Kadra didn't want to take her eyes off the guy. Her mind kept imagining him sneaking up behind her to strangle her. "Are you sure?" She asked turning around in her seat to look.

Paha shook his head. "No Eversor go now. Do as I ask, I don't need a fight in my palace. Not when one fighter can become big enough to tear the place down." He motioned to Telmina who nodded her understanding.
Gently she placed a hand on one of his shoulder. "Come kin. Let us go. We have more important job to worry about." Her voice held the cool connectedness of security.
Paha turned his attion back to the new man. "I can see you killed my general. But you did a good job of keeping his blood from the armor. You striped him before you killed him. No?"
Xeema felt the hair on the back of her neck raise and a growl crawl out of her throat. Paha was her lord. She could hardly stand to see him disrespected.

Eversor Sunda'skular, Dragon of Black Fire
Eversor's growl only grew louder and more intimidating at the man's words.
He dare treat me like some kind of mortal pet?!
He regretfully nodded at Paha's command, but couldn't help blowing a puff of heated ash at the incredibly rude man before strolling out of the palace with a very bitter attitude.
"Lets go."

"Of course." Attorra searched through the cupboards of the house and managed to find something. Well, it didn't look very good. "Better idea, I'm going to go get us something, you two stay here, alright?"

"No I'm not some kind of freak." He held up his arm and looked over the jacket again quickly, disregarding actually explaining what had happened, "It is a nice jacket though. Where is it your friends are going?"
((I have a club meeting to get to, but I'll be back around eight or eight thirty!
If you guys are still on, I'll be on as late as I can to RP the crap out of this guild. : DDDDD ))

Kadra nodded. "Yeah I can do that." If she could she would sneak out the moment he left. She didn't trust him at all.

Telmina lead the way out to front of the palace. She walked all the way to the dirt road as to make sure she would be fare enough away she wouldn't cause any damage.
She closed her eyes and let her power go. It was easy much like opening a closed fist, her power rolled over her and a frozen wind whipped around her body making her invisible to the eye. The wind grew bigger and a dragon's white form stood in the center of the snow storm that slowly die down.
Telmina shook her huge form to lose the ice that clung to her body. "We need to get going."

Xeema answered with out thinking "That is no concern of yours." She hissed. Anger still riding her body.
Paha said noting. This was turning out to be more and more entertaining as time went on.
Leonardo entered the hall way already hearing the squabbling from the dinning room. Groaning he was tempted to turn around and just pretended he hadn't heard Paha call out to him mentally.Taking a deep breath he sucked it up and walked in to take the empty seat Telmina had left.

"No need to be unpleasant, Xeema." Uru gave her an annoyed look and glanced back to Paha, "Well I've had fun, but if it wouldn't be a problem, I need to be excused, it's getting late and I've prayer to perform."
Afsana glared daggers at Patilla, and leaned in to press her forehead against his, "Switch seats with me," she growled angrily in a low tone, "now. Not optional."
Patilla just held his head there raised both eyebrows with his interest peaked and shrugged, standing, he switched seats with the woman and sat down beginning to eat off of her plate since it obviously wasn't important.
"Hey there, gorgeous." Afsana found new interest in the new guy. Had someone been talking to her? She could not recall. Whatever. he rested her chin on her fist and leaned toward him, "A general, huh?" He was wearing the same jacket as Patilla. "That's hot. What do I call you, General?"
"Probably not interested." Patilla remarked nonchalantly, still eating Afsana's dinner.
Afsana whipped back around to face Patilla and growl again, "Mind your own business, you belligerent dill-hole. I don't have to put up with your s**t!" She turned back around to face the general with a smile, like she hadn't said anything.

"Will you be alright?" Attorra sighed and kicked a cabinet closed, wondering why this place had yet to be stocked full if he was supposed to be taking care of Paha's runaway princess problem.

