As the search went on, Kareem sat calmly on a stack of crates in an abandoned warehouse, a gun in his grasp. He smiled at Oz, who was suspended from the ceiling by rope leading from a pulley holding him upright, arms tied securely behind his back. The bound boy looked absolutely terrified as he'd also been stripped of everything except his boxers. Kareem's never gone this far before, even when they were in an abusive relationship. And, he had the feeling that it would only get worse. Kareem only smirked lecherously at the scared boy, as if his fear was turning him on. "You look so sexy right now, you realize?" Pressing a button on the device that controls the pulley, he brought Oz closer to him. When he was within arms reach, he lifted up his chin up with the gun, causing the boy to shiver. "But you know what really turns me on? Your voice. Sing me a song, my dear wizard."Oz was about to shake his head when he came up with something. Through his fear-clouded mind, he thought that if he sang loud enough, he could gain Yami's attention. He did call him; he would most likely be looking for him right now. Pausing to think of what song to sing, the then took a deep breath and began to sing Alice of Human Sacrifice, much to the delight of Kareem; it was his favorite song, because it represented them a little bit. Oz was the fragile man of the diamond, while he himself was the wrathful 'woman' of the spade.

Yami didn't allow his emotions cloud his brain and he planned on finding Oz before the cops could. This was the ultimate test of his wits...To find and protect the one that he loved using brains and brains alone. First he had to think like a criminal. Normally when a criminal takes a hostage they take them to an empty warehouse...and there was only one that was close enough to the school.
"Don't worry Ozzy...I'm going to get you out of this mess." He ran right for the empty warehouse and he got there he heard Oz's beautiful singing voice and he was singing the song that his mother used to sing to him before he went to bed each night and he was always intrigued by the wonders of Wonderland. He snuck inside and saw Kareem with a gun, and Oz hanging up only in his boxers. He did look pretty hot like that and it took all he had not to get a hard on as he called the cops, telling them where the warehouse was. His brains found him first and it was checkmate.
When it got to the part where the twins of heart were wondering lost in the nightmare Yami slowly stepped into the room and sang it with him.
"And as this passed two children walked into the woods. Partaking in tea underneath the trees, they'd never part. They found an invitation to the queen. It was the Ace of Hearts! The fourth Alice was a duo of curiousity. Both were lost, and could not find the boat where they began. And so they ran through countless open doors so recklessly. A brother and and a sister running wild in Wonderland. A stubborn elder sister. A witty younger brother. But they had strayed too far into Alice's Wonderland. They were never woken from their terrifying dream. Forever they would wander in this twisted fairytale.
I told you that I would protect you no matter what Ozzy."
The singing gave the cops enough time to show up and placed handcuffs on Kareem as Yami walked up to his face as he watched the cops take Oz out of his bindings.
"Checkmate...I win..."

At the sudden appearance of Yami, Kareem whipped around to shot him with his gun, only for it to get kicked out of his hand by Oz, who was crying in relief by now even as he sang with Yami. Growling at both of them, he couldn't do much of anything now that he was outnumbered. When he got face-to-face with him, Kareem lunged to bite him, only to have the cops pull him back roughly, inject him with a sedative, and strap a human muzzle onto him for good measure as they carted him away in a police car.
Once he was free, Oz instantly leaped onto Yami, practically knocking him over. "Oh, thank god! I was beginning to wonder where you were!" Burying his face into his shoulder, he held onto him tightly, hardly noticing that he was only in his boxers.

Yami was blushing like crazy as he wa toppled over and held my Oz. Who was still only in his boxers. The cops were gone now and it was just the two of them but still.
"I told you I'd come for you silly...I'm never letting you go..." He wrapped his arms around him tightly as he patted his back. "I was scared to death by that phone call...So so scared..."

Oz permitted him to look up from his shoulder, tears of happiness running down his face. "If it's any consolation, I was pretty scared myself when Kareem confronted me after class was let out for the day. He looked so mad... Yet, his face was filled with so much lust..."
At that moment, one of the police officers came into the warehouse. It turns out that they haven't left yet; there was still the matter of questioning and medical inspection to the victim and the victim's lover. "Please forgive the interruption, but I would like to ask you some questions, Mr. Valentine. You as well, Mr. Enzeru."

Yami looked up at the police officer and nodded his head. He gently placed Oz off of him and helped them both back up again. "Anything officer. Do you wish to question us here or will you have us return to your office quarters?" Yami was talking like a grown adult even though he was still a kid. He tended to talk like that when he was in front of his elders and those with authority.

"Here is fine." he replied, pulling out a note pad and a pencil. "We need to examine Mr Valentine later on and paramedics are on their way here. Now, I would like you to explain when this all started."
Oz took a deep breath before starting to explain to him. He made absolutely sure that he included every detail about their relationship that occurred over the past three years. All the while, he was clutching onto Yami's hand, as if gaining strength from him by doing so. The officer, in the meantime, was writing every key detail that Oz provided.

Yami remained quiet as Oz explained everything that happened, somewhat disbelieved that this had been going on for three years. He was glad that it was all over. He allowed Oz to hold on to him, knowing that he really needed right now. He waited for the paramedics to come over and continued to wait patiently.

After Oz was finished explaining, the officer nodded in satisfaction before turning to Yami. "You just met Mr. Valentine yesterday, from what I've been told. Is there anything else you would like to say about Mr Murdock before I take my leave?"
Oz nodded to him and pretended to punch him, indicating that he should say something about him being assaulted by him.

Yami saw the sign and nodded. "Before when I told Mr. Murdock that he shouldn't be abusive to Mr. Valentine here and in a hug fit of rage he punched me and left a mark in my gut." Yami lifted up his shirt and showed them the bruise. "He has quite the temper."

Oz nodded before lightly tracing the mark on his cheek where the knife from before got him. "He also pulled a knife on him and scared his cheek pretty good."
The officer nodded before jotting more notes down and putting the pad and pencil away. "Thank you both for your cooperation. I'll see that what you said about Mr. Murdock will be used against him in court. Now, Mr. Valentine, if you would follow me, I'll take you to the paramedics. You may come with him if you'd like, Mr Enzeru."

Yami wasn't abou ready to leave Oz alone again so Yami followed them to the paramedics. He was more worried about Oz then he was about himself and his well being. He waited for Oz to be finished so that they could go back to school.

The paramedics examined Oz carefully, asking him questions in the meantime. Aside from a few splinters from the twine rope, some rope-burns, and a minor head injury, he seemed okay. But, just to be safe, they wanted to take his x-ray to make sure that nothing was broken. As they put him in the truck and were about to close the door, Oz stopped them and motioned for Yami to follow quickly.

Yami quickly got into the vehicle and remained by Oz's side as they took him to the hospital for the X-Rays. That...damn b*****d... Yami was still pissed off about Kareem but he was learning how to forget about it.

Oz looked over at him worriedly. Something was on his mind that made him scowl in anger. Taking his lover's hand, he brought it to his lips and kissed his knuckles. "Are you okay, Yami? You look mad."
