"Not wood cause he would gnaw through it when he starts teething..." Kana stated with a finger to her mouth. "We need something sturdy..."

Zane looked around. He saw a crib with metal bars. "Not this one, it looks like a cage. See any you like dear?"

As Kana looked through the cribs but got distracted by a chest harness. "Oh, this is great! Even when I transform I'll be able to hold the child to my chest." Kana picked up the harness with a giggle.

Zane smiled while she examined the chest harness. At this moment, he saw the perfect crib. Made of painted metal, it came with cotton sheets and pillows. "Kana how about this one?"

She turned around with a smile. "Oooh I like that!" She smiled happily picking up more harnesses in different colors.

Zane was smiling, ear to ear. "I never thought I'd be here.
I came to this university to just stay away from my father.
But now I'm on speaking terms with him,
and I'm having a child with the woman I love!"He thought while looking at the harnesses with Kana.

Kana skipped over to Zane happily placing a kiss on his lips with the harnesses in hand. "Zane, I love you so much and I can't wait to have our child..." She leaned up on her toes and hugged his neck, harnesses still in her hand.

Zane kissed her back. "And I love it all. My wife, my family, and this school.
I wouldn't trade it for anything." he thought. "I love you too, Kana. Ready to look for baby food?" He smiled at his short mate.

"Well I would be breast feeding the child for the first 2-3 months for you don't have to worry about food till later." Kana poked her swollen full breasts. "Yep, that will feed him for a while."

"Toys!" Kana giggled as she ran over to a large colorful collection of children's toys.

Zane chuckled as his mate ran to toys. He examined the colorful array of children's toys. "Now what should we get our child? It has to be something that won't break easy."