Eversor, The Black Fire Dragon
Eversor followed Telmina at a brisk pace until she took on her real, dragonic form.
Eversor strolled a small distance away from the dragoness to give him some room to shift. Then he followed suit with Telmina, being engulfed in a quick whirlwind of flame. Seconds later, the flame subsided to reveal Eversor in his real body. The black dragon made a cat-like stretch to adjust to the shift.
A deep growl could still be heard from the confines of his chest, still simmering from the ignorant man's rude and disrespectful behavior.
Eversor could be very quick to anger, much like his element, fire. He could ignite into an angry fury much like how the slightest spark could set gasoline ablaze.
"I agree. Shall we fly together or for a mental link and split up?"While the two dragons were just about to start off to find Kurag, a man had arrived at the gate that lead to the King's palace.
Nexus casually walked up to the gate and knocked his skull-topped staff against the very large door. "I wish to speak to your king! My name is Nexus! Allow me passage!", he called after his knocking. He was sure that someone would have heard his cold and harsh voice. Nexus simply stood until someone came to answer him.

Kadra nodded her head "I have been on my own this whole time, I think I can take care of myself for a little longer." She said with a small smile. "But I thank you for your concern."

Xeema glared back Uru. "I'm not being any more ride then he is, no need to lecture me." She spat back in her anger. It took her a few moments but her anger settled and she once again regained her composure. "Sorry Uru."
Leonardo rolled his gold colored eye, not paying much attention to the women. "Master Paha. You requested I come here?" His eyes focused on only his lord.
Paha nodded "The human boy wearing a general's coat." Paha motioned Patilla "From what I have gather from the others, he got into the palace with out any problems. Yet he is a human. A human wearing one of my general's coats. Tell me why is that so?" He asked his voice calm but his other worldly power swelling and sturring around him.
"I I can't say I am sure My lord." Leonardo knew humans were trouble. He didn't see why Paha didn't just take his army and go and kill them all. He knew Paha was powerful enough. The man was a land bound god.
Paha smiled and patted the man on the back. "Just please make sure slip up like these don't keep happening. What do you say?"

Telmina was smaller then Eversor she had to lift her head and look up slightly. "I don't want to risk splitting up, the humans have brought about weapons that can pierce dragon skin." Telmin brought a clawed paw to a spot just above where her heart laid in her chest. The scales there were smaller like they were just growing in, the exposed skin was a light pink. "I carry prof of such weapons. There are very few of them though, too hard and dangerous to make many of them."

A man looked down from his post as a palace guard opened a massive door to pear at the man. "What do you want here with our king?" The man asked not liking the guy much.

Eversor, The Black Fire Dragon
Eversor's eyes widened when th she-dragon mentioned mortal weapons that can pierce his skin. He quickly regained his composure and it only took him a split second for him to reply. "Should we destroy the the structures that house these weapons first before searching G'reth for Kurag? It would make traveling easier and safer for us.", he asked.
It's about time these mortals bring me a challenge...Nexus looked at the man. His piercing, dark eyes seemed to stare striaght through the man's soul. "That does not concern you, does it?" he asked him.

"Well," Attorra began, "Don't go outside here, something will eat you." He was well aware that the girl might have changed her mind about staying, but Paha wanted him to do this, and it would make him happy to get the chance to kill Kurag. He opened the front door and stepped out.

Afsana watched and listened as Paha and the general went back and forth and spoke when Paha was done. "Should I spank him?" Afsana tossed a hand back and thwacked Patilla on the forehead, "He just does these things for attention."
Patilla feigned a saddened expression, "I never knew my father! All I wanted was to be loved, an' Afsana was always too busy beatin' up bad guys to feed me." He shoveled some more of the food off of her and Uru's plates, then finished with a full mouth, "I's sad really."
"Sad is right, Tilla. And don't talk with your mouth full." She turned back to the General, "And you, what's your problem? You have the attention of a beautiful woman, and you're paying her no mind? Well."
"What beautiful lady?" Patilla was such an instigator, "I only see a cat and a b***h."
"Shut your ******** mouth you prepubescent troglodyte." Afsana snapped at Patilla, but kept her focus on the General, "Ignore him."

