"...so they are going to wait til he 'gets better'?" You dont 'get better' from the world ending.
That was ridiculous.
Neon clamped her teeth on the edge of her cup in frustration. These Elite Arceists were going to get everyone killed. She was against killing them before but not she agreed there was no other option.
"If I may interject?"
The Espeon turned and dropped her cup in shock. It shattered across the floor in pieces, and barely any tea as she'd drank most of it.
The Flygon cocked his head to the side.
"Sorry, did I startle you?"
"I-you-b-b-but...YOU SPOKE?!" He made word stuff!
Ice nodded, his head bobbing suddenly.
"I did, but he didnt. Sorry, I'm borrowing this Flygon's body for a moment. I dont think it's quite safe for me to appear in my spectral form. I'll be sensed for sure..."
So...so he was a Ghost type or something?
"I am Jupiter Eclipse, once leader of the then Guild of Eclipse. The balance has grown so corrupt that those of us who have died have been forced from the afterlife by the breaks in time and space and are left to roam the region as ghosts..."
Neon nodded, it made sense since restoring Archer had been fairly easy. She doubted she could do that if Arceus was at full power.
"My family is in danger. I wouldnt take over this vessel, although temporarily, if it wasnt important..."

  Tolin & SerrinOh for... " Just one thing after another..." Tolin muttered under his breath. He drained the remains of his tea (about half of it) before setting it down. He tried his very best to sound interested, but his tone ended up coming off somewhat bored and annoyed. " What's wrong, Jupiter?" It was just one goddamn thing after another. He couldn't even drink tea anymore and make idle conversation. If it wasn't a Lucario trying to murder him it was a Mewtwo, and if it wasn't that it was "oh no the guilds are going to explode". It was frustrating at times.

"The balance is going to break and Arceus is-"
"Dying? Yes, Juupi~ We know already."
The Flygon gave an involuntary squawk of surprise.
"Ju-Juupi?! Then you are-"
"Neon Lights Over Dark Water."
Shock etched over the dragon's face. He took one step back and then dipped his head hesitantly.
"I didnt recognize you. You...um...you're old."
The Espeon stood on her hindlegs in anger and chucked the cup at him, it shattered across Ice's face covering him in tea as well.
"We cant all age gracefully you concieted b*****d!"
Jupiter hissed, the Flygon hackling its scales at the assault.
"I forgot that time has moved forward so quickly. You lost track of it in the afterlife...so, Neon...how is he?"
The older Espeon turned back around and coiled her tail around her paws, lowering her head.
"How should I know? They took him from me, then I left. I've not seen any of the tribe in ages. Now, leave. You've given your foolish warning, we dont need the assistance of a washed up piece of s**t Jolteon like yourself. Leave, Jupiter! Cant you leave me be even in death?!"
There was silence when the Flygon suddenly returned to his stupidity by slamming his head into the floor and then eating the remains of the cup she'd thrown.

Tolin & Serrin It really was just one thing after another, wasn't it? He didn't even get a chance to speak before Jupiter was gone. He sighed a sigh of frustration. Never a moment to just sit the hell down, was there? " Jupiter, if you're still floating around somewhere please take over the Flygon again. Neon may not wish to speak with you, but I do." The possibility that Jupiter possessed unique knowledge or insight was quite real and Tolin wasn't about to shut off a source of information just because of a personal vendetta. Serrin watched the argument before glancing back down at his tea and pushing it away slightly. It seemed the shouting had robbed him of his appetite for tea. " Lady Neon, what was that about?" Of course, the Bulbasaur didn't even know who Jupiter was. He was apparently a Jolteon that the seer had known in her life.

'At risk of having cups and foul words thrown at me again, I'd best stay where I am. She cant hear me though, no worries. What do you want Scyther? Since...I appeared to late to warn of the whole balance thing...I'm happy to assist in whatever possible.'
Give him a break, he was a spirit and even in life he had a horrible sense of time.
It was clear where Solaris inherited his 'genius'.
Neon snorted once, quickly dismissing the Bulbasaur's question aside from a cryptic reply of "I never liked him."

Tolin & Serrin Thinking as a form of conversation... He shook his head slightly. It could just as easily be interpreted as a sign of dismay that Lady Neon would be so crass. Regardless. You discovered the issue somehow. I want to know how and what it told you... you have a unique perspective on the issue. I'd like to hear it. He didn't expect Jupiter to have some kind of groundbreaking new information, but it was always worthwhile probing for new things and asking a few questions. Serrin cocked his head ever so slightly. " Do you know that... Jolteon?" Jolteon was what she had called him. Apparently, Serrin lacked the basic social grace to understand he should just leave the issue well enough alone.

