that scary bunny from Silent Hill ....i think it was 4. ...scary...
They introduced him in the 3rd game, but he's also in the 4th. I have a special video with nothing but those bunnnies in the SH3 ghastly scenes.
Creepiest boss? ...Hm. The ghosts of Silent Hill 4...and the ghosts of the Fatal Frame games.
I can handle mutations and zombies. But it's very difficult for me to cope with things that just simply won't leave you alone, no matter what. A camera for a weapon is also a little unnerving...you can't really defend yourself like you can in SH...nor can you escape.

And from Castlevania: Curse of Darkness...that room made of human sacrifices...had a monster that not only sent kamikaze corpses at you, but had transformed from a bundle of them...ate them for strength...and threw them at you like rotted, naked dolls. Plus, to make it more grotesque, you had to
run on top of these lifeless bodies like mushy carpet.
