They are both cool, but Sephiroth has the longer one.

Sephiroth definatley has the longer sword but i would have to say Cloud's is way cooler. Like in Advent Children it's so awsome!!!!!! I was flipping out when i saw itbeing put together! xd

Well of course Sep has a longer sword but he is the only one who can weild it which makes shareing no fun but cloud has many swords and can give many away (or with the right materia throw it at enemys)

And in my opinion, I think Cloud's sword is cooler cause its SO wide.

The Blade on Shep's is about 80 inches. Cloud how ever is only about 74 inches in an estimate.

Sephiroths is about 70 feet long. Feet, not inches.
Clouds only about 30 or 40 feet long. Neither are very cool. Red XIII's little headdress thingy is better. =)

sephiroth's is longer and cooler but cloud in the game can get one thats long not longer than sephiroths or cooler but its up there

Sephiroth has the longer blade.
Cloud has the wide blade, Sephiroth has the long blade. That's how I see it, anyway. If I had a choice between the two, I'd take Sephiroth's blade because I could probably handle it better than Cloud's buster sword.
...unless it's the Composite Buster Sword from Advent Children. Six blades to one. That's a pretty awesome weapon right there. I want to make one of those someday. mrgreen

Sephiroths sword is quite a bit longer then clouds in the game and even longer then clouds in the movie. I think that Clouds sword is better in the game but in the movie I would have to vote Sephiroths sword because of how it is introducted to the viewers so...
