Mizuki was glad that she finally got her husband to agree on her words for once. She wanted him to know that he was special beyond his belief. If anything happened to him then she didn't know what she would do with herself or Ephraim. Then he mentioned the cupcakes. The woman had nearly forgotten. "Good idea. I'll be back." She told him as she moved to the kitchen. The mother came back with a cupcake pan of cupcakes already in their cups. they were chocolate with pink and blue frosting on top to announce the newest member of the family.

Cedric agreed with a nod. There was no way that Ephraim wasn't meant for the spotlight. The only person who wasn't some type of public figure was his father, even then there had been tabloid papers with Mizuki and Pyry together with their son. The guitar player noticed the cupcakes and reached over once Mizuki put them down and grabbed a pink one. "I'd want a ton of girls when I'm a father. I would name at least one ofter my mother." The unicorn commented. He preferred girls to boys.

Pyry could tell that his wife was pleased with his decision not to fight; he wouldn't have given in so easily if it wouldn't have pleased her so. He smiled faintly as a look of remembrance crossed her features, she had forgotten about the cupcakes, and she scurried off to fetch them. He glanced at Cedric as he spoke about daughters, his eyes darting to his wife briefly. He knew that the woman wanted a daughter, and while he didn't mind personally either way, he was hoping that their second child would be the girl his wife wanted.

"And considering my dreams tend to be about awful things, one would think that you'd avoid them." he raised a brow at his girlfriend, contemplating what she was saying. He already wasn't a big fan of the fact that she could pop into his dreams on a whim, especially considering the horrible nightmare that came so often. If what she said was true, she could suffocate from the smoke or catch on fire or something of the sort. "Do you go into my dreams often?" he questioned, remaining casual about it. He was curious, reaching for a cupcake as he asked.

Taking a cupcake as they were placed on the table, he began to peel the paper cup from the bottom. He flashed a grin at Mizuki, he loved cupcakes, and he made a note to do something nice for his sister in law. His attention was once again captured by Cedric as his bandmate spoke, turning his head just as he bit into the dessert in his hand. A frown twitched at his lip as he chewed, considering his friend's words. "I'd like to be a father, but I'm not sure if it's in my future." he commented, licking a bit of icing off one of his fingers. "But if I were to have kids, I'd like at least one daughter to name after my sister." he glanced at his brother briefly, sensing the man's sudden tension. He gave a subtle shake of his head, turning his eyes back on Cedric; he didn't think he had ever mentioned a sister to his bandmates, but he wasn't sure.

Sky wasn't sure how to answer that. "I don't go into your dreams. There would be no point into doing into something so sweet. I instead go into your nightmares and eat them. That way you can have a good dream after that." That was in part because she was a baku and baku at nightmares.

Mizuki sat down with her cupcake. She let out a little yawn. She had been sleepy because of the planing she was doing all day. I t didn't help that she was pregnant and that she would be tired more often. She quickly wolfed down the cupcake. "You guys can stay and chat. I'm going to bed." The woman announced. Poor Pyry would have to deal with her mood swings for a while.

Cedric looked at his friend. "I think you have a better chance than I do. I mean you have Tabby. Not only does she want more kids, but she also is a mortal like you. She probably doesn't want to pick some that would be lonely without her and she with them." Cedric pointed out. Cedric smiled at the sister comment. It seemed his bandmate understood what it was like to lose someone. "You lost her like I lost my mother huh? My mother was Julieannna. I'm thinking Juliet for my daughter." He told his bandmate. He didn't think he had ever told anyone his mothers name.

The Three Musketeers

The teacher already had a bit of experience with Mizuki's pregnancy related mood swings, and he had prepared himself accordingly. He made a mental note not to take any negative thing his wife said personally for the next few months. He looked up as she excused herself, giving her a soft smile. "I'll be there in a bit. Let me know if you want anything." he smiled faintly, watching her go. Ephraim's bedtime was approaching, and he assumed that would be as good a time as any for the guests to depart.

He supposed that made sense, and would certainly explain why he couldn't remember anything beyond the visions any more. Even with her powers as a sandman, visions were a different ballpark from dreams or nightmares. His visions were always stronger and more common when he was sleeping, his subconscious mind taking over and doing as it wanted unhindered made such easier. He smiled faintly, as if his girlfriend doing such was appreciated. He certainly didn't need more bad things claiming his mind at night. "What do nightmares taste like?" it might be an odd question, but he was curious. Certainly there must be some reason that baku would eat them. He looked up as Mizuki excused herself. "The food was excellent. Thank you for inviting us." he meant both himself and his girlfriend, as well as his younger brother.

