Dannie felt Chris put his arm around her and rest it on her shoulders. She at first want to shrug it off, but she just smiled and let herself relax. She honestly didn't mind. She just didn't want him to get the wrong idea. She didn't want to get his hopes up and then crush them if she decided to choose Cameron. She couldn't even think about hurting Chris. He was her best friend and would never want to hurt him. She sighed to herself as she wished things could just be oh so simpled for once. "You know, I don't think I mind being stuck here. Though I know some of the others probably want to get out of here as soon as possible. They probably just don't know how to have fun." she said with a light giggle.

Chris nodded. It would be nice to be stuck up here. He glanced at the sunset again. "I know, but we deserve to have some fun if we want. No one said we can't have fun here, isn't that what we came here to do?" he said calmly.
Lex glanced up and nodded. "Altight then, let's make some friends," she said. The teen stood up and made her way over to Sebastian.

Dannie smiled at him and nodded. "Exactly! At least someone gets it!" before she laughed and relaxed against him. "You know, I'd probably go insane without you. You're like the only one who actually gets me sometimes." she said as she stared out at the sunset.

Chris smiled and laughed softly as Dannie laughed. He felt her relax against him and he smiled, gazing out at the sunset. "W"I know what you mean and I'm glad to hear you won't go insane," he said with a smile.

Dannie rolled her eyes at him and nodded. "And why is that? Maybe being insane might just be a bit fun." she said as she gave him a mishchievious grin. But she was only kidding. She knew being insane would never be a good thing. Even if it did seem like fun.

Chris smiled at her and tilted his head. "Well then no one would know what you were planning. Just think about all the trouble you'd get in," he said, a playful spark in his blue eyes. "I'm sure being insane could be fun, until it gets you in the police station."

Dannie laughed and used her hand to hide her smile. "Oh please! I wouldn't end up in a police station. I'd just use my cute and innocent look to persuade them to let me go. I mean, it works on my dad and a few of my teachers so it should work on a couple of cops." she said as she watched the sun finally set and the sky began to darken.

Chris smiled and laughed. This was what he loved about spending time with Dannie, she always knew how to make him smile. "I guess it depends how good your cute and innocent face is," he said and watched the sun disappeared. "It really is nice up here," he whispered.

Dannie smiled and nodded as she saw the stars come out. "It's beautiful. You know, if I had any artistic ability, I'd probably draw the stars forever. There just so, well, amazing I guess. I can't really explain it." she said as she looked at the stars to see if she could find any constellations. She looked up at him, her bright blue eyes full of amusement and curiousity. "What do you prefer? The sun or the moon?" she asked him randomly.

Chris thought for a moment at Dannie's random question. He had gotten used to her asking him questions it of the blue. "I have to say the moon, I don't know why but I like that it's always changing," he said.

Dannie grinned at him and giggled. "Now I definitely know it's true. Great minds do think alike. But you know, everything changes. So I guess the sun has its own little changes. It's just too far away for us to see." she said before she shook her head and blushed. "Sorry. I really have to learn not to think out loud." she said as she sighed and moved a strand of her blonde hair out of her face and tucked it behind her ear. She hated it when her hair got in the way, so she always found different styles to keep it out of her way.

Chris shrugged and sighed. "That's okay, Dannie. There's nothing wrong with thinking outloud," he said calmly and hazed up at the twinning stars. He pointed at one moving across the sky. "Hey, look, a shooting star! You better make a wish."

Dannie watched the shooting star pass by and she giggled when Chris told her to make a wish. "Sorry, but I don't really want anything. Besides, wishes never come true. They're like fairytales. They're just something to get your hopes up and they just disappoint you in the end. Why don't you make a wish?" she said as she moved around a bit and let her head rest against his shoulder.

Dannie rolled her eyes. "Oh it's not like it'll come true anyway. And you know you can tell me anything. So just tell me what you wished for! Please?" she said as she gave him her one of a king puppy dog pout. Her parents never could resist it, so she hoped it would work on Chris.
