Do it how I did it for Berlin and Tokyo. Look up info on Beijing, and then make threads for key locations. Leave the Announcements alone, but make any governmental structure, like a castle or such, as well as the central area for social interaction (like a Bar, or temple) as Stickies. Everything else, keep as normal threads. You don't need TOO many places, but at least 6.
