Kilik yawned and woke up, his stomach grumbling a bit. "Sebastien?" When he didn't get an immediate answer, he looked around confused. "Oh." He saw a steaming plate of found sitting on his table like always. "Oh, I must've slept through his stop. He set out my clothes, perfect as always." He walked over and blinked. "Why are there two plates?"

Kilik gasped and looked at Aaron. "You...shouldn't be here." He was worried. "Didn't Sebastien warn you? No...he probably did. Do you really want to die? Tch..." He turned towards his plate and started eating. "Leave as soon as you've eaten."

Kilik sighed, casting Aaron a look. "Eat. Don't talk." He was really upset. He knew about his other self. But...all those times that he and Sebastien had tried to figure it out. It resulted in leaving the blood demon severely scarred. "You're not blood demon or vampyre... If i cut you, you WILL die."

Kilik shook his head. "You are a fool of a boy." He finished eating, his plate empty with not a scrap left. "You trust me. I've never been more worried by those words." He scratched the back of his hands and grabbed his clothes to change into. "Before the eve gives way to night, I must conduct one last bit of business elsewhere. I do hope you're not dead when I next see you."

Kilik gave a long sigh, changing quickly and leaving the room. Does he really think...that I will not hurt him? He has more trust in me than I myself. He descended down the steps and accepted the coat, hat, and cane that Sebastien and Marie handed him on his way out the door. Then he disappeared into the setting sun.

Kilik walked to a strange location, a simple building in a simple place. There was nothing conspicuous about the place at all. That is...until he walked up to the front door. He knocked and a hatch slid open, showing a pair of eyes. "Who's there? Ah...Lord Kilik. Been some time since you last came 'round here!" The hatch slid shut and the door opened to let him in.

Once inside, one could see other prestigious lords and ladies, chatting with each other. However, when Kilik came in, there was a moment of silence, and then the noise returned. He was not known for coming here, but he made it a point to show up at least once a month.

As he got closer and closer to the center, shadier and shadier faces appeared from the shadows. Soon, he stood before the person he intentionally came to see first upon arrival. "Still alive, you old fart?"

Marie looked up from the dinner table as she heard something strange. "Sebastien, you hear that?"

Sebastien knew it was Aaron, but he did not feel like telling Marie quite yet what had transpired. "A bird, perhaps. Must you talk every time we eat? The master is so much quieter..."

Marie glared at Sebastien. "Hmph! Speaking of which, where's the newbie? I heaven't seen him since this afternoon! He better not have been bugging the master!"

Sebastien looked at her, then went back to his meal. If only she knew... Then again, it's not like the master ever looks her way, sober or otherwise...
