He held him close and stroked his hair. "Well, you're seeing the parts of me that are better left unseen." He said softly as he kissed his cheek and held him closer. "But, I guess you should see them eventually."

 More tears gathered in Kuuma's eyes, "But that shouldn't of happened! You didn't do anything to deserve that type of treatment." he cried as the tears spilled over and he wiped them away furiously.

He held him and wiped his tears away. "Listen. You don't know this, but this happens everyday, it always has and it always will. You've came from a sheltered world that has never seen what I have. You need to learn that the life you had, is a lot different then the life I have." He said softly as he pressed the boy's head into his chest.

He sighed and held him. "That all sounds fantastic....but only on paper.....would it ever work, there are too many and it is too intergated into society for it to work. I love the idea, but it just won't happen." He said softly.

Kuuma nodded and wiped away his tears, "It's just not fair." he whispered, "T-to have to suffer and stuff." he said weakly.

 He picked Kuuma up and carried him into the home and to their room, laying him on the bed and laying next to him, pulling the smaller neko close to him and letting his wings wrap around them.

Kuuma yawned and curled up in a ball, falling asleep instantly.

He smiled and held the boy, not falling asleep, for fear he would fall into a nightmare and hurt the boy on accident.

Kuuma grabbed Archer and cuddled close to him, "Go to sleep too." he mumbled.
