Backstory:
Early Career
Ronnel was born outside of Sunagakure. When it was found out that he had the ability to be a shinobi, he joined that village. Early on, it was discovered that he had an aptitude for medical techniques and a strong affinity to three elements - a true rarity in his time.
His original training was focused on the skills of a mednin, due to a lack of trained medical shinobi in all of the elemental countries at that time. He received a lot of early practice at saving lives - one of the other young ninja in Sunagakure pushed himself to the brink of death several times. Ronnel eventually managed to convince him to stop in the self-destructive path he had begun, and the two became friends.
Then Ronnel was introduced to the realm of shinobi far stronger than anything he had ever dreamed of. A blind ninja named Sypher appeared in the village, near the Kazekage's tower. He immediately set about filling the very sands beneath Sunagakure with his bones, using his Kekkei Genkai, the Shikotsumyaku. At the time, all of the older shinobi, even the Kazekage himself, were out of the village, leaving it to the youngsters to fight them invader.Despite everything that Ronnel and the other Gennin tried at the time, nothing could make the Kaguya flinch and cease his attacks. Eventually the tide changed when the Kazekage and one of the Sannin, named Kashiim Kamisama and Katsuro Kamisama respectively, returned and confronted the Kaguya.
Time passed after that incident, with Ronnel devoting himself to learning a wider array of subjects after the humiliation that he felt when he couldn't stop Sypher from attacking his village. It was only a few weeks after Sypher's attack that another man came to the village - this one, a person who had betrayed their village and destroyed a large portion of it, though surprisingly there were no casualties at the time. The reason behind that was revealed to be that the man had betrayed the village as part of an incredibly high rank mission from the Kazekage, to infiltrate a group of rogues and find out how best to destroy them.
From this man, who when reinstated became the Sannin Raiden, and the Sannin Katsuro, Ronnel and the other Gennin began learning ninjutsu techniques. It was during this time that Ronnel began delving into the scrolls in the Library, searching out the Fuuton techniques to accompany the Sand based techniques that the Sannin were teaching his generation.
A short time later, things took a turn for the worse. Raiden traveled away to pursue a love interest, and the other Sannin left on business unknown. During this time the Kazekage also had to leave to take care of an alliance negotiation. That left the village empty save for the Gennin and a single Chuunin.
Then Jake Libra came. He struck without warning and carried one of the Gennin away to train him. That Gennin was Katsuro, Ronnel's first friend. Thus began Ronnel's vendetta against the shinobi known as Jake.
Time passed, along with an invillage Chuunin Exam tournament. The new Chuunin, including Ronnel, began devouring new knowledge at prodigious rates for various reasons - Ronnel, so he could eventually bring his friend home.
Before that could happen though, Katsuro returned on his own - to challenge the shinobi of Suna to a fight. He had unknowingly chosen a time when Ronnel was out of the village, hunting for a summoning contract. The fight between Katsuro and two of the Chuunin escalated until Jake Libra appeared, chasing his wayward student Katsuro, who had escaped in order to issue his challenge. Jake grew irritated and began channeling an insanely powerful technique.
Ronnel returned home in time to see the end of this fight, and Jake's attack. He tried stopping the man, but Jake had the ability to control Hitokugetsu, Human Puppets. His puppet held Ronnel off for long enough that his technique detonated, nearly incinerating Ronnel as he escaped the blast range, and destroying half of the village.
Shortly after this, Ronnel left the village on a mission from the Kazekage - to gain the power necessary to destroy the man who had wiped out so much of Sunagakure.
This training time ultimately proved futile - not because Ronnel never grew stronger, but because Jake ran awry of someone stronger than even he was, and was killed before Ronnel could find him. Thus ended Ronnel's exile, and he returned home.
Shortly after Ronnel's return, he participated in Suna's Jounin Exams, along with Jono Akako, Spike Uchiha, Katsuro Kinjo who had returned to the village in disgrace after his kidnapper/teacher was killed, Ty Uchiha, and Zamatsu 'Z' Hyuuga. This contest pitted friend against friend in vicious pair battles, until at the end, there was a three way free for all.
From this exam, Ronnel, Jono, and Spikewere promoted to the rank of Jounin. Then things began falling apart - Ronnel was sent away by the Kazekage on another mission, this one a mission that didn't require him to sever ties with the village and be branded a traitor. But while he was gone, Spike Uchiha killed Jono Akako so that he could gain the Mangekyo Sharingan. Also at this time, Katsuro Kinjo comitted suicide for reasons unknown, Ty Uchiha vanished rather than deal with the shame of being labeled as kin to Spike, and Zamatsu Hyuuga betrayed the village to join another for power. This series of betrayals and deaths turned Ronnel insane. He cut all ties with the village, save personal loyalty to Kashiim Kamisama the Kazekage, and traveled to gain power for reasons that not even he knew.
While in Konoha studying techniques, Ronnel became aware of the fact that there was a fight going on outside of the village. He was shocked to find out that the Kazekage was battling unknown forces, and rushed to the aid of the one person he felt a connection to.
The unknown assailants were the Akatsuki - after Kashiim because he was the Jinchuruuki to a demon. Ronnel and Kashiim fought back against the Akatsuki and were beginning to turn the tide, when a new foe entered the scene - a former Tsuchikage, who was a Kaguya. For reasons that weren't clear to anyone there, he attacked Ronnel, calling him an Uchiha. The rogue drew the Kaguya Master away from where Kashiim was fighting, and their battle raged back and forth. Unfortunately, while Ronnel was occupied with the former Tsuchikage, Kashiim was overpowered by the Akatsuki, and taken away.
Ronnel abandoned the fight against the Kaguya, seeing no reason to continue it with his whole reason for joining in the fight gone, and his true opponents gone. He evaded the Tsuchikage and tried tracking the Akatsuki, but was soon forced to give up as they had used some kind of sealing method to escape the area.
After this, Ronnel returned to Sunagakure, but not for benign purposes. He broke into the Suna Library and stole copies of their scrolls, easy for him to do as he knew the password that Kashiim had set over them from his short time as a loyal Jounin. For reasons that he didn't know, included in the scrolls that he took were a short selection of Doton techniques, along with the Sand and Wind techniques that were the province of Sunagakure. After taking these scrolls and escaping the village, just missing the return of a person he thought dead, Ronnel vanished into obscurity.
Vague rumors around the Elemental nations have commented on a man matching his description being seen in bars, drinking himself into an early grave according to what people could see.