Kadra waited for a wile. she didn't want to risk sneaking out and running into Attorra. Leaving Nadia to sleep, she left the house to investigate the surrounding woods. Venturing off she soon found herself on a hardly used trail. She felt like she should turn back, but some thing in her egged her on.
The trail got smaller and smaller till it was little more then a few inches wide. Branched reached out and grabbed at her clothing. She was about to turn back and ignore the little voice in her head. A clearing just seemed to suddenly appear, a small wooden house sat in the middle of poorly tilled fields. Kadra spotted movement by the door of the cottage. A little old women was sweeping the door way.
Feeling no fear Kadra walked out of the forest and through the field to the women. "Greetings mother!" Kadra called cheerfully.
The women turned around slowly her hunched back and thin legs making movement hard. "Withlow is that you?" She asked in a feeble voice.
"No mother my name is Sandy." I am lost and I have a child with me back at our camp. We are looking for a place to taking refuge for the night." Kadra said hoping the old women was too blind to see what she looked like.
"Oh dear child come in, take rest then leave and bring your child here. I am just waiting for my daughter. We have little to offer in the way of food. But feel free to rest the night with us." The old women hobbled into the house leaving the door open.
Kadra followed in the house and was surprised to see sausages hanging from ropes drying. She saw a small back room where cleaving and grinding tools sat on a old wooden table. "You and your daughter make sausages?" Kadra asked, her mouth watering with the smell of fin cooked meats.
"Yes child. The people bring meat here for my daughter and I and we make them for the people. It's all we are good at."
A loud noise outside scared Kadra and the women both. The old women scurried around rather fast for her age. "Oh dear, Oh dear. That horrible ogare, it's back quickly child let me hide you. He is here for his meat. But if he sees you he may try and eat you." The old women hurried Kadra into the back room. "Oh dear, oh dear." The women hurried Kadra to a large old trunk. "Here hide in here!" The women flipped open the lid and help Kadra in.
Once the trunk door was shut Kadra sat hunched over and bent up, in totally darkness. Her face was pressed to the bottom of the trunk. It held a distinct smell. Urine. Kadra moved trying to get away from the smell. Her body had been blocking a small hole that filtered a little light in. Suddenly Kadra had a dreaded feeling. The urine smell the claw marks and blood marking the side of the trunk sent panic to her brain. Some thing was wrong.
She could hear the old women talking to some one. About a order of sausages. She was saying she was just ready to make young women. The other voice was asking questions about when it would be ready and so on.
Kadra's brain began to race. She was about to be made into food sausages! She heard foot steps coming closer to the trunk, she peered out the little hole, she could see the old lady sharpening a butcher knife. Kadra did her best to calm down and not panic any more then she already was.
The women probably planed to open the trunk and use the knife on Kadra who was stuffed in the box with her back to the top. The perfect position to kill her by slamming her in the head with the knife. Kadra couldn't let that happen. Wiggling around she was able to turn so she was now laying on her back. When the lady open the trunk door Kadra would kick her. he wouldn't be expecting that.
The old women took her time, but she eventually she made her way over to the trunk. "Ok child you have surly figured out some thing. I plan to make you into food." When the old women opened the trunk she hadn't planed for what happened.
Kadra kicked out with all her might. Her feet landed on the women's stomach section and knocked her back. Kadra was still prone half stuffed in the box. Quick as she could she scrambled out. The old women launched at her with the butcher's knife. Kadra moved to elbow the women in the stomach. The old lady fell forward dropping the knife to the ground.
Kadra took the opportunity to flee. She ran for the little trail and followed it all the way back to the house. Kadra had never been more happy to run in doors. Kadra shut the door behind her quickly and sunk to the floor. Her whole body was shaking and she had a few little cuts on her face and arms, no doubt from the branches. But she was all around ok.

Leonardo stared at the women. Was she trying to seduce him? "I am flattered. But not interested." He said looking past the two to stare down Xeema. He could tell her breed. He didn't like what he saw. Standing Leonardo snatched up a plate and piled some food on it and sat down with a thud next to Paha.
Paha did his best not to laugh. "You are wasting your time women." He said with a smug grin. "You would have more luck bedding the monk."
Leonardo turned angry eye to his lord. A low growl rumbled deep with in his chest.
Paha returned the look with his own. "Try me Leo. I am doing you a favor. Tell some one off before the see a reason to keep after you."

Telmina shook her head "No. Lord Paha told me to stay away from them. I almost lost my life. He said he would have them destroyed by people the weapons would be too big to hurt." Telmina looked up to the sky and stretched out her wings. She could hardly remember the last time she had taken to the sky.

"NO it is." The man said in a stern voice. "If it involves my king it is my busyness. So please tell me what you want." He was slowly starting to get angry.

