I'm gong with Omni-slash, since it's Clouds and does REALLY nice damage. Looking cool doesn't hurt either.

Tifa, no contest she does incredible amounts of damage, its actually interactive and it just looks awesome. It's also done with alot of her own raw skill in fighting. She fights with her fists I mean how awesome eveyone else needs silly little weapons and she's al like I am gonna bring you down just with these two hands! Oh goodness I love her. heart heart heart
