┏ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓ xxxAurelius - Infinitus ┗ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┛ Aurelius watched in desperation as his last attack was brushed to the side by a cero. "s**t." Was all he could manage as Hei went into Bankai and struck him again. He put up a barrier, but it was just no use, because He's body went right through it. He even took his mantle and moved it with his mind to lessen the blows, but the effect was minimal. He couldn't even respond to Hei, because he was just moving so fast that Aurelius could hardly comprehend. Then came that sound, the cry of a hollow; it was nauseating, gut wrenching even. It sent waves of fear through his tiny body, fear that only hindered him even more. "s**t... what the hell is he..." He used Vox Universum over and over, and he he kept getting the same answer, over and over again. The universe promptly answered him with the same thing, each time he asked how to escape this. He refused to believe it, it wasn't possible, so he asked a final time in a fit of pure stubbornness and desire to live; "How do I beat him? How do I win?" The universe responded: This answer was made more evident once Hei struck him with all of his power, sending him into the sky, then appearing above him and knocking him to the ground. The star pattern faded from his eyes, as he unsciously lost control over Vox Universum; it was deactivating as a defense mechanism to conserve power, similar to the way a Bankai sealed itself when the owner was close to death. His brooch came undone and it and his mantle flew off his body, landing some feet away revealing his human like clothes and the cross on the chain on his neck that bore a striking resemblance to the Quincy cross. Hit after hit came, landing with devastating force each time: it was only his remaining Spīritus that prevented him from dying right there. He used it as a rudimentary healing technique seeing as it was useless to use barriers. His only hope was to stay alive so that Caelum could save him as it was abundantly clear that he was not to be the victor of this fight. "Dammit... I should have... foreseen this. He is... very thorough." He said, using his mouth for the first time. His voice came raspy and dry, the result of not using it for the longest time. It was timid and afraid, a reflection of how he was really feeling. He watched, unable to make his barriers due to the strange substance floating around him. He simply lay on the ground, chest bleeding, blood flowing from his nose, and crippled, unable to move due to his lack of muscle mass. He turned his head to the side with the last of his power. He could hardly believe he had run out of it. The last thing he saw was the back of Hei as he walked away from him, then everything was cold. His last hope for salvation vanished, his world went black and his heart stopped as the liquid nitrogen froze him on the cellular level. ℬalance ℐs ℬeautiful

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." Eriko was ready to part the shield if need be but it was not necessary as Hei literally blew away the ball of compressed air. She watched intently and expectantly as Hei battled with Aurelius, at times appearing to be completely controlled by his inner-Hollow. He was in Bankai at this point and it was still amazing. The Sanseki caught the glint in Tadashi's eyes as he too was transfixed by Hakase-Taicho's abilities. She hoped that he was not thinking what she thought he was thinking. The beginning had been so fast-paced that it almost threw her off when Hei appeared before them and simply pressed a button, ending it completely for Aurelius. As the cylinder was discarded of with ease, Eriko took his following actions as a sign to dispel her own shield. The Captain's quip towards her own Taicho and the others made her laugh only briefly. It was still her fault. She had given him the ammo for that first attack.
She turned to Tadashi, cancelling her Shikai, "Hey, I think you can let up now. It's over for now." Eriko stood there with her sword in its sheath. She would wait for her Captain's orders because obviously, she was a danger to herself and others otherwise. Jesus is my Lord ♥

≎Akiri Minami≎
≎Sanbantai Taichō≎ Akiri followed the parts of the battle he could with his eyes though it did confuse him to some extent as to what Hei had done to himself. Though the mask made it very clear to the reason behind the higher then normal power level the captain was giving off. Removing his naginata from his back he sliced it through the air which somehow seemed to cause it to revert back to its normal sword form before sheathing the blade once more. The blazing heat of his Reiryoku also vanished along with the sealing of his bankai which would not not effect the fuku-taichou beside him. Watching the battle coming to an end Akiris face remained a neutral expression like always as lazy uncaring eyes followed Hei as he ended the fight. It seemed all to easy in the end causing the young captain to sigh ever so slightly.
He expected more from the telepathic boy though it seemed that was that. Lowering himself from the air Akiri landed silently on the ground a few meters away from the now frozen enemy. The destruction in the area was great though they had prevented the humans from being killed off in a large quantity. Even so what were they going to do now, it always interested him that this boy said he was only the 3rd one in charge meaning two more were above him. What were their powers and would they be as much trouble as this one. Quite a few questions raced around his mind though all would go unanswered as Akiri stood in silence.

