It's fanmade, because I know how to do that all in a combination of Photoshop and illustrator.
The type up top is common, and free on the net.
I'm not sure but there could be a triangle tool in illustrator, and it's easy for that glow. The type for born this way is probably also on the net for free also.
You can make all the pics from cutting them in photoshop, laying them over or transperencing them in illustrator. Plus that pic in the triangle is from the Mario Vivanco shoot, which was recent, when the Born This Way shoot was held last year, in London.
However, it is pretty damn sweet.
