Lightning + Blood (Material) = Fire OMFG~~~~ ********, Fire is energy that feeds off of objects around it to survive. So.. Lightning that strikes a substance foces it to vibrate and creates heat, therefore creates fire. now stfu and accept it. smile

ok... Problem...
Lightning + material = Fire
I have a problem with this... The Water does not catch fire, so the material has to be only certain materials. People vs Lighting, most incinerate yes, but some don't. You said so yourself. so you screwed yourself there. also, lightning rods are used more then once, soooo yeah...
Also, going by the whole Lightning + material = Fire logic, Raiton is an instant kill the opponent type...
this ends the debate on this with-
Lightning + material = Possible fire depending upon the material and how the lightning strikes it.
Lightning + Blood { Material } = Fire
Again not so much. Some blood would go bye bye yes, but not all of it, otherwise I'd just spam weak Raiton techniques with wide radius and destroy all of my opponent's attacks without problem. Also, Since mourniing wood mentioned it, if the blood is mixed with water... { See above paragraph. }
@ Mourniing I'm just trying to say that that isn't how it would affect it, but I understand. But, I'm having such fun with Enig right now ^.^
But actually when you think about it most of naruto actually does make sense. If you ask me a question it can probably be proved.

 Name: Valkyrie no Enzeru or known as Banin no Tenma, depend on which branch the person falls under.
Description: This came from the fact demonic beings and angelic beings seemed to go down to earth an fall for humans, without knowing it really. Orchimaru discovered this in his labs, and it is considered in two branches, the Enzeru branch, and the Tenma branch. Sadly, this unique bloodline is never found in villages. Never. They always seem to be in small towns and marketer's families... Now, they have a split personality type of disorder. It is known that their, well, feral sides can come out, and their personalty would be the exact opposite of the user. This, would cause rather problems, and most are dubbed insane because of this feral side. The people of this clan, and different branches, have to earn the right to become a ninja, by doing various tasks for the kage closet to their home town. This could take weeks, months, even years. They do not start with the transformation, clone, and body switch techniques. they start with the necessary jutsu from the list of jutsu capable to learn: The chakra bite for Tenma, and Healer's revenge for Enzeru.
Strengths: Tenma branch: - Can learn Ninjutsu and Genjutsu with -1 posts. - Can learn Genjutsu one rank higher, up to three extra from the limit. - Skilled with weapons, tech, etc. - Flight (After a few stages) - Can sense what bloodline the opponent has - Strong like an offensive fighter - Vampiric chakra ability
Enzeru branch: - Can learn Medical jutsu and Taijutsu with -1 posts - Can learn medical jutsu one rank higher, up to three jutsu - Skilled with poisons, acids, etc. - Flight (after a few stages) - Can sense where demonic beings are - Fast as a speed ninja - Has one rank higher chakra
Weaknesses: Tenma Branch: - incapable of using medical jutsu - taijutsu is very hard for them, so +3 posts. (I'm serious.) - Cannot get along with the Enzeru branch, and will attack the opposite branch. - Easily possessed (required) - Cannot produce chakra. Enzeru Branch: - incapable of using genjutsu - Ninjutsu is very hard for them, so +3 posts. (I'm serious,) - cannot get along with the Tenma branch, and will attack the opposite branch. - Easily possessed (required) - Incapable to withdraw from chakra biting. (aka, once someone uses it, they auto-paralyze to cooperate) Ability: Tenma branch: The capability of become possessed by a demonic being, without control, and is called the Tenma's true self. and can grow demon wings, from the seal from their back. All jutsu elements appear black. They cannot produce chakra on their own, so they must resort to taking other people's chakra during battle, and only enough to produce a jutsu and live. They will try to kill an Enzeru branch, but might steal chakra from them first, making them the worst/best tag team known in the ninja world.
Enzeru The capability of getting possessed by an angelic being without control, and it's the Enzeru's true self: it's soul. They can gain angelic wings, for the feathers have many properties on restoring chakra, and because of this have a higher supply than normal bloodline user. They can sense demon, including Bijuu, in which can cause the fact that the Akatsuki will try to use them. Though which will not happen because of the fact they do not help people whom are trying to achieve to become hosts. The Tenma will go after them for their chakra first, though tries to kill them also. This makes them the worst/best tag team in the ninja world.
Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:
Tenma branch : Name of Jutsu: chakra bite Rank of Jutsu: E (it is a basic, and is required for them to live) Range of Jutsu: 5mm Description: because of the age old factor of people incapable to produce chakra. Rock lee's situation is actually quite common to this branch. Sadly, it's more dangerous. The user can grow fangs, and suck chakra from the chakra lines. Lasts 3 posts. The amount of chakra taken is as follows:
Academy: the chakra amount the user will get is worth two E rank jutsus, so 4 chakra is gained every time, though the user will only gain 2 chakra for the fact of the use of the technique.... making it take awhile to get enough chakra. Genin: the chakra amount these guys would get from biting should be 6 chakra, but instead, 4 chakra, and so on. Chunin: 8 points Jounin: 16 points Kage/Sanin: 18 points
The missing nin: whatever the rank the highest jutsu is, they can calculate into ranks, and go by the rank chakra gain from above.
Name of Jutsu: Take off: demon Rank of Jutsu: C Range of Jutsu: er, How big is a wing span? Description: This allows the user grow a pair of demon wings, allowing them to take flight for a period of time. (5 posts) these can protect people too, by making a shield like barrier. This is used more as a travel/show off thing to use, though. the barrier, is the wings themselves. They can stand strongly against someone their own level, but if higher, will start to rip/break after the third post... which can be a pain. the blocking can only last four of the five posts, just in the case of need to get away. They cannot do anything during this time.
Name of Jutsu: Buff up Rank of Jutsu: B Range of Jutsu: on self Description: This makes an armor cover their skin, and the fact they make the user stronger.
This makes their skin hard to penatrate (making weapons become useless during the time of use) While they would gain how strong a taijutsu specialist becomes. so, that would be +.5 rank higher than normal.
Name of Jutsu: Demon warp Rank of Jutsu: A Range of Jutsu: 1-20 meters Description: This, is exactly what it sounds. The user grows horns and a tail by this point, their skin becomes a dark grey. This allows them to warp out of an un-needed battle, or for travel wise. Though, this also increases the chances of becoming possessed.
Enzeru branch
Name of Jutsu: Sacred mark Rank of Jutsu: C Range of Jutsu: the size of a feather Description: This, restores other people's Chakra, by giving their chakra away. this is how it works:
Chunin: 5 points Jounin: 7 points Kage/Sanin: 9 points
The person receiving the treatment must bite the feather that gives the chakra. This is only usable after the Bloodline user know how to gain their wings.
Name of Jutsu: Healer's revenge Rank of Jutsu: Depends on level of damage. Range of Jutsu: body Description: This is a unique medical jutsu for this branch, in which when this healing jutsu is performed, the user 'absorbs' the damage taken, from the areas that was gotten hurt. for instance, if the target was hurt in the arm, the user heals them, then the cut appears of the user's arm. Next, the user can put the damage onto another person, that is, if they can hit them with an index finger or palm of their hand. it can appear of plants rocks, and the ground, but it would just become a hole. of course, if the damage there is higher than the medical jutsu they can use, they cant do it.