"...Hai," replied Tadashi, letting his arms fall to the sides. He felt starstruck, utterly amazed at what he'd just witnessed - or tried to, as Hei was moving too fast. Tadashi had quite simply had his mind blown. The spoiled brat side of him cried out for a mask like the Squad 12 Captain's.
'I'd do just about anything to have one of those...' he thought, admiring the mask's fearsome visage. Knowing, however, that that was quite unlikely, he resolved to train in whatever way he could, whenever he could.
Tenma said nothing to these thoughts; he did not approve or disapprove, he simply allowed them to continue.
"When your up to it, what say we head for the Battle Pit?" asked Tadashi.

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxLIEUTENANT 】 Elisia had been concentrating on keeping the barrier intact, that she had barely realized the fact that Akiri, next to her, had released his Bankai. However, her concentration wavered for a second as she turned her head around, to check whether the barrier was protecting all sides. She found herself perspiring a little, as the heat steadily began to rise. Akiri was on…fire. For a second she panicked, wondering what she was going to do until she looked at Akiri’s face. Oh. It might be part of his Bankai or something like that. The flames were a little too close for comfort, but luckily they didn’t seem to be touching her. That was good, since it would most likely end up causing her burns, which she’d have to treat later.
She gritted her teeth as the voice echoed in her head once more as the enemy was attempting to scare them. To tell the truth, she didn’t know exactly what the plan was, but she had faith in Hei and Yuki. That was all they had at the moment. Moving her hands, she constructed some more layers over the light barrier, so that it would be able to withstand extremely powerful attacks. Suddenly, she jolted slightly and fell to the ground, feeling slightly suffocated. She didn’t release her Reiatsu, as she knew that it was useless. Hei seemed extremely angry and she felt a little scared at the look on his face. It was most likely because Tsukiko had come way too near Aurelius, the enemy who had tried to attack Yuki before. As he put on his Vizard mask, she looked away and concentrated instead on building and holding the barrier. However, she dropped to her knees suddenly as the full impact of his Vizard form’s Reiatsu hit her in one go. She could barely stay up and she had just enough concentration to hold the barrier around her. However, as Aurelius collapsed, she held the barriers for a short while before letting them go. Wow. Well, at least, they were alright now. The heat had also disappeared. She moved towards Tadashi and Eriko, smiling a little. “Are you two feeling alright?” she asked, a little concerned. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

Tadashi was looking a bit odd at the moment, his eyes never leaving the spot where Hei's mask had vanished.
"Hmm? I'm fine, thanks for healing me earlier," he said, tearing his eyes away to look at Elisia.

Hibiki was shocked, to say the least, when he felt his Bankai's winds stop. His eyes widened as he tried to regain control, but Aurelius' power was far too overwhelming for him to match, not after having sustained such violent winds for as long as he did. He watched, a bit dumbstruck as the raw winds from his Bankai's Fujin form was compressed, it took him a significant amount of his stamina to keep them in place, to condense would require an immense amount of sheer power and control. He didn't doubt that Aurelius was capable of such a feat, not after what the damage they sustained because of him, but he wondered if the Exaequere even had power to spare, considering he was being assaulted by Hei at a virtual point blank range. Because the winds were no longer around him, he was able to hear what Aurelius yelled before he threw the massive ball of wind, he was aiming for Tsukiko. Was this an act of revenge? Of desperation? Hibiki didn't care at this moment, he immediately tried to dispel the winds by switching his Bankai to its Tengu form, however before the change could take place the shot was blown away by what looked like a Cero coming from Hei.
