Hex took off his hat in rememberance but Arell's eyes got big as saucer plates when he heard the word . . . GOTHAM! That meant Crystal could be in danger!
"Gotham? Oh crap! Thanks fer lettin' us come along, but I gotta go!" Arell yelped, the Cajun hightailing it for Gotham. Hex took out some restraints and cuffed the assailant.
"Bah orduhs of th' U-nited States Gov'nment, you are heahby under arrest." Hex growled as he took the man off to jail. "Thanks for all y'all's help."
((exit Arell back to Gotham.))
Hex took the man to the local authorities, taking the unconscious, handcuffed man and placing him on the desk of the Central City police department.

Oracle's voice sounded on Des' comm, "Oracle to Nightshade, I need you to go the Titans' Island in San Fran. I'm sending you the co-ordinates."
Nightshade responded, "Got it, Oracle. I'll be on my way." The veteran vigilante turned toward Iceman, "Well Bobby, do you want to help in San Francisco?"

"Let's get a move on then." Bobby said air pumping the air with fire in his eyes. "So what we're going to be doing there?"He grinned with himself unknowing that he was making the weather cold again.

Des sighed, "While this isn't a social call, I think the action is done there. Still, they have a prisoner and they need a lift. Also, we need to help the Titans rescue one of their own. While their teammate is not that far from us right now.... I'd rather not charge about thirty federal agents with just you and me. Well.... Let's see what they need."
Nightshade concentrated, and a shadow widened into a portal. The vigilante walked through the darkness -- leaving the portal open for Iceman
[Exit Nightshade to Titan's Tower]
...........
At the Central City Police Headquarters:
An officer behind a desk watch Hex hauling in an unconscious Dr. Brian Gideon. Looking on in confusion, the officer pushes his glassescloser to his face as he addressed Jonah Hex, "Uhhhh... Who are you, and what's this all about?"

((Forgot you asked me a question, I'd better put in my exit))
Hex smirked "I'm nobody special, but this a*****e tried t' poison the water here. A few good folks can vouch fer it." Hex growled. He placed the unconscious man over by the desk and headed for the door. He turned around and faced the clerk one last time. "I'm sure he'd love t' explain what happened, but if not, tell 'im next time, he'll get a bullet in him." he growled and walked out of the police department, walking down the road to Gotham.

(( The continuing rampage of Mr. Zsasz ))
On uppermost steps leading to City Hall, there was a man sitting, apparently looking intently at the passerby on the sidewalk below. Everyone simply thought that he was a beggar, for how filthy he was. Most of the night, he had sat there, largely unnoticed. It took a morning shift police officer to realise that any beggar with a brain would've been at the bottom of the stairs, as City Hall was closed until 8 AM. The officer walked up to investigate, when he noticed that what looked like dirt from a slight distance, was actually blood. He drew his gun, and continued his approach.
Upon reaching the man, he told the beggar to put his hands in the air, but the man didn't budge. Cautiously, the officer drew closer still. Eventually, he was close enough to nudge his slightly, which he did. The man fell sideways onto the stone landing. The officer recognised the man; he wasn't a beggar, he was someone under investigation as a suspect in a recent spate of serial rapes. And he was undeniably dead, his throat slit open. He had been posed post-mortem, apparently watching for prey.
The officer shook his head, and and reaching for his two-way radio, said "Good riddance...", then called it in.

(Enter Barry Allen plus Joe West, Eddie Thawne, Harvey Paulson, and other police officers)(CW) The FLASH *Joe and Eddie exit the police car parked outside the City Hall entering the stair case that leads to man's chalk line. Surprisingly, Barry Allen wasn't late this time and already working at the crime scene making examinations of the foot prints left behind. Both of them duck under the yellow security rope and walk over to him Joe West hands Barry a cup of coffee from the office, "So, what do we have in store for us today?"After taking a sip, Barry burns his tongue from he coffee, quickly takes his mouth away, and curses. He turns back to Joe and says, "It looks like we've got a serial killer on our hands and with a calling card to match." showing them the picture with a bloody mark written on it.Eddie takes a quick glance at the picture and asks, "Who's the guy in the picture?"While Barry seals the picture in a Ziploc bag, Joe explains, "The man's name is under investigation as a suspect in a recent series of serial rapes, but nobody knows what his real name is, except that he calls himself "Mr. Blank".Eddie frowns and asks, "What does this man have in common with all the other murders that guy will the calling card committed?"*Both Joe and Eddie duck under the tape again plus holding the rope up for Barry as they walk toward a couple of Officers dusting the surrounding area for finger prints. Barry tells Eddie, "The serial killer seems to be only interested at the moment in killing highly-dangerous contract assassins throughout the world, probably trying to make a name for himself."

One cool night in Central City, the homeless residents of Skid Row huddle close to several campfires trying to cook what little food they have. Most of the huddled masses, just seemed like they were simply going through the motions of life. A few notice other people walking by, pretending to not see the homeless present whether it on the account of fear or apathy.
One odd sound starts to draw attention. A couple of the poor standing turn to look in the direction of odd ... growling like noise. At first, it just appeared to be another like them.... but... the growling became more prevalent. That's when they could get a better look at the stranger. His clothing did make him look like he belonged on Skid Row; however, his face was a mottled grey and blue. The mossy like skin seemed to pulse in thick vanes cobwebbed across the distorted face and swollen cranium.
The stranger howled in agony, which scared the poor standing there -- starting a panic. People run away, as distorted creature howled in pain and began to smash through wooden crates.

[Enter Agent Shadow (Alexi Romanov), Songbird, and Sun Shang Xiang from S.H.I.E.L.D.] Just driving past the 'Welcome to Central City' sign, Sun Shang glanced over to Alexi while he drove. Chaffing a bit from the seat belt, the Chinese princess from ancient times was still getting used to this new age. Still getting used to how mobile and how fast people traveled, how they dressed, how they addressed and spoke to one another. With some of the attitudes she was witnessed, her brothers and piers from Wu would have taken great umbridge at the offense. But... Manners were different here. No one man bowed in servitude to another here. Everyone was 'free.' But what exactly does that mean? Shang was also getting used to the new clothes she was wearing: a blue silk blouse, dark trousers, pumps, and a dull red jacket. The only thing Shang still had on from the age of old was a jade necklace depicting a roaring tiger -- the old symbol of the Kingdom of Wu. Slender fingers traced over the jade carving for reassurance, green eyes attempted to seek Alexi's, "So what do you know of this 'Central City'? What are the people like?"....................... Well behind to dark blue sedan was a vintage Harley Davidson motorcycle bearing Wyoming plates. This bike was ridden by a young woman with white and magenta hair wearing black leather slacks, corset and jacket. Melissa Gold confidently rode back to Central City. She really didn't look forward to dealing with CCPD again, but it should be easier since they do know her now. The Thunderbolt believed that Lt. Garfield would probably give her an earful upon her return.

The people are focused on what they do normally, but from what I recall, kind. What...are you nervous?" He moved a hand from the wheel and touched her forearm. "Are you okay?"