Name of Jutsu: Angel's salvation Rank of Jutsu: S (it's a death sentence) Range of Jutsu: er, How big is a wing span? Description: This allows the user to resurrect a loved one, or the person they are sworn to protect. sad thing is, once they do, the user dies.
Name of Jutsu: Angelic tornado Rank of Jutsu: A-S Range of Jutsu: 50ft Description: This make the wings disperse into a ring around the user, and cuts up anything in the 50ft radius. this, though, can be easily avoided.
Name of Jutsu: Acid wing. Rank of Jutsu: B Range of Jutsu: er, How big is a wing span? Description: Basically, the wings become a dark green color, as disperse. when controlled, can be used as darts that burns through metals and flesh objects. used mainly for infiltration.
And on the obvious note, you cant be in both branches like the girl above. Angelic demons just dont happen. And one more thing for requirements:

So one cannot heal, and the other can not produce chakra? How do they regain their reserves/health?
Also; What is the Damage cap on Healer's Revenge? Can they turn someone filled with bullet holes back to life and kill someone else?
Why can the demon's teleport and the angel's cannot?
Also, The weaknesses. Taijutsu/Ninja take +3 posts? is that to learn or to activate?

Just a statement: Rock Lee had underdeveloped chakra coils, he still has chakra he just can't mold it. 2. Taijutsu specialists do not gain any strength boosts, so one cannot be "Strong" like one. 3. unless it is required for them to take the speed ninja shinobi type, The enzeru branch cannot be as fast as one. 4. I'm debating also removing the one rank higher chakra as, members will receive medium chakra because of the bloodline. 5. If they're easily possessed then a Yamanaka would almost auto hit with their techniques. On that note if it is only for angelic and demonic beings, how is that a weakness?

