Rios several moments and while the others talked, Rios found his long lost carton of cigarettes and lighter. Rios already light his by the time the new girl 'Tsukiko' made her comment- "My nose is perfectly fine, thank you for your consideration though. It did come in contact with something earlier, but I plan on fixing that myself when we get to the hospital."- Rios held his hands up in a surrender gesture as in "Damn girl! You didn't have to go that far." But he held back his tongue, he was too experienced to know when or not to dig himself a hole. But its seems he couldn't make everyone happy as Naomi stalked off the roof ranting on his habit to nicotine. He shot Matsuya a glance that spelled, "I just cant win with these people." before he shrugged his shoulders and offering Tsukiko a cig and lighting it for her as well before he turned and followed behind Matsuya. Over his shoulder he introduced himself as he called back to her. "I'm Rios," it was short and simple, just the way he like things. As they walked he made sure to stay down wind from Naomi as to not anger her further and he was so lost in thought that he even missed the door that Masuya walked past.

Tsukiko Airi | Kirigakure | Wangetsu Lunar Clan | Medic | Agile | Intelligent | Sexy | Genin |Tsukiko watched the ninja throw his hands up. She considered if perhaps she was being offensive. She certainly hoped not, but he didn't go any further with it so Tsukiko didn't care to pursue it. If it was a problem, it would get addressed eventually. She took the cigarette and took a deep breath. She did not smoke habitually, but she wouldn't turn down the opportunity. It was a great stress reliever. She quickly sprinted to catch up with Rios, not wanting to seem slow. That, and the sooner my bloody nose stops hurting the better. {Exit to Hospital} “There's no certainty - only opportunity.”

࿇ Outou Hajime, dressed in a civilian style of dress, walked like a Lady of the manor, and people parted for her to move where she desired. But they did this not just our of respect, but fear as well. No-one gets in the way of the Pink-eyed Demon, the Seductress, the Slaughterer of their own people. The nickname The Smiling Demon wasn't as common as it used to be, as he fake smile eroded years ago, not long after she had met Zane, her then sensei, then Mizukage, and now husband. It was rare for Outou to travel deeper into the city than the market place, but she had business to attend to now for the first in a long time; with the current Mizukage. Walking up into the office building, Outou was directed to the Kage's secretary, who sat wide-eyed at the sight of Outou, as did many other ninja. They knew she had retired, so why was she here?
"Excuse me for disturbing you," Outou spoke calmly, politely. "If I may, I'd like to make an appointment with Lord Mizukage."

Chakra // 31 ❈ Stamina // 25 ❈ [ You can't quit until you try...You can't live until you die... ] xxxxxxTakumi had staked out the whole village in his academy years, now he was a genin and wanted to actually get things done in his time as a low ranking shinobi. The symbol of Kiri on the side of headphones around his neck, his silky short to medium blue and black hair with his stale blue eyes had caught sight of a pink lady. She seemed to be all fancy about when she dressed so normal, the villagers had shown him just from watching that she was of high importance. He stayed a few feet behind her, making his own way into the builden and passing by her, like she was nothing but air. He wasen't being rude, he had made a curt nod as he passed her, but gave nothing else to mind. He didn't know the exact ways of the shinobi yet. ࿇ The Hajime wife conversed with the secretary, finding that the Kage was reported out for the moment and wouldn't be back for some time. Arranging an appointment in the Kage's schedule none the less, Outou then turned and began to walk towards the Kage's office after saying her thanks. She had a while to wait, yes. But Outou had nothing else to do. By the time she would arrive back to her home after walking there would just mean she'd have to turn around and walk straight back, practically. So the retired Chuunin walked towards the Kage's office before seating herself down on a small couch in the waiting area near the Kage's office door.
[Sorry, quick, short, rushed, I know - I'm hopping about like a mad woman this second. I won't be in two, though! XD]

He stood infront of her but off to the side. "Yo." Was all he said, his voice clear and youthful, full of a bit of thought to his own, he didn't wait for her to answer as he sat next to her on the couch and leaned back. She was nothing but a lady who's name was unknown to a boy who could care less, just like his family, a small noble family of mist with a strange past as to why his natural color was blue, his mother's red and his father's green. ࿇ When Outou had sat down, she had closed her eyes, allowing her mind to drift to a peaceful place, keeping the cracks between her two personalities pressed tight together. Her posture was straight, hands neatly folded in her lap, thighs and knees pressed together. Breathing calmly, pink eyes broke open when Takumi spoke to her, her body shaking with the movements of the couch as the younger shinobi sat down on the couch. Outou did not move, eyes peering straight ahead, slowly closing when the other did not speak again.

"So...why you waiting for the erm...the...Mizukage that's it." He actually did dread complete silence for it make anxiety go up and paranoa burst at the seams. He looked at her for a second, pink hair, the color of love in his family. He looked away to the side, still a bit in thought. [ You can't learn to tell the truth...Until you learn to lie! ]

࿇ Pink eyes had nearly closed, but paused in hearing Takumi speak once more. Slowly, eyes continued their path to closing. "I'm seeking reinstatement." Outou spoke, but went no further. Unlike Takumi, Outou found comfort in the silence. She felt in control then; control over the silence.

Pink eyes opened and Outou turned her head, regarding Takumi silently for a few seconds. It was obvious to her quick mind and critical eye that the younger boy was trying to keep the conversation going. The headphones, Kirigakure symbol, and lack of a vest had Outou estimating Takumi's rank as a Genin. "Chuunin, to be exact. May I ask you the same question? The reason of your visit to the Lord Mizukage.

࿇ Outou listened, pink eyes closed, as Takumi explained his reasoning for being there. It was logical, and showed common sense on Takumi's part. "How admirable." Outou spoke, her voice neutral. "It is scarce to find genin with such forethought on simple matters."
