Imhotep looked at the woman. He was surprised that she hadn't been scared away yet. "I teach English literature." He answered her. "Poetry, Shakespeare, King Arthur, mythology, plays, just to name a few." He added describing a few topics that he taught. "But I used to teach others like Arabic, French, Greek, Latin, and Egyptian, just to name a few." He added. He was old and he had worked at the school for a long time.

Eva carefully nodded her head as she twirled a piece of her black locks around her finger. "I teach shape shifting, Greek and Algebra." she explained. She didn't feel like mentioning that she taught Chemistry and Sociology. To tell the truth, she enjoyed shape shifting the most. Her favorite form was a snake, just like Nemu's favorite form was a cat. She also loved seeing people shape shift into different things. Some could shape shift into people, like celebrities. Some could shape shift into objects like computers or lamps. Most commonly, people could shape shift into animals, like herself.

"Ah." Imhotep commented with a grin. "I hope you teach the students well. The youngest of my race forget they can change into wolves, and few remember they can become bats. In fact human changed vampires think they can sparkle in the sun and they go puff." Imhotep wasn't shocked at how the world has gone down in intelligence.

Eva couldn't help but to snicker at the vampire's words. She remembered when her niece, Eloise was obsessed with the latest vampire movies that were coming out. But even Eva didn't know that vampires could turn into wolves. Eva was only about fifty or so years old, even though she looked like she was in her early twenties. That's just the way it is in her family. Some stop aging at forty, some stop aging at eight years old and some stop aging at one hundred and twelve. Alois and herself got lucky because they stopped aging in their early twenties. "I hope so." she muttered.

At least those who weren't smart enough would destroy themselves without him trying to do anything about it. "I don't want to teach someone who is clearly not worth my time in teaching. They have to want to learn. Large amounts of homework and all." He said with a grin.

One must have the ambition and will power to learn..... Eva remembered what her old college professor had told her before she graduated. Even though he was a human, she respected him. "I can see. Anyway, have you ever been away from the island?" she asked. Eva didn't know she would ask such a question, but she was curious. She crossed her legs and looked up at the man.

Imhotep looked at her. She seemed to him to be a curious creature. "If you must know I go out every weekend and it's usually to go to my favorite dance club." He answered her. That was where he spent most of his time outside of the school. It wasn't like he danced the whole time he usually spent time flirting with girls. "And you?"

"That's nice" Nemu peeked her head through the window of the classroom door and giggled. "This better work." she said to herself as she started to walk down the empty hallway. Most of the students were already in their classes by now, so that was why it was empty. Maybe Eloise is right...maybe I should enroll here.. she thought as she dissapeared down the hallway. Eva's eyes shifted towards the window, kicking her feet back and forth. "I don't know, I do stuff." she replied. I am a genius.

Imhotep looked at the woman. She was an old creature. He didn't understand why she stayed around. "Well if you're done you can leave. Unless you have a reason to be here." The man commented. He was the most unsociable person at the school and he knew it. He found this woman odd for sticking around.

"I don't know. I'm pretty sure I don't have a class right now, and I'm bored. So, yeah." It didn't take Eva long to figure out that she sounded like a teenage girl. She hopped off the desk and started to walk towards the window. "The island's kind of nice, isn't it?" she said, managing to crack a smile on her face for once. It was much different from France or Greece, but the island seemed for peaceful and quiet, and so was the school.

Imhotep raised brow. This woman was weird. She also seemed to like to talk a lot. "It's okay after you get past the sun, heat, and all the vermin running around." When said vermin he meant students. He didn't care for the island for those reasons.

"I probably wouldn't mind the sun and the heat." she noted as she transformed into a snake and slithered around the man. I haven't been in this form in FOREVER! God this feels so good she thought. Once she was done circling the man she returned to the window and transformed back into her human form. Her eye contact turned back to Imhotep as she began to speak again. "I apologize if I am speaking too much.." Her tone returned to the professionalism voice that she strived for. Normally she doesn't talk so much, and after Allen died, she could of been considered a mute. But for once, she felt free.

The vampire lord was interested in the transformation. Normally woman were too afraid to come near him because of his petty ways. "Normally when someone talks it's a student and it's me telling them to shut up." the man responded with a grin. It was true. He didn't talk much so he wasn't totally comfortable to talk to this woman. Once she transformed back the man walked over to her. He could tell that she was hitting on him. He wrapped his hands around her and smirked. "I'll tell you this once. You don't want to fall in love with me. I'm not a nice guy. I don't care about the students at all." He told her straight.

So? I'm not a student, and I don't give a rat's *ss about mine either. Eva gritted her teeth and turned back to the window. "Pffft, fall in love? I'm pretty much done with love. Trust me." Her tone weakened once she said the word 'love'. Allen....I miss you.. She felt her hands starting to tremble in sadness, but she held back. Not now, not in front of...him.

Imhotep's voice was something of a cruel tone, yet there was something that said it wasn't totally true. "You're voice trembles." He responded to her calling her bluff. He didn't let her go. "I promise you that I am a monster. Good little girls don't need to love monsters." He told her as he finally pulled away. He started to clean his classroom again. He wasn't going to talk about what he did or why he was a monster.