They still can have chakra, but they need to asborb someone else's (via biting, hence chakra bite) in order to have enough to use a jutsu. They have less chakra than everyone else, and need cooperation to get enough to use more jutsu.
There is a damage cap of course for Healer`s revenge, it is the cap for the healing with medical jutsu for each rank. Same amount.
Demons shadow teleport, so they can avoid battle because of their chakra shortage. Angels have higher ranked techs because of their higher amount of chakra.
The Weakness, Taijutsu / ninjutsu takes +3 posts to learn, activation is normal.
For Duckmasta: 1. Tenma have underdeveloped chakra coils, and it so bad they cant produce it, they need to take other peoples' chakra to even have more than a E-rank jutsu amount they always have.
2. This was build in another guild, where it would of gotten strength boosts. In this guild, It would be strong as an offensive type. It's highly unlikely that they'll use it though, for the fact they are Nin/Gen specialists. So, i'll fix that dilemma.

4. the reason they have one higher rank of chakra is the fact the Tenma branch has less chakra, and would most likely attack an Enzeru of a lower rank, instead of attacking someone of a higher rank to gain chakra. 5. Yamanaka can possess them easily, as well as Nara, and their problematic split personality. It's possible for them to be persuaded by demon hosts to be almost brain-washed by them, Just, almost.... But on the main part they have to worry for their split personality, and the clans that are possessive.
AKA: Yamanaka, Nara, and demon hosts are their worst nightmare.

AKA: Yamanaka, Nara, and demon hosts are their worst nightmare. 1. Glazed eyes is a no go. 2. buff up needs to be edited to fit the system. In addition Buff Up would only make you immune to bladed weapons. Blunt force trauma, say from a hammer, would still effect you. How long does buff up last? 3. Acid wing needs a range. if the feathers or wing is launched at something how far can it travel? or does one wrap the wings around themselves to bore through an object? 4. What weakness for the Enzeru, gives them the ability to have that chakra bonus. From what you have explained to me it's honestly only for the benefit of the Tenma branch chakra drain need and for them to have a bonus to chakra.

Buff up lasts up to 2-3 posts or so *nods*
Acid wings can be used as if it was their wings (no range) or act similar to Kunai, with their range.
and last but not least, that is the whole point of Enzeru's extra chakra, it's to help out the Tenma branch's chakra problem. They have less chakra, and need to bite people in order to get it. The Enzeru has extra chakra, so that the Tenma cant cause trouble for other people and make them bite the Enzeru instead, and it's a heck of alot easier for them to do so instead of going after someone a higher rank than them.