Taking another bite of his cupcake, the redhead shrugs at the mention of Tabby. He wasn't exactly sure where that relationship was going, as it was more of a flirt and occasional dinner of lunch together. It was nothing formal, and they weren't boyfriend and girlfriend. It was interesting, to say the least. The tabloids blew it out of proportion, but he never paid attention to them anyway. He grimaced at Cedric's comment about losing his sister like he his mother. "I do hope it wasn't at all similar." for his friend's sake, who he knew to be more sensitive than himself, losing his mother the way he had lost his sister would be much worse. "Her name was Evelyn. I don't really know how to adjust that."

Sky smirked. She was probably going to freak her boyfriend out about this, but it was true. "Yum. I can eat them all day. However if I eat a good dream then I'll get sick." She answered him. She wondered if he had ever watched Hello Kitty. There was an episode that talked about a Baku who at too many good dreams.

Cedric shook his head. "Unless your sister was sick for a while then probably not. I don't remember what she looked like. I was only two, but the violin that I have was hers. I treasure it." He told his friend. "You could take part of her name like I did with my mothers. Eve or Lyn." He told his friend. In the middle of the table appeared a pick of letters. Most of them from Mizuki's family. The top thing was a tabloid. with the words 'Meet Princess Yvette Kent' the picture they had was of Tabby and what must of been Yvette's father with the little girl between them.

The Three Musketeers

Standing, the blue-haired man began to clear the dirty dishes and remaining food from the table. It seemed the guests were content to talk amongst themselves, and he left them to do so. Scrapping plates into a garbage can, Cam's was suspiciously full, he piled them carefully into the sink to be washed. He debated whether to do it now or later, though glancing at the table, he could notice that Adney was fairly tense. That was never good, and he moved back to the table and placed another cupcake in front of his friend. There were enough for each of the remaining guests to have a second, as well as one for himself. However, his son had yet to get one. Moving between Cedric and Cam, who seemed to be distracted from the tyke for now, he lifted his son from his high chair and moved back to sit at his place at the head of the table, resting his son on his lap. Slicing the cupcake into manageable pieces, he handed the first one to his son. He looked up as the mail appeared on the table, eyeing it a moment before turning his attention back to the boy on his lap.

"Is that so?" he certainly would keep her well fed, then, as he couldn't remember a time he'd had normal dreams. "Why do good dreams make you sick?" he was curious, finding it a bit odd. He had never watched Hello Kitty, and therefore didn't quite know why. He realized then that he didn't really know much about his girlfriend, species wise, and he was curious. That, and he was trying very hard to ignore the conversation his brother was having across the table. He had yet to tell Sky what had happened to the rest of his family, and unless she could see into the nightmares she ate, she would be rather in the dark about it.

He shook his head in response to Cedric's words, knowing that the way he lost his mother couldn't have been all that great either. "My sister... died in the fire that also took my parents." he cut short his explanation, knowing full well that his brother would be rather unhappy with him if he went into details. "I was eight. She was six." he did remember what his sister looked like, if only vaguely. He wasn't fond of either Eve or Lyn, but he chose not to voice this aloud. "I think Evelyn is a good name. It hasn't really run it's course yet." he looked ready to say more when the mail appeared in the center of the table. Normally, he would have only glanced at it, but he was caused to do a double take at what was on the front of the tabloid. "What?!" he looked shocked, picking up the tabloid with shaky hands. He looked from Cedric to his brothers, then back to the tabloid. "Is everyone a princess at this school?" obviously, Tabby had neglected to tell him something important, and apparently it wasn't the first time someone hadn't told him about being a princess.

Sky had to think of a good way to say it. A thought of how she should say it came to her mind. "Thing of it like this. Sandmen are like the boogieman right. They are meant to scare kids. Baku is just a different type of sandmen so what ever is good for you is bad for me because I want things that are bad." It was probably not the best way to say it, but it's what came to mind.

Cedric wasn't going to disagree that Evelyn was a good name. He then looked at the other man. He then looked over what Cam was looking at and picked up the tabloid. He was sure Mizuki wouldn't care because it wasn't personal mail. He opened to the article and started to read aloud. "Prince Seth and model Tabitha Kent have announce after eight years that they are the proud parents of Tabitha's daughter Yvette Kent making her the crown princess of her grandfather's kingdom until her step mother bares a son." He turned to Cam. "Tabby isn't a princess it's her daughter." He told him.

