By whatever magical, evil powers PH possesses, she was able to get me pregnant, causing a sack of amniotic fluid to grow inside my ribcage. As the baby got bigger, the sack distended and dropped, now it's hanging down from my chest, down to my stomach. It will probably split open when the baby is ready to come out, or so Scrab tells me.