Description:
The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries.

Description:
This technique allows a medical nin to summon some of the tools of their trade. It is not practical to carry around mortar, pestle, and other tools but a scroll that can be used to summon these and other similar objects is both practical and convenient. A higher ranking nin can use this technique to summon more specialized and advanced tools for poison creation and ninja medicine creation but at this level it is only good for medicine creation.

A medical nin has learned to study the effects of various naturally occurring compounds on the human body and how they can be combined in order to create medicine. In spite of increased knowledge of medical techniques there are times when mixing a medicine is the only solution to a problem. Medicine creation has a variety of uses, such as creating poison antidotes, healing ointments, and disease fighting. Medicines can also be used to treat minor every day ailments such as an upset stomach or cold. A Genin using this skill has only rudimentary knowledge and often requires a small guide in order to find and create basic medicines. A Chuunin will know how to prepare a medicine for any normal injury, poison, or disease. Advanced and highly specialized medicines, such as those needed to counteract the negative effects of the Akimichi 3 color pills, require the knowledge of a Jounin who has learned more through experience than could be found in any book.

Description: A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. This technique can also be used to repair the chakra system in a patient if for some reason it has been damaged. When used offensively, in combat, it is difficult to concentrate on the length and power of the scalpel, making it harder to successfully hit an enemy's arteries, ensuring a kill.

Description: Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the medical nin places a surgically precise cut on the patient and then another cut on the donor. The donor and the recipient must have their respective cuts within six inches of each other; this is typically accomplished by cutting their opposing arms and having them lay beside each other. The medical nin then forms a sphere of chakra between the two cuts drawing out blood from both patients and altering it so that the blood type of the donor matches that of the recipient. It is important to remember that taking more than 1 pint of blood from a donor is extremely dangerous, even with the loss of only 1 pint of blood the donor may suffer from dizziness and fatigue.

Description:
By placing their hand against a solid object, the user of this technique can convert it to sand. Generally only inorganic objects may be converted, but at a higher rank, the user may also convert minor organic objects such as plants and tree's as well, though people and animals are obviously out of the question. The main purpose of this technique is to allow the user to completely destroy an object; once it has been turned into sand it cannot be returned to it’s normal state. The size of the object that may be transformed is dependant upon the user. While with low levels only fairly small objects could be converted to sand with any reasonable degree of speed, anything around the size of the users fist essentially, but at higher levels entire walls could be transformed to sand in an instant. Additionally, the hardness of the material being converted affects the time needed to convert it, as such while simple stones could be converted extremely quickly, metal would require a longer period of contact, making it typically unsuitable for use on weapons except in special circumstances.

Description: A technique handy when the user is left defenseless against an opponent. Performing a series of seals and holding their hand above the ground, large amounts of sand will fly towards the user as if being drawn by a magnet. The sand will clump and stick together in an elongated shape that will take the form of a bo staff. It can be used in the exact same fashion as that of a normal staff, that is to deliver and defend attacks to or from the enemy, though due to it’s nature it can only take so much punishment before crumbling. Additionally the user can cause the entire length of the staff to be covered in sand spikes which can rip and tear skin if a direct hit is given.
-Suna Arashi Bunshin (Sandstorm Clone)

Description: A special sand clone on par with the famed kage bunshin technique from leaf, in which the user draws elements from both the sand beneath them and the wind in the air with chakra to form a clone of themselves. The sand keeps the bunshin solid while the absorbed wind creates a chakra circulatory system, which allows these bunshins to attack and use jutsus. Essentially they have the same power and durability as a normal kage bunshin clone and can be defeated in the same way.