Saishuu Clan Description:The members of the Saishuu Clan often made bloody messes when they fought, mostly to their opponents though sometimes to themselves. They were very renowned fighters because of their bloody massacres. Upon realizing this, they began to think, why couldn't they use this blood to help further their own jutsu's. So they began fighting each other, making bloody messes and fusing water with the blood to make it expand and become controllable. This took a long time to perfect, and because so many had to fight to secure this technique, most of the ninja's of the clan died from their own brethren's hands. To this day, after perfecting this technique, barely any of the clan exist, But they live on, strong and controlling of their blood techniques. They often have red hair, uncommon among ninja. Their eyes are often slitted and have small specks of red in the pupils and irises. The clan members usually have elaborate tattoos put on them after birth, which cover their entire body. Each tattoo means something different to the clan depending on the design. Strengths+Weaknesses: The members often have high blood count in their own body, and always have water jutsu on hand (meaning Suiton must be their main element). They have a physically high tolerance to pain as well. If the user uses a water jutsu and changes it to blood (like using water prison jutsu and changing it to blood prison jutsu), it makes it 1 rank stronger for blood being denser than water. If hit with Raiton, it becomes dried out as if a fire jutsu had hit it because of the heat. If it's hit with another suiton jutsu then it increases in size, and sound can't travel well through it. They also can only control the blood at a certain length away from themselves, often high ranking ninjas being up to a mile. The blood also dries by the heat of Katon, but can re-liquefy by the touch of suiton jutsu. The strong smell of blood can easily throw off people with extensive sense of smells like the inuzuka clan as well as summons with extensive sense of smells. [Except sharks] Ability: The Saishuu clan is known for it's ability to create and use blood technique jutsus similar to their water jutsus. By putting a small amount of water that's filled with chakra into the foe or the user's blood that has spilled out over the battlefield, the user can expand and control the blood that the water has been put in to. The blood from the chakra has traces of the user's chakra, making sensor's able to locate their blood chakra's as easily as they would the user. The blood techniques have the same rank as the person whose blood has been used, meaning if the user of the technique is using an a Chunnin's blood, then the technique will have the power of a chunnin and not of whoever was using it. The user must be careful if they use their own blood... Name of Jutsu: Blood Cannon Rank of Jutsu: Jounin Amount of Blood needed: medium Description: By getting a medium amount of blood, they begin to highly condense it into a small sphere in which they shoot out at the foe at a very great speed. The user can also make them ricochet from physical objects.
Name of Jutsu: Blood Blade Rank of Jutsu: Jounin Amount of Blood needed: Medium Description: By focusing a certain amount of blood around the user's hand, the user forces and extends the blood to make fang like blades of blood come from the back of their hands. This can be used from the opponent's own blood as well, if they make cuts on their hands. Numerous blades can be made as well, if needed.
Name of Jutsu: Blood Clone Rank of Jutsu: Jounin Amount of Blood needed: Large Description: By controlling the blood, they can make a clone of themselves from it, that has a very dense property, and can have the same amount of power the user has. Pretty much a water clone but more dense.
Name of Jutsu: Blood Shield Rank of Jutsu: Jounin Amount of Blood needed: Dependent on user's need Description: The user gets the amount of blood needed to quickly spiral around one point, and then compacts it and things it out, making it dense but still thin. This quickly makes a shield in the point the user wishes, or possibly all around them in a sphere if wanted.
Name of Jutsu: Blood Typhoon Rank of Jutsu: S rank/Kage Amount of Blood needed: Very Large Description: The user begins by getting a very large amount of blood and surging it all into one point. Then with force, they push it forward to begin to make a spiral made of blood that will be thrown like a small typhoon at the foe. Clan Head: Vercingetorix Saishuu - - -

Name of Jutsu: Blood Cannon Rank of Jutsu: Jounin Amount of Blood needed: medium Description: By getting a medium amount of blood, they begin to highly condense it into a small sphere in which they shoot out at the foe at a very great speed. The user can also make them ricochet from physical objects.
Name of Jutsu: Blood Blade Rank of Jutsu: Jounin Amount of Blood needed: Medium Description: By focusing a certain amount of blood around the user's hand, the user forces and extends the blood to make fang like blades of blood come from the back of their hands. This can be used from the opponent's own blood as well, if they make cuts on their hands. Numerous blades can be made as well, if needed.
Name of Jutsu: Blood Clone Rank of Jutsu: Jounin Amount of Blood needed: Large Description: By controlling the blood, they can make a clone of themselves from it, that has a very dense property, and can have the same amount of power the user has. Pretty much a water clone but more dense.
Name of Jutsu: Blood Shield Rank of Jutsu: Jounin Amount of Blood needed: Dependent on user's need Description: The user gets the amount of blood needed to quickly spiral around one point, and then compacts it and things it out, making it dense but still thin. This quickly makes a shield in the point the user wishes, or possibly all around them in a sphere if wanted.
Name of Jutsu: Blood Typhoon Rank of Jutsu: S rank/Kage Amount of Blood needed: Very Large Description: The user begins by getting a very large amount of blood and surging it all into one point. Then with force, they push it forward to begin to make a spiral made of blood that will be thrown like a small typhoon at the foe. Clan Head: Vercingetorix Saishuu - - - with exception of the whole double edged sword of the rank of the jutsu being equal to the blood being used, This Bloodline has my stamp of approval.

Buff up lasts up to 2-3 posts or so *nods*
Acid wings can be used as if it was their wings (no range) or act similar to Kunai, with their range.
and last but not least, that is the whole point of Enzeru's extra chakra, it's to help out the Tenma branch's chakra problem. They have less chakra, and need to bite people in order to get it. The Enzeru has extra chakra, so that the Tenma cant cause trouble for other people and make them bite the Enzeru instead, and it's a heck of alot easier for them to do so instead of going after someone a higher rank than them. How do you plan to represent this form of increased chakra? This is ran as a stat based RP. The Chakra system thread stated in the new members forum is currently incorrect.

Is there any way that I could make extra points for the chakra section for the stats for my clan then?You could simply have the members of Tenma not gain medium chakra reserves unless their clan head and members of Enzeru stay the same. EDIT: Healers revenge has to be the palm, To graze an opponent with a finger and deliver extraordinary damage would be rather OP.