Hibiki watched as the rubble was turned to dust, and the winds were blown away. "Tengu." he spoke as the invisible chakrams that fueled the winds became visible, he recalled them back towards him and caught them in his hand, condensing them into one chakram blade before reverting back to Shikai. He watched the one-sided fight between Hei and Aurelius, he wondered why Hei hadn't simply done this before, then again he knew he would never have his answers. Even with his trained eyes he had trouble following Hei's movements, he could tell Hei was in a rage, and it surprised him to see Hei exhibit even some form of emotion. As Hei pressed the button and defeated Aurelius, he sighed as he sealed his zanpakuto and put in back into his scabbard. Just in time for Hei to approach him, Nu and Lee and comment on their... skills. He remained silent as Hei talked to them, then when the 12th Squad Captain turned his back to retrieve his cloak, Hibiki picked up a small pebble and threw at him, hitting him a bit comically in the head-- it would do no amount of damage, purely for fun "That's for not telling me about Aurelius and his race beforehand, p***k." looking around he breathed a sigh of relief that at least it was finished "I should probably be thanking you, then again knowing you probably stopped listening to me hours ago, eh?" he still held the man in utter contempt, but he was not so dense as to not thank him for saving them... he still hated him though.

716 xxxxxxxxthe Sun locks the Heavens xxxxxxxxthe Moon eclipses the Night 博士月子 נūnibantai sanseki "I'm not actually hurt, you know." She muttered to all of those who kept asking about her well being. Tsukiko could really only only watch as the rest of the events unfolded. Yuki's arrival was expected, as was her show of power; she was her mother, after all. As Hei appeared, she couldn't really feel his choking Reiatsu, mostly because she had no esophagus, though she could still feel it's pressure. While fully expecting the mask, she was not prepared for the Reiatsu he let out. The reason behind this was that she had not felt it directly before, but she could tell it was different than it had been when he first had the mask on. She reasoned that it was due to his control over the hollow. Nevertheless it brought her her knees, then she was on all fours and struggling to stay up as it bore it's weight on her.
She recoiled slightly when Hei lobbed his katana at her and it buried into the ground, erecting a barrier around herself. While she had watched her father many times, she still couldn't help but be in awe of his abilities and how he dispatched of Aurelius. It was for this reason that she wasn't the least bit worried when Aurelius tried to drop the rubble and air on her. Sure enough, Hei blasted it right out the sky before it hit her. Of course, part of that lack of fear was that she had a poly alloy skeleton and a mechanical brain; she wasn't going to die because of something like that. Not to mention she could easily reverse its direction with her Shikai. "Stupid idiot. Waste of energy was all that was." She mumbled, still struggling to stay up right.
When he let out a hollow's cry, she whimpered a little, and put her hands over her head which caused her upper body to shfit towards the ground as a side effect of Hei's Reiatsu. This act was mostly out of fear of Hei turning over again because she knew well enough that no non-possessed Vizard would make that noise. Deeply troubled by the sound, she was on edge for what felt like hours before Hei seemed to have regained control. She felt her mind slip out of the unease as he spoke properly and continued to finish him off. Finally she was able to stand once Hei's mask was off. Pulling herself to her feet, she couldn't help but be by shocked by the more recent events. The strange thing was that the things that shocked her were not Aurelius or Hei's new power. Actually what had shocked her was the fact that Hei had shown any form of emotion in front of other people. If that weren't enough, he had openly admitted to caring for herself and her mother. It was a quite strange thing to hear from him, and the anger on top of it made it even stranger.
After hearing her father insult about a fourth of the Gotei's Captains, Tsukiko drew in a breath and expertly stifled a laugh. She mostly laughed at Nu, because it was true that Hei seemed to know more about Hakuda than she did, even though she was supposed to have a greater mastery over it. Tsukiko did not, however, let on that she was laughing in the slightest. His other insults were hardly true, but still likely to be annoying to those they were directed at. She didn't think Hibiki was useless, and the fact that hei was going to give Lee pointers in Kido when he sucked at it himself was all too hilarious to her. Sure enough, Hibiki responded in an amusing fashion and then lobbed a rock at Hei. She let out a chuckle at this, and then watched Kagayaki leave the ground next to her. Reaching behind her, Tsukiko took about a minute to quickly reduce her ankle length hair into a knee length braid, feeling that he was just getting in the way at the moment. Brushing her remaining bangs from her eyes, she looked around at the destruction. "Sucks a** for whoever has to erase memories. This place is really religious." She idly remarked in an attempt to lessen the tension from the prior fight.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ Tetsunosuke Harasawa-Fukutaichō stared at Aurelius as he scuffed at the Bakudō spells that bound him. Tetsu knew what was probably coming next... and it seemed he called it right on the button. "Jūnibantai-Taichō..." He murmured as the man appeared out of a Hollow's Garganta. His brows furrowed at the thought of him resorting to a Hollow's technique... though, he had read that a shinigami could also form this through a Kidō like spell -after all, Tetsunosuke had to stay on top of his game-.
