Sliding the golden band on Shuichi's finger, Yuki replied, "I was thinking this Christmas. Its less than one earth month away, but I know that with it being Christmas, we will never forget our special day. Plus, that also means better rewards for us, if you really think about it. Like this Christmas, not only would we be getting Christmas Presents, but also, we'd be getting wedding presents too."

Yuki chuckled, "Okay, but first, we have to do something about your barf breath. Whoo!"

Heading out of the bathroom for a moment and grabbing a pile of mint candies that were sitting in a jar on the bar counter, he brought them to Shuichi. "There, these should help. Mint candies."

He popped one mint candy in his mouth for they looked irresistible.

Responding to his lover, he kissed Shuichi deeply until he made Shuichi groan with pleasure. It was a good thing they were in the bathroom and in a locked stall, then again, Yuki felt that this required more than a bathroom loving.

He lifted Shuichi into his arms and requested a room from Dee. Dee giggled as she gave him a room key and told him that their room was on the 10th floor.

So, taking the elevator, Yuki began to kiss Shuichi on the mouth once more, thus beginning their love making.

Yuki pet Shuichi behind the ear, "Uh-huh." Slowly closing his eyes, Yuki fell fast asleep.

He was exhausted over the past few days and not getting any rest. He knew that Shuichi likely had energy to spare, but not him. He was actually kind of hoping that when he woke up that Shuichi would surprise him with a breakfast in bed like the pink-headed rock star did sometimes.

It was official, though, Yuki could hide it no longer, he loved Shuichi with all of his heart.

What adventures await them now?

With heavy, tired eyes, the former romance novelist opened them slightly. Groggily, he replied, "Ohh..."

He tried to sit up, but realized he couldn't. It wasn't because of the tray. He knew that Shuichi had left enough room for him to sit up. It was more like...how could he describe it?

It was like how a man felt after releasing a successful seed into a female and knowing that in time, a child would be born.

He stared at Shuichi for quite sometime, unable to say anything. He wanted to say, "Good morning, Shuichi, did you sleep well?" But, his throat was too dry for him to even move his mouth.

To show Shuichi that he was okay and happy that the kid brought him breakfast was a simple hand gesture. Then he used that same hand to clutch Shuichi's wrist in order to gain the strength needed to sit up.

He reached for the glass of fresh orange juice and drank it as if he had scurvy or something. Once his throat was moist enough to speak, Yuki said, "Thank you, Shuichi. You always seem to know how to make me happy. Its kind of creepy the more you dwell on it. Ha, ha, ha. So, did you sleep well?"

Yuki sighed and stretched, "I don't think they will be that hard to find. I can feel where Hiro is and he's just downstairs exercising. As for Tohma... well... he may be the tougher one to locate. Tohma is great at masking his energy signal, so its tough for me to find him. Oh, and if I didn't know any better, I'd say Hiro wanted a fight with me the way he's exercising. Just keep him away from me today, okay, Shuichi?"

Hiro threw some punches in the air, as he answered, "It is mine and Yuki's destiny to fight one another. He and I are saiyan brothers and so, in order for us to keep in tip top shape, we must battle. I've been training all morning for a chance to rough him up. How come he's not down here, yet?"

Hiro laughed heartily then said, "I would not worry about me hurting Yuki. He's much stronger than I am. Born a legendary super saiyan, while I, Hiroshi Nakano was born a third class commoner. He irks me to no end! I know that you love him to pieces, but you cannot protect him forever. Besides, wouldn't you like to see how much he can protect you? I promise you that I won't kill him. Not that I can anyway. He's too powerful. But, if he is too chicken to fight me now, so be it. He will want to eventually, Shuichi. And when he does, do me a favor as a friend, do not interfere with our fight. He may even feel like some stress has been lifted if he fights me."

Yuki was rubbing the back of his head and yawning when he came down the stairs wondering what was taking Shuichi so long. It wasn't like his lover to be slow physically. He noticed that Shuichi had still been talking with Hiro and sighed.

"Maybe a battle is inevitable," The romance novelist thought to himself, "But this is Shuichi's best friend I am going to end up fighting. He would be crushed if I fought Hiro in front of him. I am beginning to understand now why I have been so cold for so long and even to Shuichi. Its in my blood. I am a fighter. I have a feeling that if I fight Hiro, I could wind up killing him. I know I have no control over my strength right now. Its been too long that I have been away from this Planet. Maybe..."

Dee noticed that Yuki was deep in thought, and asked him, "Is there something wrong, Yuki?"

Yuki half-jumped startled by Dee's soft voice. "No, not really," he answered honestly, "But I wonder, is there a way that I can tap into my fighting powers without endangering Hiro's life?"

Dee giggled. "Well, aren't we eager this morning, ha ha ha. I do know of a place where you can train without interruption. You can get a year's worth of training in one day."

"Really? Where?"

Again Dee giggled, "Follow me."

"Hang on, Dee. Before I go with you, I must first tell Shuichi where I am going and then I must get changed. I cannot train when I am in my night wear now can I?"

Dee giggled a third time, then said, "Very well."

Yuki walked up to Shuichi, kissing his lover's neck teasingly. He then whispered in Shuichi's ear, "I am going someplace solo today. Its a place where I can learn to control my rage. This way no matter how many times that Hiro and I might scrap with one another, we won't do any physical damage and it will be actually fun to see."

He kissed Shuichi again, but this time on the mouth, using just the smallest amount of tongue.

Hiro just growled.

It wasn't that Hiro didn't approve of Yuki and Shuichi being together, in fact, Hiro liked seeing those two kiss. It was more like Hiro had been feeling something he had bottled up inside of him long ago and the only way that he was going to feel better was if he sparred with Yuki. Hiro then said smiling, "I will go with you to this place, Yuki. After all, we do not want Shuichi wailing because we are beating the crap out of each other. And we can ensure that we both will return safely."

Yuki nodded. He turned to Shuichi, "My love, don't worry, okay? I will come back in one piece and so will Hiro. And to prove my words, here..."

Out of his pajama pants, Yuki pulled out a copy of his book entitled "Cool".

"Read this novel, Shuichi. And by the time you are done, I will be right here. I love you, Shu."

Kissing Shuichi one last time, Yuki went upstairs to change.
