There is now a piece of copper living in my uterus but I'm baby-free for 10 years. I'll rejoice when the cramps stop. >.<
Edit: Do any of you use a menstrual cup? I'm considering getting one once my periods start up again. They're supposed to be cheaper and more environmentally friendly.

I hate pads and tampons freak me out. ;>.> A bunch of girls on another site are starting to get them and they all love them. I had the same reaction that you did but they got less freaky the more I learned about them. Plus since they're better for the environment I figured I would just mention it to you guys since it's not that well known. This is one of the more popular ones.

Tasn Zheng Dare I ask what a menstrual cup is? burning_eyes it's a little cup you use to catch the blood. It sounds really gross to me, and I wouldn't want the ever-so-charming task of cleaning it up (you re-use them right?). How old were you when your period started?

I dont care how often I washed that thing, I couldn't wear it again. I'll stick to traditional period clean-up items, kthxbai. x.x
Started my period the January after I turned 11, which was three months after my birthday. x'D

I know, a bunch of my mom's friends (or at least...people my mom knows) use divacups or re-usable 100% cotton pads that they, like, hand-wash. Sounds insanely gross to me gonk Angel of Windz I dont care how often I washed that thing, I couldn't wear it again. I'll stick to traditional period clean-up items, kthxbai. x.x
Started my period the January after I turned 11, which was three months after my birthday. x'D Ahh. I started mine when I was like 11 1/2. . . like two weeks after my half-birthday, actually, I think.

You say you've never seen a sunrise.Say all these california goodbyes... Do any of you happen to know anything that works well for cramps? I was like two weeks late and now I think my insides may explode they hurt so badly. I've been taking tylenol extra strength in 4's all day. and it's just not doing anything. Dx