Hei's Reiatsu made Tetsunosuke feel heavy, but thanks to his bankai, the suffocating problem didn't faze him. 'Revenge... such a useless motivation to have.' Tetsunosuke thought after Hei had finished his announcement. He hadn't planned on getting in his way, nor desired to. Tetsu's eyes suddenly widened as he witness, for the first time, a hollow mask being formed for a Vizard. "In-incredible." He softly spoke aloud. The jump in his power is what drove him to say this aloud. He felt his legs wobbling underneath of him as he felt like something was bearing down on his shoulders. The Reiatsu that was being released was doing this, which brought Tetsunosuke to take a knee forcibly. He gritted his teeth as he watched, slightly filled with ting of malice due to the knee he took.
'This is ridiculous... thi-this... person.' He thought with emotion filled eyes. A slight envious feeling was plaguing him... he honestly at the moment, wished to pursue a Vizard's path. But he didn't want to have to face what came with it: a constant fight with one's inner hollow...
Aurelius seemed to have been turned into a rag doll as Hei just played with him, it seemed. Savoring each blow as he struck him with the blunt blade.
Tetsunosuke could only watch on as Aurelius, possibly their greatest enemy up till this moment, was brought to a halt by Hei Hakase... He shook his head as the boy begged for his life. "Just like a Crumb-crusher..." He smirked as he listened. His eyes focused on Aurelius' attempt to attack Tsukiko. Tetsu knew already it would fail; which is what happened.
The Cero blast he used made Tetsu's stomach start turning. He didn't like the sight of it at all. He watched on as Hei entered into Bankai, and the shadow's followed suit after Hei. He listened as Hei spoke to Aurelius; it was true what Hei was saying. The bestial nature Hei was taking on though made Tetsunosuke go on guard. He raised an eye brow, hoping another fight wouldn't come up after Aurelius was down for the count... if Hei was successful with it. The speed he possessed was amazing, and seemed impossible. Tetsunosuke wasn't too close to where he had buried his containers that he was orders to bury. The wind that was kicked up, made Tetsu's hair fly in the air. He settled down quickly though. Finally, Hei was going to use Tetsunosuke's part of the plain, he actually felt a little proud of himself for being able to pull this easy task off. He heard, for the first time, actual words being breathed out of Aurelius' mouth. He didn't feel pity for him or any remorse.
And so "it ends..." Tetsunosuke said to himself as he watched what the flask did. He felt a little weird about carrying those things around with him this entire time, but... he was sure they wouldn't misfire, or hoped so at least. Tetsunosuke suddenly felt stupid, the Reiatsu had disappeared but he was still taking a knee. He quickly stood to his feet and called off his Bankai. The scabbard and sword appeared in his left and right hands, which he sheathed immediately then held his Zanpakuto in his left hand.
The smirk attitude Hei held, made Tetsunosuke not like him more... but it was thanks to him that all of this was pulled off flawlessly. Tetsunosuke could only fall onto his bum and site Indian style, with his Zanpakuto being held upwards, on it's end, between his legs. Everything that just happened; he was replaying it all in his head, to be sure it actually happened as he saw it... Aurelius crying for pity, and Hei showing not a bit of it. He looked up and over to where the cylinders had went off, and where the frozen Aurelius laid. His eyes had a cold and hard stare to them; Tetsunosuke seemed to be in his own world. "Shoulda been able ta do somethin'... yer thinkin', huh? Don't fret over it... at least ya tried. Ya didn't die, this time. Hahaha." Sakuzen Kosshi snarled in his mind. Tetsunosuke didn't bother replying to it.◤

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxLIEUTENANT 】 Elisia smiled, a more genuine smile this time than the forced ones from before. It seemed like Tadashi’s eyes were glued on Hei’s mask. Maybe he wanted one? Elisia herself didn’t really want one too badly, as she was quite content with just being a normal healer. Then again, some people wanted power. Maybe that was just their mentality. She couldn’t understand but…yeah. Her mind was hurting slightly from all the thoughts that were circling around in it. As Tadashi finally tore his eyes away from Hei’s mask and spoke, she inclined her head slightly, keeping the cheerful expression on her face. Even if he didn’t like it, she was still going to attempt to be as friendly as she possibly could. “No problem at all. Anytime ~” she replied with a grin on her face. She turned around, wondering what they were supposed to do. Maybe it might be best to stay around here until they were told to leave. They didn’t exactly know if Aurelius was entirely subdued yet. Yuki was there – she could most likely take care of most of the healing.
