is just a simply announcement to bring to light the many adjustments, additions, and changes that have occured.
-Chakra training missions also increase stamina pool. Chakra training missions named changed to "training." Additionally, "chakra regeneration" also accounts for stamina regeneration.

___[ Small Adjustments ]
There have been some small adjustments and updates that i am happy to release! The Weapon Specialist discipline has been slightly changed to what reads below.
Quote: Weapon Specialist: The user Gains a free custom weapon slot, while forsaking the ability to learn ninjutsu for the ability to learn more than 1 rigorous style (styles still count for 2 slots). With their inability to learn ninjutsu, they get to learn [1] additional bukijutsu style for every 10 ninjutsu slots their were supposed to aquire. Additionally, their understanding of the bukijutsu art is so extensive that all Bukijutsu styles count as a maximum of 20 technqiues, no matter how many techniques are actually in the style (if a style has 24 techniques, then the user can still learn all of them, but the style only counts as 20 technqiues). Their depth and devotion to the weapon arts allows their skill to increase with every rank allowing their weapons to cut through defensive bukijutsu techniques of the same rank.
The art Xing-yi's name has been changed to Hsing-I Pakua to avoid confusion.
Also, for characters who do not wish to have a bloodline...your character gets a bonus!!!! A character without a bloodline gains +1 personal attributes and and +3 custom techniques!!!!