The Three Musketeers

Glancing up only briefly as Cam spoke, the spirit raised a brow. He supposed that the girl Cam had been seeing, whom he knew to have a child, was actually the mother of a princess. Well, that was interesting. Royalty didn't really seem to have much of an effect on him, he was married to a princess, after all, and his son was royalty as well. Handing his son another piece of cupcake. Hopefully, his brother would relax and calm down a bit. He didn't need his son riled up this close to bed time.

Listening carefully to how his girlfriend was describing it, he nodded. He didn't totally get it, but he had a general idea. "I see." he gave verbal confirmation, his full attention now on his girlfriend. He had been glancing at his brother every so often previously, listening to the conversation he was having with his friend. However, now that the conversation had drifted in a different direction, he was visibly more relaxed and turned his attention onto the cupcake that had been placed before him. "Want a bite?" he offered the cupcake to Sky, it's bright pink icing perfect.

He flapped a hand at his friend, still freaking out a bit. "I know, I know. But she went to daycare here, and that's close enough!" he was quite flustered, as if his mind was struggling to process this. "I know four princesses.... Four!" he was shocked, as if this sort of thing shouldn't have happened. Though, technically, one of those princesses was now a queen. "How is it possible that a street rat knows four princesses? It's preposterous!" he ignored the raised brow from his older brother, ignoring the fact that he no longer lived on the streets. Though, considering the fact that he didn't have an official residence, he was technically homeless.

Sky took the cupcake that he offered her. It wasn't like there was much of a choice between the different colors. "Sure." She said with a smile and then started to eat it. His little 'I see' showed her that he really didn't know what she was talking about. "I think we should start heading back to the apartment." The sandman suggested.

Cedric didn't see the big deal with it. It must have been something about it. "I know more." He said shrugging his shoulders. "Maybe Tabby didn't want to tell you because she didn't want anyone to know about Yvette being a princess. Why not go visit her and ask her about it." Cedric suggested. There was nothing wrong with talking to her about it. He yawned. "I think I'm going to get out of here. I feel like Sky is throwing sand in my eyes." Cedric stood up and moved around. He then looked up at Pyry. "Tell Mizuki thanks for the food and the new niece or nephew." He told his friend's husband.

The Three Musketeers

Looking up as the guests moved to depart, he set Ephraim on his feet to run about. He stood, brushing the crumbs from his son's cupcake from his pants. "Thank you four for coming. Mizuki and I were glad to see all of you, and Ephraim enjoyed it as well." he smiled, looking from his brothers to Sky and Cedric. Through the doorway behind him was a short hall that led to the door out. In the short hall was wear shoes and coats were kept in a strategically placed hollow. He turned his gaze on Cedric, nodding at him. "I will."

Picking up another cupcake from the table, he nodded to show he agreed. "It's getting close to bed time for a certain little one." he glanced at the two year old wandering about with a chunk of cupcake in hand. He still didn't really understand bakus or sandmen, but there was always time to figure that out later. For now, it was getting rather late and he didn't want to keep his adorable nephew up past his bedtime, or keep his brother from his wife. He approached the blue-haired man, wrapping the other man in a hug. "Congratulations, man. I'm sure the next one will be just as perfect." he pulled away, stepping back to Sky's side to prepare to leave.

"You aren't a street rat." the redhead pointed out bitterly, frowning a bit as he calmed down. What Cedric was saying made perfect sense, but he was still a little wounded. He had been meaning to go see her soon anyway, though now there was a reason behind it. It seemed that everyone was beginning to leave, and while he wasn't exactly tired, he knew better than to overstay his welcome. Following behind his eldest brother, he hugged the spirit hard. "I can't wait for the next one." he flashed the other man a grin, clapping him on the shoulder. He turned his attention on his other brother, raising a brow. His hands moved swiftly in a practiced manner, and any who were not adept in ASL would not be able to understand. The spirit, who had been watching curiously, blushed faintly at the words. A dark expression crossed the eldest Sol's face, but Cam simply flashed him a grin and a few more signs.

Sky recognized that the brothers were doing sigh language with each other. She had no clue about what each person was flashing. It must have been something between the brothers that they didn't want her or Cedric to know. Once the brothers were done she then grabbed onto Adney's hand and held it. "We'll be leaving then." she said before stepping out the first.