Her eyes caught sight of Tsukiko, who had gotten to her feet. Was Tsukiko alright? She stared at Tsukiko, seeing if there were any abnormalities with the way she was walking or whatever like that. “Anyway, one second, I’m just going to check if Tsukiko’s alright,” Elisia was a little concerned about her friend. Smiling at Eriko and Tadashi, she quickly moved towards Tsukiko. She ignored everybody else around and hugged Tsukiko. Tsukiko looked pretty good, even though she had seemed a little worse for wear before. She let go of Tsukiko, her smile stretching bigger as she looked at her friend. “Hey, Tsukiko! Are you alright?” she asked. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." Eriko stared at her Taicho as Tadashi continued talking to her. "Yeah, sure. You haven't gotten completely used to Shikai as yet so it is required. I'll let you know."
Then, Elisia came over to them to check if they were alright. She did not feel like talking to anyone at that moment and so, repeated Tadashi's lazy response. Once, she felt better, the Sanseki could apologize. Eriko looked on without much interest as everybody sorted themselves out from the short but arduos battle. She had to wonder if Hei could really teach Masashi-Taicho any more on Kido since the latter was the head of the Kido Corps and all. A small smile cracked her lips at Hibiki throwing a pebble at Hei but it soon disappeared. As Elisia left them, Eriko began walking towards her Captain, calling out to Tadashi, "I'll talk to you later, Sakamoto."
Upon reaching Lee's side, she stood there silently and did not look at him. This only lasted for a few minutes though. "I'm glad that you were able to join us, Masashi-Taicho. Are you hurt? What do we do now?" She knew such a question was in direct conflict with him not wanting her to be like a mindless drone but frankly, for the time being, she did not trust herself. Jesus is my Lord ♥

Masashi, Lee, Gobantai Taicho"Telling me to go. But hands beg me to stay. Your lips say that you love. Your eyes say that you hate. There's truth in your lies. Doubt in your faith. What you build you lay to waste. There's truth in your lies. Doubt in your faith. All I've got's what you didn't take. So I, I won't be the one. Be the one to leave this. In pieces. And you, you will be alone. Alone with all your secrets. And regrets, don't lie. You promised me the sky. Then tossed me like a stone. You wrap me in your arms. And chill me to the bone. There's truth in your lies. Doubt in your faith. All I've got's what you didn't take." Lee simply gave Nu a slightly amused smile in return as a way of saying he had never actually doubted her skill. Ignoring the boy's reply to them it was quite obvious he had been taken by surprise by the binding and Lee knew it would only be a matter of time before Hei showed up now. Standing there in silence he felt Hei arrive not being able to see past the cyclone and let out a small sigh rubbing the back of his neck. Hearing Hibiki's question Lee considered it for a moment shrugging in response to letting the cyclone down. It had served it's purpose which was to hide the words spoken as well as hide them from view so they could bind Aurelius. Therefore the lowering of the cyclone was not at all out of the question. "Do what you want. It served it's purpose however." The Hollow reiatsu mixed in with the Shinigami was nothing that wasn't expected and while the sheer amount was difficult to contend with it wasn't all that big of a surprise. Hearing Hibiki's other question Lee simply shrugged at first before he decided to speak up after Nu had done so. "Not very long. The narcissistic fool decided to experiment on himself a short while ago. It did not end well. If not for Yuki-taicho he would likely have lost to his inner hollow. At least that was the idea I got since it took so long for him to get it under control again. His choice foolish as it was. It certainly gave him power though. Too much power for one man to handle. Especially Hei. It will come back on him eventually."
Lee didn't bother to worry about Hei overhearing because of the cyclone spinning around them and even if he was overheard it was his opinion. Hei had said worse to him in the past surely. Standing in silence with a neutral expression back on his face he waited for Hibiki to lower the cyclone. It wasn't long before it was indeed lowered by the boy in an attempt to attack Tsukiko for whatever reason. "To have fallen so far already. Truly pitiful boy. I had more expectations of you. You are nothing without your full power though. Rest in peace." Watching the rest of the battle unfold he was impressed with Hei's actions but the speed was something he had yet again witnessed. The boy was certainly flustered now that he couldn't rely on his power and therefore the battle wasn't going to last much longer. When it was all said and done Hei decided to address Lee, Nu, and Hibiki with typical insults and while Lee would have usually just ignored them he cleared his throat.
