heh heh..... i love this game... what more can i say... i spent hours apon hours studying the story and everything.
><
yes it took me forever to get that bloody letter. finish up the two parts you are working on first (or at least one of them ><) then i will let you start on it. i do not want you to take on more than you can chew!!
and to drunken master. i spent a good chunk of my night editing your submission ^^. i am trying to get iton the computer right now but... grr... one thing i have to say, PLEASE change the pizza simile. i think it just instantly gives the piece an imature feel, even though you are not an imature writer. i hope you can read it sweatdrop notepad does not let me double space, so i have lines and arrows all over the place. best of luck.
YES THERE IS A LIMIT ON SWEARING. in true FFVII fashion, i want no mention of the words "******** b***h whore" and so forth. any of those sorts of words, write like FF. @#%!! . wee! anyways, liable cursing: s**t, damn, b*****d. and whatever words were dialogued in the game. all others areto be expressed with little symbology.

K, thanks Suka. Better I know my limits then get some really nasty feedback razz
And yeah, I'm going to get working on it tonight. Went to Busch Gardens today so I didn't have any time. I'll do the Yuffie part first. Don't expect to see it up until later in the week, though. I'm trying to avoid spending too much time on the computer.

ah, i am happy to see everyone is getting into the whole novel idea. i am so grateful to you all, thank you for helping me on this ^^. i suppose that eventually i will choose to try and write something, but probably a short meaningless part of the game.
anyways, getting plenty of feedback from writers, editors and others. nothing else new to say really. once we manage to cover the first partial list i created, then i will post a second one and we can start tackling that one. why try to take on too much at once, right? okay, go forth my minions of ink >< (is hyper)

I have spent to many hours looking up FF7 on the internet, and think I might know a few websites that could help. Like some very detailed timelines etc. I also wish to help with writing and advertising this book. If we can make it good enough it could be one amazing acheivment. for editors you should look at a sticky in the writers forum called the beta list or something like that. I have always wanted to write a novel, but either gave up on my idea, or just got bored of it. I don't think I will ever get bored of FF7. I would like to be assigned something in the first CD if you don't mind. Questions What about random battles? can you make it that Cloud doesn't like anyone, but they like Cloud? 3rd person is when you are another person telling the story?

Oh my gods... Is your edit of my story going to look like that too? xd I'm sorry, I don't mean to tease, it's just the edit comments themselves that I'm having gigglefits about. "Nuhuh! Big no no! Cloud never smiles!" So true :p
Aeris + Cloud in the park is in the works, and anxiously waiting to start the dream sequence in the forest ^-^ Thanks Suka. By the way, I'm going to be writing up a couple versions of this, one in third person, and another in first person from different views (Aeris in the park scene, and either Aeris or Cloud in the forest dream scene), so we can pick and chose and work on the one that's liked better.

okay, this is coming along great ^^. i am hoping this will be a great achievment in terms of ffvii fandom. please help me advertise, i am afraid i am a little hopeless in those matters. i never considered the beta list, but for right now, i think i have a nice strond team of editors on my tail. well because random battles are... well random, we will just periodicly scatter them throughout the story. i dunno. i honestly believe that cloud loved aerith, but i can post that up in an upcoming poll if you would like? third person is when you are a person not involved in the story, telling the story. you may write in different POV if you like, but i think it would be better to keep it all in one pov.
also, you said disk one? well wallmarket still needs writing, but i am debating on wether or not i want to try that >.>. hmm.. would you like to write on the scene apon entering junon? where you have to fight the Bottomswell and save Priscilla? start from the entering into junon and move on from there. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- okay drunken master, i will edit this peice as well, but do not forget that there are other editors as well working on the first peice you sent me. when i get those, i will also send those to you before i give you feedback on this one, okay? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ heh heh probably ><. it would be better if notepad had a double space option, but the stupid thing does not.
ya, i protect clouds smile ^^. when i read that, i was like crying and i got a rather large response out of it.
i am really glad you are working on it, thank you sooo much. i cannot wait until i can read it.

scratch that, drunken master i finished editing your work, but i did it on the computer this time, so there is no lines to show your original work, so make sure you compare the two a lot. i sent the version i edited to Evandre_vei, and i asked her to further edit it. i broke your section up into paragraphs (three i think) and i added some descriptive words, or some new lines, or i reworded things. i have to send it to all the editors, so it could take a while to get back to you, but you also do not have to worry about losing it, after all, it is my responsibility ^^

Thanks for the info. About the 'love' story, there was never supposed to be one the only reason is to see who Cloud dates at the gold saucer. Yes, he liked Aerith/Aeris more but that was only to make it all more dramatic when she died. But I like the idea of a pole. I'll get started on my part right away.

Isn't FF7 copyright of square-enix? can't you get sued if you publish it?