'I got this information thanks to eavesdropping on the Elite. Do you know of them yet? Well, they are Arceus pets in a sense. They do his work for him and their only rewards are pats on the head. They make me sick. Anyways, they have set up base in the Tower of Origins. From what I saw Arceus is not doing too well. He can not even leave the tower any longer, he's far too weak to even stand.'
The Jolteon's voice held a tone of concern, if only because he knew with Arceus's death then everything would fall apart.
Neon turned sharply as though to scold the Bulbasaur for meddling, but he seemed so sincere she frowned. He wasnt trying to pry it seemed, but to understand her sudden temper.
The Espeon rarely got angry.
"Yes. I knew Jupiter quite well in my youth...perhaps too well."

Tolin & Serrin Yes, I know of the Elite; they're trying to kill me, actually. But, is Arceus really too weak to even stand...? That's a concern. It's beneficial if he's weakened later, but if he dies on his own or loses control too early... How long did it seem he had left? And was there anything else you heard?He ran over the thoughts, trying to consider what would be best. What questions to ask? What would allow him to glean the most information? What else might Jupiter know? Serrin nodded. " I take it your relationship soured?" From what he had said earlier, at the very least Jupiter was on good terms with her. He seemed to be concerned about something.

'He seemed stable enough.' Jupiter's voice mused though he didnt sound all that convincing. 'The Elite didnt seem concerned so I suppose it's not that bad.'
Neon had turned at Serrin's question to face Tolin. Her tail lashed slightly and her red eyes narrowed.
"Soured? No. It broke into a thousand pieces. Jupiter broke everything he touched..."
'That wasnt my fault!'
"I knew you were still here!" The Espeon yowled.

Tolin & Serrin Ah, well then. So long as he's stable that's" His stoic stare snapped to a frown. " Really, Lady Neon. I don't know what happened between you two but give it a rest for the next five minutes. He's a source of unique information; if you want to vent at him, do it once I'm done." And... for that matter, did she just read his thoughts? Or had she tapped into their private conversation some other way? Either way, it was a serious breach of his confidence to have someone use their psychic powers in order to forcibly dig into someone's thoughts. Serrin merely stared at the back and forth. He was, understandably, confused. And as such he went back to sipping his tea; the conversation no longer seemed to involve him.

'It's fine. I know nothing else that you probably dont already know anyways.' The Jolteon's voice remained calm, but tense.
The Espeon flicked her tails angrily.
"Oh please, Tolin. I'm probably doing you a favor. You'd be better off getting information from a rock for all the good that will come from Jupiter. He's probably lying about most of it."
The apparition said nothing to the accusations, for a moment he seemed to have left and then...
'I changed in death at least.'
"But in life you were no better than a monster. Look what you did to your own children...look what you did to me! It's been thirty years Jupiter! I havent seen him sense because your pride wouldnt allow you to take him back to the guild. Your fear of being caught caused the death of any innocent child most likely! Of MY child!"

Tolin & Serrin Serrin had, at this point, completely left the conversation. The tension made him uncomfortable but he wasn't willing to get involved in what seemed to be a fight between lover's. It wasn't his place, nor was he interested. Tolin sighed. Well, he certainly wasn't getting any more information. He didn't even want to get involved in this bitchfest. It wasn't his place. So, he didn't. Not unless it became apparent he would have to... not that it would be hard. He'd met with Thunderecho. He already had a contact inside.

No reply came to the Espeon and she hissed under he breath. Jupiter must have decided to leave, damn Jolteon.
"Bloody coward. C'mon Ice! We're leaving!"
Without so much as a goodbye the seer padded to the door and out of view, Ice took far longer as he was in the process of eating the same lamp he'd tried to eat before only to realize tha, yup, it still wasnt tasty and spit it out.
With a gurgling sound he rushed out after the Espeon, running headlong into the wall before standing and finally exiting out the door properly.

Tolin & Serrin Tolin sighed. God dammit, really. " Serrin, go with her. Try to calm her down and tell her I need Orion's Gem." Serrin drained his tea in an instant and nodded. He ran out the door after the pair that could easily travel much faster than he could. Tolin waited until all three were out of sight to speak, apparently to the air. " Might I ask what happened between you both?"

The ghostly Jolteon materialized on the chair Neon had abandoned with a frown. That he could take a somewhat solid form without Arceus's assistance was proof enough the God's power was waning.
"I dont see why it matters any longer." The past leader of the Guild of Eclipse replied quietly.
"Then again why not? I've got time to kill. I met Neon a long time ago, it was shortly after my siblings and I had evolved. I was taking a solo mission in tribe territory when I stumbled across her. Naturally she kicked my a** for trespassing. I thought nothing further of the incident until we met again, years later after I was married and Solaris and Selena were born. We talked, hit it off rather well. Then...er...I proved how bad of a husband I was." If you caught his drift. "It was spur of the moment, she had no idea I was married or even who I was to the guilds. When I explained it she demanded I take the egg we'd made back with me. She said she wasnt suppose to have children, that she was the tribe's prophet and it was against the law but...I was so afraid Vesta would find out and I refused and left her there. Apparently they took the egg from her and detroyed it. From what she's said...I never knew that til now..."
