Hey guys! Sorry I've been gone for a while; stuff came up that couldn't wait. ><
Argh no legendaries?! That's 1/3 of my SoulSilver team...poor Giratina and Mewtwo...=(
Oh well. It's not like it negatively affects my strategy. Too bad I have to resort to my Emerald toughies. Really didn't want to have to do that. =/
I can't battle until tomorrow after classes, and if I have to stay at school late I'll do so. I'll let you all know when I'm available. =D
EDIT: Real quick, this just crossed my mind: I know hold items are the only ones allowed to be used. Can two pokemon hold the same type of item, or do they all have to be different?

I don't see what's wrong with making them hold the same item.
Like a whole team holding Quick Claws and Leftovers and Shell Bells and Wise Glasses and Expert Belts and Muscle Bands and King's Rocks and Life Orbs.

Personally my team (if I can ever get them into Wi-Fi) are mainly going to hold the items that are going to power up the moves they already have a STAB bounus for. So yeah, even more powerful haha.

Okay I was just wondering. I was thinking of having two of them hold Sitrus berries and two others hold Leftovers.
Right now I'm in disarray cuz I had a set team with items and everything and then I come on and read legendaries are out and so everything got blown out of the water. I'm still not sure which Pokemon will fill the last spot. So it's gonna be a surprise 8D
EDIT: Good luck connecting Dart! =D

Figures that after I make the ruling based on the votes, the option I personally preferred got 2 more votes to pull out ahead...
*sigh* well, since the game's extended as long as necessary, I guess one more rule change won't hurt. The Legendary clause can be disregarded if both participants agree that Legendary pokemon are acceptable for the given battle.
You should still have some non-legendary alternates, but this will let your original planned team on the field Rocket.

EDIT: I have to leave school now, so I'm not available anymore...oh well. I'll be able to battle tomorrow, plus I might be able to do some commentary....not sure yet.

If we nickname our Pokemon we can actually do commentaries without risking revealing our Pokemon to others.
Unless they can tell from the moves itself...

Go to a pokemon center and take the escalator down to the basement (where you got your pal pad). Talk to the attendant to connect to Nintendo WFC. If someone's already got a battle invite set up, just go accept it. If not, create a new invite using Single Battle Lv50 rules, and wait for the other player to accept.
I'd play against you, but I'm still at work... won't be free for another 6 hrs or so.