"Get your facts straight you narcissistic b*****d I just arrived on the battlefield a short time ago and have yet to even be harmed. So next time you are going to insult someone come up with something a little more original then the usual stuff alright. Now do me a favor and leave." Lee was certainly not going to thank the a*****e for simply doing his job and therefore afterwards walked towards the boy staring down at his body a few feet away from Akiri. "I certainly hope you do not expect the others to just forget you killed one of their kind. If he was the third then the other two will likely be leagues stronger. Of course that wouldn't concern you would it Hei." Rolling his eyes he knelt down beside the boy for a moment to examine him reaching down and touching the cross lightly for a moment bringing it closer to his eyes. 'Is that a Quincy cross? No there are some differences between the two. Still they are so similar that one could easily mistake one for the other. Interesting. I wonder if this should be taken back?'
Deciding to leave it be for the mere fact that the body would not just be left here and would likely be taken back as well he stood up and turned in the direction of the others. Sealing his Bankai for the moment Lee sheathed it and tied it to his left side for the time being. He had a feeling that this wasn't quite done yet and therefore wanted his blade close by. Glancing sideways at Eriko having noticed her for the first time as she spoke up Lee cleared his throat. "I am completely fine and unharmed. Now we clean up the mess and find out what we can about them while waiting for them to show up again. It is both inevitable that they will attempt this plan again and sadly that sooner or later they will succeed. You are free to disagree as are the others but facts are facts. Sooner or later they aren't going to give us a chance to stop them like the boy.."

Tadashi let out a sigh, wondering if he should rejoin his Captain. He was actually feeling quite alone, what with everybody else going to rejoin a friend or their superior officers after the battle. Unfortunately, he really didn't feel like standing next to Captain Hibiki at the moment, since the man had disrespected the man Tadashi suddenly found himself idolizing and also he was apparently in an arguement with the very dangerous Vizard.
He looked over to Eriko and wondered dully if she understood that he'd been training on his own and had already unlocked all of Tenma's current abilities, as well as established a mutual understanding with the sword.
'Maybe she's just trying to goad me...or she's trying to get me angry or something. Meh.'
Tadashi sighed and glanced back at Elisia.
'You don't like false smiles, do you?' asked Tenma quietly.
'I find them insufferable, actually. I'm not even sure that's the case...no, that's a lie. I'm almost certain that there's a sad story behind her somewhere. I mean...why would a Captain step down and become a Lieutenant with no combat duties? If i'm not wrong in my assumptions...she's a fake.'
'Do you often analyze the behavioral patterns and social lives of your allies, or is it just the odd woman here and there?' commented the sword.
'Wonderful, my zanpakuto is getting smart with me.'

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." It took Eriko a couple of minutes to specify in her mind to which her Taicho was referring at the moment. There was the literal mess that her Shikai could only work so many wonders for before being rendered useless. Also, there was the all-round mess of Aurelius' superiors retaliating in an even more dangerous manner than he had. "No, I don't disagree with you. There is the high possibility of them returning, either to execute the failed plan or exact their revenge for the loss - or both."
Her hand was already on the hilt of her Zanpakuto. "Omeneru, Cho," she whispered while asking the spirit to suppress the automatic ability to almost nothing. Without moving, she carried most of the remaining cracked stones out in the sea miles off in a casing of her reiatsu. She could not control the wind but used the previous technique to put back what could be salvaged. She wanted to tell her Taicho how, what she was feeling but deemed it irrelevant for the moment. Besides, he might just brush it aside so might as well not have him waste any energy on it. Pleased somewhat with what she had done, the Sanseki faced her Captain again. "Back to the archives then, sir or would you like to speak with Hakase-Taicho before leaving? What about the body?" Her eyes flickered over to the now frozen body of Aurelius and her jaw tightened visibly.