Description: The user creates a thin, although durable, armour of sand around the their body by making the sand stick to their skin and clothes and then hardening it. Description: The user uses chakra and a weapon usually to create large bursts of wind at an extent.
In reality it is not an actual burst of wind but a tornado that came from the user. The wind slashes objects; at most it can cut tree branches.
Like a real tornado, the wind expands as it goes farther and hits larger targets.
The wind disappears after being shot for twenty feet and at most it widens to fifteen feet.
If this hits you will be severely cut and knocked back, and most genin elemental jutsu are dispelled when they are hit by this jutsu.
- Bouseki Tate no Kaze (Spinning Shield of Winds)
Rank: Chuunin
Description: Focusing on an area in front of them about 5 feet wide and across, the user dispels chakra to cause the wind to spin rapidly in a circular motion, creating something akin to a shield.
Instead of deflecting attacks however the shield will reflect whatever was thrown at them back towards the enemy at the same speed it was fired at.
The degree of reflection depends on the user’s control.

Description: The user creates a large tornado about ten feet high directly around their enemy wide enough so that they have little room to move. The opponent will find themselves trapped inside the eye of this tornado, unharmed by the winds but unable to move without touching the tornado. If they attempt to escape they will find the swirling winds will push them back inside the center, with several cuts and scratches due to the ferocity of the winds. However just as what’s inside cannot leave what is outside cannot enter; any attacks or projectiles will simply be deflected back out.

Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a gust of wind. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport himself there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used in the same post if the shinobi has attacked or defended.

Description: As wind ninjutsu is typically more focused on ranged combat rather than close combat such as what taijutsu specialists favor, it was necessary to create jutsu’s that made them as hard to hit as possible, as a result, the wind riding technique was created. The technique in essence has the user form a ball of rapidly swirling air beneath their feet, upon which they typically sit (some with exceptional balance may choose to stand). As a result the user is left hovering several feet above the ground, and is able to control the ball to move quickly in any direction, essentially allowing the user a high degree of speed and agility while they remain on the ball, and due to the hovering nature of the ball combined with its speed, it is quite natural for users of this technique to move across walls and ceilings. All of this makes this an excellent jutsu for wind ninjutsu users when forced into a corner, or even can be used when scouting is necessary. Additionally the user can use a platform of sorts to help keep their balance, such as a large fan.

Description: Focusing on the air around them, the user is capable of causing parts of the wind to “burst” suddenly, causing anything nearby to be knocked aside. The burst does not do any damage however, and its primary purpose is to interrupt and leave the enemy open for further attacks. However the bursts can only be created within a twenty meter radius of the user and only at spots they are able to see.

Description: The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter. The wind picks up debris and acts as armour for the user. The wind armour lasts for five posts. Debris on the ground strengthens the armour and projectiles thrown towards the wind also become part of the armour. A taijutsu user is useless against the armour. A genin who gets caught in the wind will become part of the armour, Chuunin will be knocked back five feet, and a Jounin will be knocked back two feet. An elemental jutsu is useless against the armour, but if one is used against the armour it weakens it greatly. Two posts after an elemental jutsu is used against the Kaze no Yoroi the armour is dispelled.

Personality: Neal isn't a very talkative person, nor is he a team person. Backstory: Neal lived an average life. Parents worked, he helped around the house, but he was alone because of that. It wasn’t always like that. He used to have an older brother. But on a day he was home alone, it changed. Someone came to the house and Neal was unlucky enough to answer the door. It was there, that he received the news that his brother was killed on a mission. After that news, Neal became depressed and his parents did everything possible to try to get him back to his normal self. So they did what parents would try for any 10 year old. A pet. Slowly, Neal was becoming more and more like his old self, until a few years past and his pet became sick and eventually pasted. This caused Neal to lose any progress he made to get to his original self. But instead of going depressive, he mellowed out. It’s been taking his parents a long time to adjusts to his new attitude, but they have learned to adapt to it. Neal no longer wants to create an emotional attachment to anything or anyone, because he knows they will be lost in the future.

It's the history of an RPC from another guild, changed up a small amount because of things that happened in that guild that don't exist in this one. Actually, that is in essence my first RPC ever created, minus a few things and with a bit different personality. Even without his Kekkei Genkai, he was A to S rank. Hehe.

As of right now? He's not a part of anything. He's just some guy getting drunk in a village that isn't Kumo or Suna. Haven't decided which yet.
