[Transform 1/2]
The aspiring shinobi had carefully analyzed the jounin's actions as he prepared to perform the jutsu. The ninja's words had remained in Akira's mind, they repeated themselves over and over again as the he began to comprehend the methods by which the jutsu was performed and the practical application of the jutsu in and out of combat situations. "If I udnerstand correctly then this also means that the larger the transforming body is the more chakra will be necessary to complete the technique." He then began to attempt to etimate the amount of chakra he would need to cover someone of his stature, figuring it would only be about an average amount he formed the seal just as the instructor had before him and focused his chakra. Smoke enveloped his body, surrounding him almost immediately after he applied the chakra. As the smoke began to clear, he had created a perfect transformation of the girl he saw earlier asleep when he first entered, however his chakra application was incorrect, the size to chakra ratio was somewhat off and the technique became unstable and dispersed without his intention of doing so. Akira could only grin somewhat chuckle at the outcome. "Well now...That wasn't the expected result." He folded his arms, sighing deciding to take a brief rest before attempting the techique again. "I did not factor in the amount of chakra it would take to maintain the jutsu...the size factor was slightly off, my transformation was atleast two inches taller than that girl actually is." He stated glancing over in her direction. He had obviously estimated wrong mostly due to the fact that the girl was in a seated position when he first observed her, meaning that he knew not the full dimensions of her body and he would expect nothing less than perfection from hismelf.

Akira caught the subtle movement out of the corner of hsi eyes, his observation techniques and skills of perception were somewhat advanced for his age and expected skill level. He turned his eyes toward the source of the motion first scanning the area. He unfolded his arms and place dthem in his pockets as he proceeded towards the Mizukage's location. His foot steps echoed through the nearly empty room and his sigh was succeeded by a gleaming smile. His demeanor was infact very relaxed and calm, one could literally feel the serenity in his voice as he spoke. "Lord Mizukage...I would inform you of my name but as Mizukage I'm sure you already know the ninja in your village. However, it is always polite to introduce one self when grettign a new face so my name is Akira Mizu..." His mouth remained poised as if he were going to continue his speech then it abruptly closed as he could not help but watch the kunoichi train. He felt drawn to her, unknowingly to him it may have been due highly to the fact that she was indeed the Sanbi's jinchuuriki, but perhaps there was something else. The thoughts were wiped from his mind as the boy's attention was directed back toward the Mizukage who ahd summoned him to this location.