Yuki remained motionless as the other Shinigami went about carrying out their various task, pleased that they at least had enough sense to follow orders even though they were gven by someone who was not their leader and created by someone whom most despised. When Hei arrived and whipped out his mask, bringing along his overbearing Reiatsu, she was the only one among her ranks that wasn't the least bit affected by it. It was due to her power over flow that allowed her to manipulate Reiatsu and divert it away from her body, it simply slid off her like water on an umbrella. She did, however, express concern at the fact that Tsukiko seemed to be having her fair share of trouble with it. She prepared herself to move, but realized there was nothing she could do and continued to chide herself into remembering that she was not normal and such a thing would not kill her. She watched Hei disappear, undeterred by his Shundo as she had heard many during the times they practiced together. It had gotten to the point that Yuki could tell when Hei was going to do it, simply by the way he held his body. She could somewhat follow his movements, but not by much when he used anything outside of Shunpo.
Yuki was silent as Aurelius tried to use words to reason with Hei; it was a totally useless tact against him since he could turn words back at anyone and he could do it well to boot. Aurelius' choice of words were horrid as well. Very hypocritical in the sense that he was going after a child, yet Aurelius was doing the same. She silently agreed with Hei, though it was to be expected since he was always right. Almost always.
Uncharacteristic of Yuki during this one-sided fight was the fact that she found joy in watching Hei beat the living hell out of the boy. Not one to revel in pain but rather fix it, it was very strange for her to feel this way. However, because the boy had tried to kill her while she was defenseless, she found it harder to hold any pity for him. Yuki was far from a saint, she dealt with a lot of things most of all Hei who had been evilly unbalanced for a greater part of his Seireitei life. She had dealt with that wonderfully, loving him no matter what, but Aurelius, she couldn't simply forgive him after going after Hei as well. These thoughts of hers were later confirmed by Aurelius' attempt at Tsukiko's life. Yuki's right hand was up her left sleeve in a matter of a second, fingers gripping her tanto and pulling it from the sheath. She had moved too slow, however, as Hei already blasted the falling rubble and air clear out of the sky. She did, however, use a bit of wind to blow the ashes away, this act probably going largely unnoticed by those around her. The strange thing about her reaction to the Cero was that it was more than likely widely different from the thoughts of the others. Yuki was not at all bothered by the Cero itself, in fact she had expected it. It was the color that bothered her. It was jet black, meaning that he had embraced his dark side more so than his light while using the mask. It was unnerving to say the least, but in the back of her mind, she wondered if the color could change if he had been using Ryūzan.
Finding herself troubled by the fact that Hei was clearly losing himself to the hollow, she spared her daughter a glance which made it clear that she was suffering her fair share of mental breakdown from hearing the signature hollow cry emitted from the man they both cared for deeply. Earlier she had assured herself that possession scare was done and over with, and that she no longer had to fear him losing to the hollow, because he never got angry. It appeared this single time was to be the exception and that the hollow would stay suppressed so long as he remained calm. She would just have to make sure she didn't get hurt any more, if only for his sake. Making a note to the other Captains to not excessively annoy him would likely be wise as well. Hei already viewed most of them as trash, the last thing that needed to happen was for one of them to piss him off enough that he went on a hollowfied killing spree.
Once all was said and done, Yuki cast a sideways glance at Tsukiko as she tried to lessen the tension. When it didn't work, she offered a wholehearted compliment to distract the girl from her failed attempt. "You should wear your hair up more often dear, it makes you look more distinguished." Yuki smiled and then turned to follow Hei, listening to the banter he and the other captains traded. Lee mentioned that Hei should try something new in the insult department, but she knew why he didn't. At the moment, she was sure that Hei viewed all of those who had not been able to kill the boy, despite their part in his plan, as lesser than dirt, and that was just a feeling that would have to pass. He more than likely only went with the most basic of insults since those aspects were the most apparent at the moment, thus implying that Hei thought it a waste of his time and effort to dig deeper intellectually to find something else to insult Lee, Nu, and Hibiki for. Catching up to Hei, she matched his stride and childishly wrapped her arms around his right, silently giggling to herself at his current height. She had noticed it before in the bedroom, but it was much more apparent when they were walking side-by-side. Yuki went completely serious once they were out of earshot; she lowered her voice just in case. "Thank you... for saving me. Well, thank you for everything for that matter. Though I cannot fully approve of it, thank you for killing him, and thank you for last night which was wonderful by the way, sorry I didn't get to tell you earlier. But most importantly for making me feel important to someone. Just hearing that you care so much, especially saying it aloud in front of others, makes me very happy."
