He readily awaited the King's arrival.

The demon sat on on one knee and presented the blood from the battle.
King drank both Zane's and Zinan's blood.
He grunted once.
"YES! THIS POWER!"
He laughed maniacally.
He sat on his throne, smiling crazily.
