ENTER FROM UNKNOWN
Atop one of the higher buildings of the lesser populated areas of the city sat five rather oddly clad young girls. Each were gazing out at the world around them with clear interest.
One girl had long lavender colored hair and an orange dress that was cut to show more of one of her legs than comfortable considering her apparent age. Two of the other girls had green colored hair, green eyes, and a golden dress that was far too short. One girl wore a golden ornament around her neck, while the other wore a pink colored ornament. The last two girls had silver hair of different shades, and wore white dresses that were also rather short on them. One of the two wore gold ornaments and a feather in her hair. The other one had black lacing the edges of her dress, and played with a small black orb that floated about her. A face was just visible within the orb.
A moment later, two other figures appeared on the same rooftop in a haze of purple energy. Two older women of about the same age. One wore a black and purple dress that was adorned in gossamer material and a silver breastplate. Her hair was dark and cascaded with the faint flow of purple energy that curled around her. Languid lavender eyes glanced around the rooftop with considerably less interest than that of the five girls.
The other woman had short, layered teal hair with dark ends and a gold ornament that held a long curled feather. Her outfit was a dusky black poncho with tattered edges that covered her being down to her hips. One leg was covered in matching fabric while the other was...not so covered. Bright blue eyes equally languid to the other woman's looked over the five girls in front of them.
The younger girls instantly jumped up and formed a line in front of the two women...the girl with the feather in her hair making sure she was closest to the woman with the feather. Each remained as silent as could be and stared at the women.
The darker haired woman finally broke the silence with a rather vexed sigh.
"Alright. You all are here to learn, and learn only. Do not interact with anyone. Do not explore. And do not let your presence be know. You are not to interfere with anything that happens here unless you are told to do so. Are we clear?""Yes Arcane Viollca." the five girls answered in unison.
"Oh, come now little Viollca..." came another woman's voice.
"...don't sound so upset."Another woman soon appeared on the rooftop in a swirl of blue energy. A woman clothed and adorned in blue everything stood smiling at the two other women. She shifted her weight onto her hip and twirled a blue lock of hair with one of her fingers.
"This is going to be the most excitement we've seen in quite a while. You really don't see planetary destruction like this anymore.""Which is why we are here to teach a few of the higher-ranking Seraphim." the short haired woman replied, glancing expressionlessly at the other woman.
"Nothing more."The blue woman let a small, somewhat sad smile cross her face.
"You two really are in a sour mood."The woman stared at her for another beat, then let her gaze fall back onto the younger girls.
"Is it so hard to understand why?""...I'm really not sure why, Aishe." one of the silver haired girls said quietly.
The woman's eyes darted straight towards hers.
The girl flinched a bit and quickly corrected.
"I mean, um, Arcane Aishe.""Yes, you two are usually more...well...we can just sense you're in a bad mood." one of the other girls said.
"You don't want to be here." another added.
"It's nothing." the dark haired woman replied in less than a second.
"We have enough work on a normal day. Let alone be in the midst of something like this."The way she averted her gaze from the others was a subtle indication that there was more to it than that.
"Right, well, I need to go talk to Lyubitshka and the others about this whole thing." the blue woman said with a small smile, then turned back towards the other women.
"Perhaps I could get one of the Balancers to come and have a chat with the two of you.""There's no need." Viollca replied.
"We are here to instruct and supervise. Nothing more." Aishe added.
"Right, well. I'll be off then. I'll come back later to check on all of you. Good luck girls.""Thank you Arcane Tsutitsa." The girls said in unison.
In a swirl of blue energy, the woman was gone.

Rogue quickly dove from the sky after taking a couple of hits from the Comrads blasts. Marie dove through the cloud cover and found herself over a residental district, Oh terrific... Ah'm.... over Yonkers Ave draggin a bunch a Nimrods. Where? Ah guess the golf course is the best spot.
