Ken owns his parents old house where he was been taking been living for all of his life. Continuing to do this he has been an active ninja in Kirigakure training to become stronger and stronger so that someday he may become a Sanin and a famous medical nin.

I am sort of confused... No, Learning bonuses do not stack unless stated they do. You take the highest one available. I already approved you for clan so, as Clan head you should have High chakra.

Description:
This is a unique medical jutsu for this branch, in which when this healing jutsu is performed, the user 'absorbs' the damage taken, from the areas that was gotten hurt. for instance, if the target was hurt in the arm, the user heals them, then the cut appears of the user's arm. Next, the user can put the damage onto another person, that is, if they can hit them with their hand, with a firm hold onto them. it can appear of plants rocks, and the ground, but it would just become a hole. of course, if the damage there is higher than the medical jutsu they can use, they cant do it.

Well, Panku isn't the sharpest tool in the shinobi shed as she wasnt truly from Kumo... She was the lord of lighting country's daughter.... She gotten education by private tutoring, with a few chores to do around the house, really. She, at one point, was needed to have protection, as a few ANBU from Kumo would have to protect her. As they later found out that the rest of her family was assassinated by a bunch of rouge ninja for unknown reasons. The ANBU of Kumo had decided to examine Panku to see if there was anything different about her..... and there certainly was. Now, that was classified information in ANBU files in Kumo.... As Panku would possibly have to fight for her right to even stay in the village.

This is a unique medical jutsu for this branch, in which when this healing jutsu is performed, the user 'absorbs' the damage taken, from the areas that was gotten hurt. for instance, if the target was hurt in the arm, the user heals them, then the cut appears of the user's arm. Next, the user can put the damage onto another person, that is, if they can hit them with their hand, with a firm hold onto them. it can appear of plants rocks, and the ground, but it would just become a hole. of course, if the damage there is higher than the medical jutsu they can use, they cant do it.

Well, Panku isn't the sharpest tool in the shinobi shed as she wasnt truly from Kumo... She was the lord of lighting country's daughter.... She gotten education by private tutoring, with a few chores to do around the house, really. She, at one point, was needed to have protection, as a few ANBU from Kumo would have to protect her. As they later found out that the rest of her family was assassinated by a bunch of rouge ninja for unknown reasons. The ANBU of Kumo had decided to examine Panku to see if there was anything different about her..... and there certainly was. Now, that was classified information in ANBU files in Kumo.... As Panku would possibly have to fight for her right to even stay in the village.

lol, everything is good except for your chakra. you get 33% out of your total number. so, lets say you have 90 chakra before the high chakra bonus. your total number will equal 120, because 1/3 of 90 is 30. so basically, you take 1/3 of your original chakra stat and add it to your total number, equaling in the chakra bonus. so, if you have 60 chakra before the high chakra bonus, you would end up with 80. do you understand? if you want to make it easier on yourself, just multiply your original chakra (how much stat points you plan on using on your chakra) and multiply it by 1.33 and take off the decimal.

sigh, actually just forget it. i'm taking out the percentage rule. the high chakra bonus is sticking to +50 chakra, so just edit that and you're approved raijin.

I thought it was the percentage of my chakra limit not the chakra I put into it, my fault I understand now, but alright +50 I will edit it sorry for making that so difficult for you, I thought it was chakra limit so 135 x .33 + whatever number of points I already put on there, my bad! sweatdrop
