Velia stormed back into her house, absolutely fuming and on the brink of tears worrying for her missing son. She was now sporting a bright red mark in the shape of a hand on her cheek. When she saw that Tenshi wasn't about, she left the house again, deciding to have one last check of the forest and perhaps do some training whilst she was there.

Sixsipita had spent most of her rare free afternoon settled comfortably in the curve of a low-hanging tree branch. She'd brought a book for reading but had mostly been daydreaming, staring up at the passing sky through the leaves, or watching others her age as they, too, took advantage of the time off before the festival tomorrow. Every now and then she'd brought her piccolo out to play a few light tunes and garner the amusement of other unsuspecting Dysadi passing below. Six had begun to drift off as the afternoon lulled by, her tail flicking idly from it's dangling position. She heard the crunching of dirt and a few branches and sat up, rubbing one of her eyes and interestedly observing Kami's mother making her grouchy way by the tree she'd taken up residence in. The girl smiled a bit and vaulted herself off of the branch, landing un-coordinatedly and falling onto her a** with a heavy thud behind Velia. She winced but tried to play it off, faltering a bit as she called "H-hey! Fancy seeing you here?" and shoved herself to her feet unsteadily.

"I know. In Pandora, who'd have thought it?" She retorted, her voice heavy with sarcasm. She had an irritated tone to her voice, as if she wanted to be alone at this point in time.

"It's a small world, right?" Six deflected the sarcasm jokingly, giving her sore butt an absent rub before walking around to meet Velia eye to eye and flashing her her best grin "Hey, um, so, while I have you--have you given any thought to the whole, y'know...training thing?" Her tail had perked up hopefully, swishing back and forth.

"It's not exactly been on my list of priorities" Velia sighed."What the hell makes you think my answer is going to change, hmm?"

"Umm, my...dazzling personality?" Six tried, immediately knowing that joke had been a mistake and instinctively taking a step back before she held up her hands and added a hasty "O-only kidding! I just, I mean, if you gave me a chance..."

"You've long missed the boat, girl. You'd have to be something pretty damned special to start training now" She barged past her rudely, her teetering patience already being lost.

Her tail drooping a little, Six pouted and furrowed her brow for a moment as Velia retreated before deciding to follow after. Sprinting after her to catch up, the girl tried "B-but what if I am something special and you just uh, haven't seen it yet!" Catching up with Velia, she slowed to a walk, panting a bit as she added "You never know until you try...and all that!"

"You're a musician. You're not. A warrior. Kindly leave me alone, I've got better things to do. Like look for my son" The elder dysadin grumbled.

"Oh, but--but I mean--" She tried to interrupt Velia, hastily adding "Oh, right!" a little too enthusiastically at the mention of Oukami. She'd heard of Kami going missing but this also wasn't the first time. Call her an optimist, but she wasn't too worried. Remembering vaguely that the last time he'd disappeared it had been with his overly handsy cousin, Six 'helpfully' piped up "Hey, I bet I know where he is! Have you checked with his, uhhh, cousin?" while she clambered to keep up with Velia, having to duck to avoid branches and sidestepping rocks and things.

"Yes, I have actually" She turned around, scowling and clearly revealing the hand mark."I've just come back from his cousin's house. He's not there"

" Wow!" Six marveled as she came to a stop, clearly not picking up on the underlying message of 'go the ******** away', "So they like, hit you for it? You have some weeeeird family. I mean, uhh--no offense though! Weird can be good! Hey, I have an idea, why don't I help you look? I'm great at looking for things!"

"Tenshi's side is weird, and not in the good way" Velia scowled, trying not to elaborate too much."Sure. Why don't you look on the left side of the forest, and I'll look on the right side? Turn at this fork just here" She strongly hinted.

"Oh." Six said, seeming rather deflated by the suggestion. She hesitated as they made their way to the fork in the paths, glancing at Velia and trying to think of some excuse to stick around. "Uhh, but hey! I mean, wouldn't it better if we looked together? Because then, uhh...oh..." She heaved a sigh, giving it up when she saw the look on the woman's face. She had nothing. Adding a much less eager "I'll go look, then," the girl trudged off reluctantly.

"I see no good reason to. If he's not back by the end of today I'm heading to that facility place as a last resort" The dysadin informed her.
