Tenshi watched as a young shinobi passed by with non other then Kushina over his shoulder. "Kushina!" He thought as he watched the two disappear. Turning his attention back to Cody, he smirked. Pulling out four kunai he threw them all at the ninja, each missing and going right on by him.

He vanished again appearing behind the ANBU "Hey you are beginning to become a waste of my time" he said as he swung both his twin hooks at his head one from each side. Cody was trying to decapitate Tenshi

Tenshi's attempt failed, but right now gave him a good shot. As the ninja's blades came for his neck, he thrusted his katana back towards the mans body. Not aiming high, but close to his lower torrso area. He could feel the blades cut into his flesh as he prayed his attack hit.

Cody then looked down seeing Tenshi katana coming at him. he smiled at the attempted but with is flexibility from the Pi Qua Quan Taijutsu style he was able to move his torso area away from the path of the attack. Cody then put up his twin hooks as he watched the body fall to the ground. he deactivated his sharingan as he turned grabbed the ANBU mask and put it on along with the straw hat no one would know who he was. he then walked away as he went to the Akatsuki base to report to Jade. Tactical Ninja - These Ninja are the smartest throughout the shinobi world, and their quick wit allows them to come up with jutsu and moves to counter attacks faster then regular ninja. They learn faster then normal ninja, allowing them to train with minimal effort, and can even seem to innately understand jutsu, allowing them to treat them as lower ranking for the purposes of learning. Experts of reading ahead, these ninja can perform higher ranked jutsu with less time spent setting up their attacks, making their actions and counter-attacks faster then normal.
(-4 posts for learning jutsu, Quick mind allows for faster actions and counters)
Combo User - The combo type is for ninja who use there jutsu in a chain to help deliver a devastating overall effect. Stringing multiple jutsu together, these ninja are dangerous, but also drain their chakra fvery quickly... forcing them to finish the fight off fast by overwhelming their opponents.
(Can use 4 jutsu or taijutsu in a post, Chakra use VERY quickly)

His iwa headband, which the plate was the belt buckle, was no longer there and was replaced with a leaf headband which had a slashmark through it. "Could you be anymore vague?" Royal muttered under his breath. Maybe it was the really pale skin and snake-like mannerisms but he was very suspicious of the guy. He might have to tail him for a little while until he's sure the man's intentions are pure. "Alright, fine. Let him in!" he shouted to an unseen guard. A moment later the great gates of the Rogue village opened up to allow Zaiaku passage, and Royal Pain vanished from the wall.

But for now, he'll do what he came here for. He'll probably be making a base for himself, or something of the sort. Chakra Control - This user will learn jutsu 2 posts faster then normal users and the rank of jutsu are lowered by 1 for this person. Jounin rank ninja do not have to use hand signs for some jutsu.
(-2 posts for training, -1 Rank off Jutsu chakra cost, only for jutsu up to one rank higher than your current rank, Kage level jutsus never recieve a decrease in jutsu rank for the purposes of chakra cost)