[[Ahem, SAUSAGE FEST. That is all.]
Attorra waited for a long while at the edge of the forest. He saw Kadra run out of the house, he waited a few minutes and saw her run back. When she was back inside of the house, he walked into the woods, in the direction she had gone, and found the small wooden house, "Hey you old hag." Attorra fished around in his pocket for something, finally pulling out his hand with a small back of gold coins. He tossed them to her, "Thank you." That ought to learn the girl. He turned and walked out. Stopping by a nearby marketplace and grabbing some food to cook up before he left for home.
Once he arrived, he spotted Kadra, "Hey there, were you two alright without me?"

Afsana glared at Paha, "Hey, I just remembered I have something for you." She dug her hand into her pocket, reaching deep and making the appropriate faces to signal that she was not finding what she was looking for, finally, her face lit up and she pulled out her hand, with only her middle finger up.
Patilla snickered and continued to eat, "He's just got bad taste because he's probably a f*****t." He swallowed a mouthful of food, "You can do much better, Sana."
Afsana, with her middle finger still up at her host, turned to Patilla and spat "Mind your manners!" She finally put her hand down and noticed that Patilla had her plate. She sighed, "You fatass."

Uru wandered the halls quietly in search of an appropriate and secluded area for his nightly prayer. But where?

Kadra had moved to sit in a chair and had moved the sleeping Nadia to a small bedroom. Kadra was relieved to see Attorra, she was fearing the old lady would hunt her down. "We were fine I hope you don't mind but I put Nadia to bed, since she was sleeping so soundly." She flashed a weak smile hoping he wouldn't comment on her appearance.

Paha laughed his anger gone. "Oh this is funny you scold the man for being immature yet you are no better then him."
Leonardo ignored every thing and focused on chowing down on his dinner. It wasn't every day he got to eat as much as he could stuff down.
Xeema sighed and streatched back in her seat a little she was full. She didn't think she could eat any more.

A young women had spotted Uru. She was one of Paha's daughters. Skyden moved in to investigate the man. "Sir?" She called walking to catch up. "Can I help you, you look lost."

"He did not warn me to stay away, but very well.", Eversor said to Telmina. He then flared his wings, preparing them for flight, then looked toward Telmina. "Shall we go? Ladies first, off course.", he said, nodding to the dragoness.
Since Telmina was essentially the right hand of Paha, she was of higher stature than Eversor. That caused him to automatically respect her and treat her as if she herself was Lord Paha.

Attorra nodded slowly, "Right. Did you go outside and roll in the dirt while I was gone?" He began unloading and stocking all of the groceries he had picked up in the marketplace.

Afsana ignored Paha and reached over to push a bit of the General's hair behind his ear, "What's your deal, General - what did he call you - Leo?"
"Some whore's all over him while he's trying to ea-" Patilla finished the line with a sharp "Ow! ********!" As Afsana had, beneath the table, slammed her heel down as hard as possible on the top of his foot.

"No, thank you of course," Uru smiled weakly, "But no, I'm alright." He opened the closest door and found the room was empty save for a tapestry or two. Perfect. "Well, goodbye." He gave the woman a quick nod, stepped into the room and shut the door.

Kadra smiled. "Ha. No. Nadia and I played a little before she fell asleep again." She covered quickly. She walked over and began picking things out of the carry sack and putting them away. "I'll help with what ever I can wile we hide here." Kadra put away some fruit she had never seen before. "We will leave first thing tomorrw." She said turning around to look at Attorra.

"It's Leonardo." He said coldly moving his head away. "Human." He said between clenched teeth. "I ask you keep your hands off of me." The knife held tightly in his hand snapped from the pressure of his hold.
Xeema sat back in her chair and smiled at the angry lion. "What's the matter Leo boy can't take the humans?" She was just trying to piss him off.
"Stop your tongue from flapping before I rip it from your mouth." Leonardo spat out. Both hands were gripping the arms of his chair. The wood making small cracking noises.
Paha stood up quickly "If you can't not put a past war behind you, leave." Paha looked from Leo to Xeema "Now!" His voice echoed in the silent halls.

Telmina nodded and stretched her wings out one more time before giving a few powerful flaps of the wings to take off into the sky. "I say we head for the shores first and scout around there, then make our way inland." Telmina called.

Skyden stared at the closed door for a few moments wondering just who that hansom man had been. She wanted to follow him. But she guessed she would see him later on in the day. So she left to do her chores.
